We have bought a total of 100.00, have played over $200 in credits; balance left is $140, and maximum withdrawal allowed is $39 and forfeit $100 in bonus? These guys are a rip off company and even though you ask app not to track they still sell your information. This does not motivate us to put any more money on this application and it furthers our understanding of moot disdain for this company and what its level of social responsibility could be considered.

This game is not legit want you to deposit money but say you can make money and you can deposit anything but want you to deposit more.
We would give this game a 0 if we could. Saw a add and it looked fun went to play and it let us choose little cards that had cash on it to win so once we tapped on the cards it said we won it and could deposit it into our bank little did we know the deposit was them taking it out of our bank and not actually giving us the money. Then we went to withdrawal the money that they took from our bank because it was 15$ and we went to withdrawal it so we could have our money back and the game only lets you take 3$ at a time to withdrawal so we did it once then we went back in the game to do it again to get all of our money back and then it said we only had a couple of cents even though we could only take out 3$ at a time.
We usually dont write reviews, but we had to warn people so they didn’t go through the same dilemma as us. We saw this app and thought it looked pretty fun and decided to download it. At first we were playing for fun then we noticed they had tournaments you can win money, all you have to do is deposit money on your account. If you win the money it goes to your account if not it will let you know by saying better luck next time. They trick you when its time to withdraw the money from your account by saying some cash is yours to withdraw. Some cash is bonus cash and it has to stay in your account for tournament fees if you decide to play again. Like the other user said they make it hard for you to win and cash out all your money; So basically they keep some of your money when you try to cash out. We have lost close to $170 playing their games and not being able to cash out what we really won. Never again will you trick us to give you our hard earned money.
This game is very fun and challenging. It actually pays! We highly recommend!

It seems like the app is experience technical issues at the moment because every time we try to watch an ad to play a round, it freezes.
Yes you can win money we have and was u til recently when we go to launch the app it goes completely black our entire screen and wont load – we’ve tried reinstalling etc and nothing and we had $ still to withdraw so Im a little frustrated to say the least.

We’ve uninstalled twice and the app hasnt worked since yesterday. Pretty disappointed since we had a cash balance – not sure if we will get it back.
Love playing the game, its addicting for sure and we know you wont win a lot of money but its a good time killer. With that said, our only complaint is that when we do watch the ads to play the free games, the ad freezes and wont let us move on to the game. It basically locks the system to where we have to reboot and start all over with another ad. We hope that this can be fixed as it does get really annoying. But other than that its a great game.
We thought we were making money without ever depositing. Turns out, theres a difference between withdrawable cash and bonus cash which can only be used to enter games. This is a scummy company that cons people. They ban you if youre successful at the game and claim you violate the terms of service.
We played a game for $7. As soon as the game started the app glitched and closed out. When we opened the app back up our money was gone and our game showed we scored zero. We reached out to app support and of course have gotten no response. It might only be $7, but its the principle. They need to be reported to Apple for stealing your money. And if you notice all the other complaints, they respond with the same cookie cutter answer acting like they dont steal your money, or rig the game with bots.
Im sorry. We’ve been playing this game for a while. The scores people get that we compete against are just not real. 18,000? 21,000? Come on. You literally would have to get a match with every block. You are competing against bots. Dont believe the hype.
They have pop ups so fast you cant read them and then you see charges on your bank account that you never agreed too an they refuse to refund our lousy $5 so definitely dont recommend, you have to pay to play which we never read anywhere in the terms an conditions, plus the money you think you are winning is fake an cant be withdrawn like they withdraw from your card its only good in the game, no chance at winning real money on this game, but if you like to be stolen from an lose money instead this is the game for you, an its a shame tho cause the actual game is pretty fun to play.

Everything depends on your skills. The game is challenging, engaging and fear. If you win, you get paid. We did not win any big prizes yet, but small prizes always find way to our PayPal. On top of it its fun, we play daily and not getting bored so far)
We love this game because you can seriously make money.
The games are fun and pretty addictive. But it almost seems rigged. The games start out easy and fast paced at first. However they seem set up for you to lose. Eventually, the game will give you the big 8 or 9 squared blocks (the ones that look like a huge cube) when theres plenty of space still left on the board, and will often give you 2 out of 3 of those blocks to place. Sometimes, theyll just make all three of those blocks those big, bulky blocks giving you an automatic loss! This is frustrating since it defaults to you losing, giving you a rather low score (somewhere in the 1-2,000s) with a huge chunk of time left. Seems rigged.
Im not sure why but we think they should do something different like shovel the pieces so they can fit instead of wasting time trying to put them together.

This game is using bots and algorithms to steal your money! The thing you need to remember is that NEVER DEPOSIT! NEVER DEPOSIT! NEVER DEPOSIT!!! Lets try our best to get the money from them!
We’ve loved this game. We have won some money for sure. However, now for 3 weeks, 90+% of our games have been frozen and arent getting matched. Im not talking about pending games where people may or may not match. There are clearly frozen, because not ONE out of the several spots get matched, and then we get our money back after like 2 hours. In a normal pending game, if not enough people match, your money gets refunded in we believe 5 hours, yet we get ours back in 2. While we appreciate that we dont have to wait the 5, it is CLEAR that this is because these matches are frozen, and not actually in the matching pool. We could be one of this apps most consistent players if it would fix this! If your algorithm leads to ANY player getting the majority of matches frozen, then its a terrible algorithm. We just wish we could have a real human look at our situation and fix it. This was becoming our favorite cash game, but now we basically cant play it. Pleaseeeee help us out and then its an easy 5*Star.

Oh, in waiting withdrawal are supposed to be processed over a week ago. On chat with their customer service or whatever we keep getting the same responses we dont always totally makes sense. Makes us think its just a program and not a person Im talking to, so we definitely wouldnt put any money into this.

So it seems when you win a 17.00 game, it doesnt show the whole 17.00 in your account for withdrawal. Every time. What gives Fun game none the less but if we use 7 bucks of our actual money and win 17.00 we should be able to withdraw that amount it never adds the whole sum you win to your account.
So we made up to 50 dollars. When we went to withdrawal, it said 47+ dollars were in bonus money meaning we could only use it to play more games and we cant withdrawal it. So we have lost our own money and am only allowed 2 dollars to withdrawal, when we tried with withdrawal even that, they said we could only withdrawal 1 dollar. They are not honest about how the process works.
Apple should be ashamed they have this game in the app store. You will not make money.
If you actually win any money with this app, they will just reject your withdrawal request citing suspicious activity on your account. We guess they have their game so rigged it looks suspicious to them if anyone actually wins. We should have known better. Theyll take money from you right away via PayPal but slow-walk any withdrawal request, claiming it may take up to 2 weeks. Shame on Apple for allowing scam apps like this to be available in the App Store.
Game itself is fun but the way your matched up with other players is ridiculous. Our top score was 7,000ish and Im matched up with people who are scoring 20,000ish. After we won a game and made a withdrawal, the next 18 games we lose and the difference between our score and the next persons score was over 11,000+. Theres no way we could ever win. Very disappointing’
This app is like all the rest of the cash games. It promises that youll make money but you actually dont make any money. It takes money from you.
Smartest scam game. They do such a great job of making it look like you have money, but they nickel and dime you slowly. And they use gaming bots to beat you and lose to you so that you stay close to an average money-win/lose. They cap how many gems you can win too, so you cant play for money. Its such a great illusion. Do not play this game, they will steal your money slowly.
Be careful it requires you pay a deposit and then you cant withdrawal the full amount of your winnings. And the bonus cash gets deleted when you withdrawal. Its predatory.
