Game does not work and hasnt worked in 2-3 years. Just crashes back to main screen.
We’ve played this game for years with no problem. Now it crashes as soon as we tap on level. We just updated the app and nothing has changed.
Great fun but no longer opens on iPad iOS 15.
Help! This is the only game that our 86 years old mom plays. We just got her a new phone and its not working anymore. It keeps on crashing on iPhone 12 plus. Thanks.
We’ve had this game on our iPhone since 2010 and used to love this game. We used to have about 50 games on our phone but got rid of all but this one and one other (just trying to paint a picture of how much we loved this game). We still love it when we can play it (which we try often); however, this last year something changed and the majority of the time we try to open the game it immediately crashes. Occasionally while playing it crashes. Guessing it might have something to do with their advertising system. Please fix. Unless you are already addicted to this game, dont bother downloading. It will be extremely frustrating. We play on an 11 Pro Max with half our storage space unused so its not an issue with our phone. We’ve seen others report similar issues. Please fix so we can change back to 5 stars.

The app wont load without rebooting our phone. If you the app completely, you gotta reboot again. Shouldnt have to deal with that!!! Would rate 4-5 stars if we could actually use it!
We only have one problem with this game. Why is it when our phone rings or the alarm clock goes off, the sound on the game turns off? The sound will not come back on until we exit the game and then open the app again. Can this be fixed? Here lately when we reach a certain level the game restarts itself – why is that? Can this be fixed as well? Other than that we absolutely love the game.

Actually, the only change we saw in the last update was this very negative problem! No improvements, only problems! Love the game and would like to be able to finish it without it disappearing and having to start over! This is our favorite game but its been impossible to play since the last update! Freezes or exits game while playing. VERY frustrating! If not fixed soon, Ill be looking for another similar one.

Was mostly ok before the last update.
Loved this game for years, now exits immediately when trying to start game. Oh well, change is a constant. Will have to get use to a different Bubble Shooter. Farewell old friend.

Having the same issue as previous reviewer. App suddenly quits mid game. Worked perfectly fine before the update.
Garbage. Downloaded it and cant even start playing. Every time we click on new game the app crashes and closes. What junk. No wonder its free.

Glitches we love this game and play it a lot. We like the graphics and game options. Although every once in a while it just stops playing and will not work. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and re-download it. Major dissatisfaction when we do that, we lose ALL the data of the games that we have already played and have to start all over again. We wish you could fix this problem it has been going on for years. We cant remember how many times we have had to reload this game. We are happy to change our rating when you change the glitches. We hope your able to fix the issues.
Love the game, had it on our ipod and now on our ipad it works for a few times but if we close he app it wont open again and we have to restart our ipad for it to work again… Not happy about it…

Since updating our phone this week the app crashes every time we open it.
We love this game, but its been glitching something fierce lately. First, it would quit out if we tried to play while listening to music. Now, it crashes no matter what. Can you please fix this issue? Id like to continue playing, but we doubt that will be happening any time soon…

Perfect game to relax and pass time.
Besides the fact that it really satisfies, its gradually increasing difficulty is a great feature as you progress upwards through the levels. Ill note that it was much much easier to complete all levels on our new iPhonr XR than it was on the old iPhone 5S. The bigger screen size helps. Only complaint is that the balls move slower on the newer phone; not quite as snappy a feel as on the 5S.
Love to play this game when we dont feel like thinking much. The perfect game for when youre in a long line at the bank or at the supermarket!
Once you get to the 1000s level in the arcade it freezes so many times you cannot complete a level. Still fun.
When we downloaded this game, we immediately opened it in extreme excitement and anticipation. But, upon startup, our phone instantly emitted a putrid odor, reminiscent of when we come home from our day job as a hit man and we take the fattest dumps in our large porcelain bowl. Now, we fail to get rid of this terrible smell. It is all your fault you good-for-nothing piece of human trash. Or can we even call you human. You are truly a monster. No matter what extremes we take to banish this poor excuse for an app, the smell still lingers. We hope youre happy…

This is the crappiest game, no support at all. When you pay for the tokens the ads across the bottom blocks the view of the next ball. What gives?
If youre going to make a bubble game make it a challenge. Your graphics are pretty however the game has no substance. Make it hard and people will enjoy it.
