Fun to play. Just wish it was real money!
We purchased a 30 day platinum sub on Jan 9. We have our receipt. However, it did not show on the game and we have written to you before about this. We did speak with Apple online support and they are sending us a credit. We are very upset about this. Please take better care about purchases in the future.
Seems this site has BOTS , not very fun when same winners win. Must be bots because the dont appear on the leaderboard! Dont waste your money here !
Im not buying a thing. All you do is take take take.
We came across the app a few days ago, and at first we too liked the gameplay; we’ve purchased bucks a couple of times, but coming on four days playing now, we have not gotten one winning bingo. We have had some waiting on one number rewards, and am making some advances, but it seems to be true what the reviewers are saying that they hardly ever win. Then you play slots and try to win by other means and end up losing your bbs.
This is the worst game we’ve come across. The hosts are dreadful. No One in chat will help you or answer basic questions like How does this game work.? How do we get a card to play? Where is support? We deposited money now what? We still do not know? When we found a card it fit under us you finger print so small we couldn’t read it. A true waste of money and so do not waste your time.
This site steals from you. Look up skinner boxes. This site bullies its players. There is one person who works for them named Karli. We have stage 4 breast cancer. She was ALLOWED and ENCOURAGED to say that we were faking having cancer to get free credits. We were not only NOT allowed to defend myself, but when we tried to we were permanently banned from the site. It should be investigated for rigging, theft, harassment of people with disabilities, and false accusations against a person with disabilities. Oh, and Karli was not only encouraged to falsely accuse us, SHE WAS REWARDED for doing so. Whe went completely unpunished. We saw NO proof that she was punished for lying about us when she doesnt even have access to jy medical records. THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. Oh, and they refuse to let us show written proof that we have breast cancer, for which we were banned after trying to defend myself for SLANDER. Thats ok though, we have written proof, and one way or another so will you soon.

Customer service does not get back with you when you have technical problems with site. If you pay your money, you will loose it. Be careful with this site. Also seems programmed at times to stop all of your bingo cards at three and four away for long period to run down your bingo chips to make money. Some of profiles seem fake. Check out and see for yourself.
We love the site, but recently A/V issues have kept us from playing. It either has a black screen, the callers are several numbers behind, or it looks like a karate movie from the seventies. We really hope they get it fixed soon because we have tried everything they told us and it’s still an issue. We miss our game!!!

This Bingo crap is horrible, site crashes daily these moderators are extremely rude, the cash prize they offer they have cheated people out of their winnings. They will restrict your chat even if you don’t violate their chat rules. Moderators will talk down to you as of your not an adult they also use profanity when chatting with you. You are not aloud to discuss anything without them telling you to drop subjects related to boom. They are not interested in real site feedback anything negative said about boom bingo beach bing character bingo or boom2 will get you suspended, blocked cursed out or all the above. They are very mean and dishonest bunch of people that brainwash their moderators to do the same. We don’t recommend this site to anyone. Unless it becomes under new leadership. Same stupid winners all day. No one else can win with these idiots online 24 hours a day literally. They auto buy tickets and play even when not at home. You spend all your BB’s and never win. They play and win 30-40 a day. Every time a moderator is on they win as well. Just look at leaderboards the number 1 spot is always the same stupid person! This game is fixed for certain people. If you do happen to score a win you have to share it with other people so you hardly ever get your whole jackpot. But the constant winners they get whole jackpots.
We LOVE this game, played every day and would give it 5 stars BUT it keeps crashing on our ipad. We asked the vcm’s in the rooms and they said it was our router or weak signal. It is neither!! We’ve done everything to resolve this but to no avail. Please fix this. We miss our people on this game. Don’t like the iphone version cuz it’s auto-play.
We haven’t been able to play in any of the bingo rooms or keno. Every time we try to play bingo or keno on our iPad the site crashes. This has been going on for the past 3 days. We tried deleting and reloading the game, but it didn’t help. We tried to contact app support but not get a message to anyone. Can someone please find out what is wrong and fix the problem!

We’ve been using this app since it started and we’ve watched it evolve into this level of unfairness except for who we will call The Clique. These individuals make it hard for others to win because no one else can win but them and it makes us quite angry because it so obvious that these people have been favored more. There needs to be a balance and some level of fairness here or you will lose a lot of business and players.

Might be a great game if they were gone, way too many rules,too many moderators , always jumping someone that can just mention they are low on BB’s.. Yell at them "that is not allowed to beg for bb.. Can’t call that begging.. Lots of conflict over this…. Typed in caps but did by accident…. Soon as one word is in chaos, they get jumped…. We’ve seen several of the moderators type In caps but that’s okay for them to do so. Especially that fire dragon , she can be rude…. She’s the worst.. We played on this sight for over a year and we even won the jackpot a few times. Now we can’t even get in to any of the sights. We have unloaded and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work, it is really frustrating. We have a lot of boom bucks but we can’t even get in to play.

It is a fun game. But there’s a lot of bickering between players because one person did’nt like what another person is saying. We won’t get into chatting because people act like little kids. Some should really grow up and just enjoy the game. Giving 5 stars because it is a fun game and Paul does take care of the ones acting like kids and puts them in the time out till they can play well with others.

Since when do you HAVE to use an account (such as Facebook) to play a game? Or, you can create an account by giving them personal info. Sorry, not interested. All that means is they want you to buy something.
But we actually like to PLAY bingo not watch the numbers and have the bingo card filled in for us. What’s the point? Boring! Also, Game is buggy. Froze during the first round we played. We closed the app and restarted it and we wouldn’t even open. Just kept getting a connection error. Don’t waste your time!
