Love it. A great modern day reboot of an old C-64 classic.
Loved the original, love this version more. Super graphics, Same strategy, better layout, better tools. We were addicted then and we are now.
We recently got into the Boulder Dash series and it was pretty freakin’ sweet! Can you add a level editor in the game maybe?
Some games are too complicated, but we were able do this one straight away. Cute graphics, and very reminiscent of the first video games we ever played. Enjoyed it immensely!
Im totally captivated by this game. It is easy but tough if you want to get 3 stars in each level… There is also rewards which keeps you going. Only problem we ve found is number 17 in the jade garden has a problem in that even if you have 3 stars the gate wont open.
Loved the original. This brings back such memories. So far havent encountered any paywall / IAP rippings, will change our review if we do. For now, completely awesome, stupid fun. Great time waster.
Simple and fun. Love that the classic levels are available. Surprised that our muscle memory could recall how to solve the old levels. Really need the Boulder Dash II levels!

We wanted a game that would be like SubTerra by Crystal Shard. This game is great. We like that there are plenty of rewards and unlimited retries.

Been looking for more levels for a while now.
Im not so sure we like it so we recomand to bye stuff but most times parents will not do that . We gust played it now we hate it it is a bad game for a person that loves most games.
We were happy when we saw Bolder Dash. But that happiness at playing an oldie was dashed. Not even the same game. Not even close. Why change a good game. We have never written a bad review but this game deserves a one star. If you expect to find Bolder Dash dont look here.

We loved this game on the Commodore 64 and this version is just great! Other than that it strains our eyes. :P.
We are a veteran player of the original. That is why we stopped playing both games- timer just ruins the fun. Too bad 30 yrs later they could have realized most popular games are hits because there is NO timer! Too bad, good game.
So we downloaded this app a year ago because we loved playing this game 30 years ago. In the past year, there has been only one event and no updates. The new worlds are insanely difficult – we’ve only been able to get through the first one in each category after trying for weeks and weeks. And there is no help anywhere to be found. Consider Boulder dropped.
App is so overloaded with screens and ads and this and that that its impossible to figure out how to actually play? Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to ply without success.
Our favorite new feature is the able to invite friends and share scores on Facebook. We also like that if we return to the game after a while we get a free spin to get gold or power-ups. The new caves by Peter Liepa are fun and brilliant; but, very challenging!!!
Incredible remake of classic Boulder Dash with the great concept and feature graphics found in Safrasoft Rox game. Like this game but on a higher level of addiction, that game with its mass quantity of level designs and innovations, had fast moving spiders that made this game worth paying for and playing for several years. This next level Boulder Dash has similar features and we hope they continue to expand their horizons by re-creating what Safrasoft Rox accomplished.
If you’re looking for a little adventure with some mind boggling puzzles this game is definitely for you. Love the classic with even more added special features and different characters to boot.
We feel the same excitement as a kid but it looks so beautiful. And it is all on our phone.
This game is a lot of fun. Sadly we only found it after looking for old arcade games (we had a C64 growing up). Should definitely be in the top list on the App Store – Easily the best game we’ve played on iOS.
Simple but interesting. A good balance between paid and free features. It’s easy enough to play for free without ever paying anything, but fun levels that you want to start sooner are a great temptation to pay,
More stuff! Shades of Gray levels are awesome. This game is a blast! Just DLed it. Fun Action/Arcady gameplay with awesome 3D art! Looks like it has tons of levels to unlock and play. Can’t wait to dig deeper;)

We are not spending money in this game Battle camp, The Sims Free play , Archie Riverdale Rescue and Angry Birds are the only games we want to spend money in. We don’t really have money of our own.
We spent a lot of time playing Boulder Dash on our Atari 800 computer. Enough to get in trouble on more than one occasion. We were very excited to see an updated port come to the iPad. Sadly, both control schemes make it difficult to play, and this is a game that requires some precision. The last straw was losing all our progress in the second world, despite being logged in to Game Center and connected to wifi. All too common for GC, which is iOS’s most annoying and broken feature. We wish game devs would boycott it. Thanks for the nostalgia trip. Maybe we’ll try it again if there’s a new version released.

This is so much fun and it makes us feel like we did when we first played Boulder Dash in the 80’s !!! Wonderful deal and great quality game!!
Ok this is a great game that harkins back to the first versions of Boulder Dash. We spent so many hours on our Atari in the 80’s playing BD with our Epyx joystick. We truly loved it. Even seeing that First Star Software logo brings back great memories. This is the first BD remake that has been just as enjoyable to play. The devs nailed movement on the iPad! Great levels and wonderful graphics. We payed 5 bucks to remove ads. We are getting our monies worth big time. Great job guys!

This game is so cute and a lot of fun! We love racing to get as many diamonds as possible as the time ticks!
Our entire family loves this game! The intro caves taught us all what to do and some tricks and now we have moved on to the second world where the real fun and challenges have begun. TNT and freeze power ups are our favorites and come in very handy. Try it you will REALLY like it.
