We downloaded this game to earn 5,000 tickets and the app notified us that we had earned the tickets but we never actually received them in our account.
There are several ads, usually for Bubble Shooter Tournaments, that cannot be closed, even when the ad has ran and the X appears. The only way around it is to lose the tickets. These ads appear after every 2nd round, making ticket collection virtually impossible. Bad enough that direct ticket conversion is gone, now this? This game needs fixing back to its former greatness.
What happened to the tickets please bring back the tickets.
We cant collect tickets any longer. We are unable to level up and get boosts.
Our game screwed up Since the last update u guys did. Our tickets and bank have disappeared!!!! What happened?
This game is fun but not really sure the purpose. There is nothing but the game and no way to shut off the ads that totally ruins the game play. The ads interrupt after small winnings or stages very intrusive and will likely ruin it for us. We play another game like this and has more options like connect to fb or add your name etc. This offers nothing except a challenge against yourself. Is this all its supposed to be because we cant even look at past games or like other comments mentioned… Tickets? We see none of this on our iPhone.
Since last update we can no longer see leader boards, tickets or the vault. Where did they go? We enjoy this game but it will lose its place in our phone soon because of these losses.
The ad said you can make money but you can’t and you still get ads. Why?

Why cant we get credited any tickets?
So we enjoyed the game a lot. Just recently upgraded to the new iPhone 11 Pro, and we guess its not compatible because it refuses to attempt to load. This goes for all of the WINR games.
All the auxiliary games have lost ticket functionality. Im deleting the ones that dont give tickets anymore, did you really think there was any other reason we were playing this game?

This game is so addicting,and you earn tickets pretty fast,I dont enter ours in the drawings though,I just bank them and convert them all into PayPal cash,i havent been playing for very long but we see that the limit you can have to cash out is $10,hopefully it really is legit when we cash out ,all the cash we win playing games goes into PayPal to get things for our children.
Not bad. Just wish there was an option to turn off sound so we could listen to our own music while using the app.

We love the game but it promises you 2500 tickets if you get over 50 points and you never get it…
We love playing this game a little to much as we usually sit down promising myself after one game Ill do our chores only to play a second and a third until we finally remember the chore.
