This game is the best we’ve played!
We love this game and often play for hours at a time with the double infinite lives boosts. The last week or so, there has been so much crashing during play, resulting in lost power ups, crashing during ads resulting in breaking streaks, and just general crashes losing balls and other items.
Cant place any houses to get rewards.
Recovers periodically. Renders game unusable for hours.
For the past several days, or since island adventure has started, Im lucky if we can even get the app to work. Please get rid of this or Im sure myself and many people will delete this app.
We dont know whose idea the island adventure was but it is terrible! First, the game keeps crashing ever since its introduction. Then each level is now impossible to beat on the first try (surprise, surprise you get to use up all your coins and boosts to try to win 21! Levels to get 10,000 coins. Youll use 100,000 coins to get there). Giving this one week. If its still this annoying Im deleting.
We really enjoy this game. But it looks like we will have to delegate this one also because of the extreme amount of ads. We have never understood the ads as your games are free why to you torture us with stupid mindless game ads. Please stop this nonsense. Thank you.
Can be entertaining but all the commercials, game freezes and at times shuts the game off. No problems with other games so.
The game is very fun but the ads take longer than the play time.
This game is really fun and we are addicted but the higher the level the more ads we get and it just seems longer and longer. We get that if is free but we are not willing to pay $10 for no ads. When we get to spin the wheel once a day, sometimes theres a glitch and we cannot spin. Another thing is, the screen goes blank sometimes. Please fix!
After each game you have an ad then when you start a game theres an ad. We understand the need for ads but come on. Greedy Deleting game after about two years of playing.
Ads to begin every level, ads after winning or losing every level, ads just to clear away the pop-up balloon prizes. Optional ads for extra balls, optional ads to double your daily prizes, optional ads to clear and arrest the burglar, etc. It is excessive to have that many ads that arent for anything special. Many of the ads are for games that are gross or inappropriate too. Very frustrating, because otherwise the gameplay is actually fun and challenging with a wide variety in the levels.
We’ve played this game for years literally our favorite game. BUT as soon as we get to really high levels it just glitches out! Like ill click on the app and it will start loading, and then close out of the app itself or just completely shut down our phone itself. This has happened twice and on 2 different phones.
There are constantly ads that break the game & cause you to lose your progress in a level/lose a life. At this moment, Im specifically talking about Tap Master, which plays & never gives you the option to X out of the ad, therefore you have to quit the app & reload it. We understand the need for ads, but please ensure they dont interfere with playing the game.
Everytime we win a game it boots us out to restart it getting annoying.
Why is there an ad every time you go into a level or finish a level or just randomly in the middle of the game. Every time you click on a new level an ad pops up. After you close it and start the level another ad pops up. Its the most ridiculous thing we’ve seen in a game even a free game. You really overdo the ads and its the most annoying thing.
We appreciate that ads are need since this is free but this app has ads before you play. After the level ends there is another ad. You click to start a new level and another ad! At least if you want us to watch 2 ads before we get another level play them back to back. Im actively looking for another game since the ads are driving us crazy!
The app hasnt been letting us play for two days now, we would click to open the app then it loads for a second then it goes straight back to our home screen, im not very sure why its doing it cus we love this game.
We love this game so much but it recently it stopped working. We cant get in to the app it will only load until 20% then it would quit and take back to our Home Screen. For future reference please allow a setting to report bugs.

We love this game and am on level 1350. The past week or so we’ve had issues with the game just crashing and closing in the middle of a level. Never had this happen with any apps on this phone before. Please fix this!!!

Love this game- downloaded add free- next day app crashed – will only load to 20%- restarted phone- no change- deleted app and restarted- worked for a bit then crashed again. Very disappointing.

We just downloaded this app yesterday and we were able to play it for about 30 minutes. Then the game force-closed itself. When we click to open it again, it loads to about 20% before closing itself. This happens even after we deleted and redownloaded the app. We enjoy this game, however, we are not able to play it anymore, quite disappointed.
We have enjoyed the game but the ads were getting ridiculous. We decided to pay the $10 for no ads. The next day the game repeatedly crashed. We tried to report the issue but the link was broken. Tried restarting our phone. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now there is no way (that we can see) to retrieve the ad free version. Waste of money and extremely disappointing.

We cant get our app to open. We used to love the game. We cant play it now.
We purchased the ad free version of this game YESTERDAY for a steep $10USD after 3 years of playing. One day later and the app will load to 21% and crash. We tried to delete the app and re-download and sign back in. We clicked the restore purchases button under settings and signed into our Apple ID. It said purchases restored yet we are getting ads after and before every single round again, and our entire town associated with our Apple ID was deleted.
Love this game. Then all of a sudden after the last update, loads to 20% and shuts down completely. No way to contact support. We’ve seen others posting about this problem. Voodoo, are you planning to fix this???!
Game has turned off in the middle of Level 1172 a dozen times. Please fix!
Fun and addictive but level 1172 crashes repeatedly and when it doesnt, it glitches and doesnt record 128s toward the level goal.
Even if you get bored of this game youll find yourself coming back to it again. This game is fun and straightforward with an amazing soundtrack. And although it kinda does get repetitive, Its very different from all the other stupidly repetitive mobile games in ads. 10/10 game. We literally cant get enough of the little song that plays during it.
We were about to play a hard level so we selected certain options that would assist us on the hard level and once the game was about to start it kicked us off and when we logged back in it didnt replace the extra game options we had selected to assist beating the level. Please replace our rocket, bomb, extra balls and star options that we had purchased with game coins. We have a screen shot but Im not sure where we should upload it. Please assist us! Thanks.
We like the game. Fun and challenging at times. But why do we need to pay $4 to get coins earned over time to empty the piggy bank.
When we first downloaded the game we love it so we paid for the no ads. Now it keeps crashing in the middle of us playing and we dont always get our rewards because it crashes and freezes badly. The game we loved so much is now what Im starting to hate. Especially when people are paying money for it.

We’ve had this game for a really long time and we’ve always wanted to write a review abt how bad this game can be but we’ve held back but our last straw has been broken. There are so many levels that are genuinely impossible and you can try them over and over and over and after a while the game decides to let you pass. Its not even just the hard levels, most of the normal levels are impossible and stupid.
We really enjoy this game, but the last several days, the app glitches and shuts down at about 20% way through the loading screen. If we delete the app and redownload it, we can log into our Apple game and return to our level, but we have to go through the intro tutorial levels before we can log in. This is the fourth time its done it in the last 3 days. There was a recent update but it did not fix this issue. Im going to move on to some other game because this is too much of a hassle for what should be a simple, relaxing game. (Running iOS 16.2 on an iPhone 14.)
Its fun if it actually opens. You have to reinstall and start the training level again, and then the next day it wont open again. We paid $10 for this. Definitely not worth it.
Game refuses to open after playing a few levels. Only way we’ve found a way around this is uninstalling and reinstalling again.
In order to play the game and advance in it the game requires you to see ads. Im fine with that. But now the ads are no longer available which makes the game unplayable!!

Finally broke down and spent $10 on this game, and now it crashes every time we open it. We want our money back.

You made a bug fix yesterday and now our app doesnt work at all, it starts to open and then closes out. We just actually spent $ yesterday and now its a worthless app we cant even open.
This is a great game. But there are too many ads and now there are even ads that play on top of the game that are had to close.
