Dont know what is going on with this game, but it has gotten BAD. Does not even load anymore.
We HATE the cards because it distracts our concentration but today each time we get a card – it does not open ,,,,,instead the game FREEZES and we need to reboot our iPad Pls fix this sound love if you got rid of the cards al together but at least game should not FREEZE This is 2nd time in half hour it has frozen Changed to iPhone bc iPad freezing and same thing happening on iPhone 13.
Ive played for years. Always loved it. A few years ago we would have given 5 stars. Now there are way too many adds. More frequently than any other game Ive played.
Our wife has been playing this for a long time & always purchases 1 game pack at a time, but for some reason the purchase screen changed & it listed a 110 pack for $49.99 on the far left in the place where the $.99 one pack normally is Without thinking, she pressed on that & it immediately charged our account, $53.49. We have reported the problem to Apple/iTunes initially, but they declined to refund, so we appealed twice with no response & no refund thus far. When our wife went back into the purchase screen, it was changed back with the $.99 one pack listed on the far left. BEWARE! This has happened to her in the past also, but we were refunded. You need to be on your toes! Shell never play this game again.
We used to enjoy this app then they added a puzzle game that slows it down. You have to wait for the puzzle piece to show up before you can continue. As annoying as it is, we could tolerate that. Now they have added LOTS of advertisements. Im deleting it.
All it does is loads on our iPhone.
Cant get our friends and family to play with us please fix this problem soon we miss competing with them Thank you.
Love this game and have been playing it for several years but we cant find people to play with like we used to. Ive gone on Facebook and joined the group but still doesnt show anyone playing. Help we love competing with other players.
The game will no longer connect to our friends since the latest updates. Ive tried disconnecting from Facebook and reconnecting, but it doesnt seem to connect to the friends that were connected before.
Love the game and have been playing for several years. Now we are having a problem when we score a picture puzzle piece. The screen dim and the picture piece never shows and the shooter bubble will not shoot. We deleted the game, losing 30 plus bubbles on each helpingbubbles. We reloaded the game but the problem is still there.
Please fix the puzzle piece of the game.it messes up our scoring every time.

We have two questions. The first one is why is the score lower on our iPhone and higher on our iPad. Also why does the sound stop in the middle of the game. Not sure what the reason for the puzzle. Other than that it is a relaxing game.
We are trying to open it but it will only open part way Ive tried about 10 times Ive deleted it off our system brought it back on and it still wont open Ive gone through this before its our favorite game and it is the worst game to try to play.
We dont get why the6 waste our time either puzzle pieces! What are they suppose todo for us.

This game does not work anymore at all. We cant connect to FB. To play the game. Our family can not connect either so we are deleting the game. We have deleted the game and downloaded it again several times. This has been going on since the last download and you still have not fixed it. That shows us you dont care. Deleted.
Both are horrible. Use to love the game, but both game and customer service have become terrible.
Always locking up, and ads are too many and they create the locking problem. Other than this its relaxing and enjoyable. If they dont fix then we dont recommend.
Tried to play today and every time we get a puzzle piece it locks up on us. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and same thing happened.

We used to play bubble we Q all the time but had to delete the app and re download it and it still freezes and will not let us finish a game so Im done time to move on and find something else to play.

Since Im not on Facebook anymore we guess we cant play this game. Too bad because it was one of our favorites. We can play but we have no name or city. Also all of the built up helpers we had have disappeared.

We have been playing games for over ten years. Bubbles IQ is by far the worst. You earn boosters and cannot use them. You contact them and they reply with advise which we followed. Still the boosters would not work. They have you trying everything on our end, but obviously it is on their end and they are to lazy to fix the problem. We do not recommend anyone to waste their time on this below par so called game.
We, like so many others, used to love this challenging game. When all our friends quit playing we couldnt understand why….now we know. We have experienced everything the other reviewers talked about. Only one thing left to do; delete and replace it with a game that might actually work.
This used to be an engaging little game until the update. They added tons of ads, and this new version is THE buggiest app we have ever seen. It froze our screen nice we got to about level 46. We tried restarting our iPad Pro. It didnt help. We tried deleting the app and re-loading it. That also didnt work. Note: we tried several times. Im done. Dont waste your time.
We have played this game since it started. With updates we have no bubbles but 1 in every area. We had many. We have been to settings changed what you requested & now we cannot reload it after deleting. Very annoying. Our name not under town which is Raceland,La. Or with friends. Our name was in 2 places. HELP Still no answer from them no solution & no items to play with.HELP. A week & still no help with problems. You owe us money for boosters we bought. Still not resolved no support help as of 10/25/19.
Keeps locking up after the advertisements, causing you to have to crash out of the game. You do not get your correct score. We contacted them many times and they do not fix the problem. We were told to update and we do have the so called new version. This happens on our new iPad Pro, our old generation 6 iPad, and our laptop. They added to much advertisement and it ruined the whole game.
Been playing this game for over a year. Really enjoyed it but now it freezes nearly every time we play it. Please fix it. We will delete if its not fixed soon.
When you get the WAITING FOR SERVER screen, the game locks up and you lose your current score. Very irritating when you have a new high score or waiting for your additional bubbles, etc. This has been going on quite a while and they say they have been saying they are working on it and in the mean time they are happy to take your money for any additions you may want to purchase. BEWARE.
Our game will no longer connect to Facebook. We have tried closing and reopening the app, shutting our IPad down then restarting and even deleted the app and redownloaded nothing works.
Somehow a Facebook account was made against our knowledge and it wont work on our original page. No matter what we do we cant add a city. Its exasperating not fun.

This game could really be fun, but its not. Its a rip off. You have to pay to win. If you actually have skills, it will turn your shot right before it lands! Rotten, rotten rotten.

This game used to be fun. Now all of these 30 second ads keep popping up. Trying to get to level 60 is impossible without using lots of boosters to get through just one of the levels. Now this game is just a waste of time. Deleted.

These people change the difficulty levels too often. One week it's great fun, the next it's far too difficult and frustrating. Shame. We thought it was a pretty great game until they began tinkering with it.
We don't have this game anymore. We love to play it. When we are done playing it just shows a gold cup with bubbles and what our score is.
Great to see how far we can go without getting no where to go ..love to just play.
Since the last update even we reach the level 40 or more game starts from level 1.
Ordered a pkg of boosts. Were not credited to us and though we contacted the producers and followed their instructions, nothing. $13.99 down the drain. Liked the game but won't be playing any more until this issue is resolved.
