Simple but great app specifically for practicing the memory palace memorization technique.
Tough, but fun. The art work is great.
First off, we expected a different game. We were under the impression, that you could somehow visually or graphically build or construct palaces. The art looked nice enough. Second, and most important, another reviewer asked for landscape mode among other things and the developer answered that all his points were fixed in the latest update. But there is NO LANDSCAPE mode and we hate to use our iPad upright. For what it is, the game is nicely done. We only wont be using it much because of the portrait issue.
It just keeps going up in numbers to memorize.. Its not really helping memory when it doesnt reward you with starting over each day.
This is amazing app looking forward for more updates and added features.
Okay, the developer responded; we reinstalled and was able to get our progress back and adjusted our rating. As for instability, we haven't had further problems running on XS Max. Aside from that it is a fun and rather addictive game. Happy building.
The name is misleading, as the app really has little to do with the memory palace technique. However, it is an excellent training app for the story method (a.k.a. The mnemonic link system), which is technique that is often used inside a memory palace but it stands on its own.
Great game, with a lot of replay value and beautiful in simplicity, but as another review said, the update was a big downgrade for the icon selection part of the game. Please add an option to toggle the old style, where you select icons from all the available ones, not just the ones that were shown. Making sure to memorize the correct icons, and not confuse them with similar looking ones was a very enjoyable part of the game before. This was taken away with the update. Similarly, the removal of the confirm button takes away the need to commit to your choices, another fun part of the game before. Lastly, selecting icons is less convenient post-update due the icons being smaller. Please give players an option to enjoy the game as it was previously! Thank you.
The game is ok. The text and icons on the iPhone are so small that it would be nice to use it in a landscape view. Super generic as far as play goes, needs animation and a better way to review what you have completed before you move on to the next palace.
We loved this game so much but when we opened it and there was an update it all went downhill. Instead of having to remember which ones you saw mixed with decoys and click them in order you know only see the ones that were showed. Im always having to fix it because when we move an icon it lands in the wrong place 90% of the time. Also theres no finished button so unlike before, you could rearrange until you got it right there is no real risk of getting it wrong here…honestly we deleted it after this update.
All this game does is crash. We cannot even get it fully opened.

Upon buying the game and downloading it there were immediate bugs not even allowing us to play the game. Feel completely ripped off. Game wont even begin.
Ive been trying to develop memory palaces for almost a year now for school but didnt know how to practice and didnt keep track of how much we remembered. This REALLY helps and its beautiful.
This is a memory game, it is a lot of fun if you like challenging your memory to build it stronger. Ive read a lot of comments that people say its no fun and has no point, but the point is to use your memory to recall the pictures after you see them. If you dont know what to do, just make up a little story that links them together in order, every time you do it, you get a little better at it. Its a game, its that simple. To the developers: we would love to see the icons animate during the recall phase. We dont always recognize them when theyre not animated.
The animations & designs are really good, the simplicity makes this game as useful as a memory trainer that there really can be. It needs some refinement and some additional work to be great and maybe even trending towards essential, but it works for what it is. Cons: UI could use some tweaks, it needs to be more intuitive, it edges on perfect but still has some overlooked elements. Design/animations could be bettered, which would make this app better. Keep it up devs, you got something with solid potential here.

Great game for memory. Found even more challenge and fun playing with a 9 year old on our team. We taught her to create a story she taught us to use different story telling and to go faster and faster! What fun.

It's a game you can pick up and just play. It is great for working on memory and the animation is mesmerizing.
Just when we were looking for a cool game to help sharpen our mind. This app is great! The artistic designs make are visually appealing. The idea to build a castle the more you remember, is brilliant.

The absolute best memory game that we have played. No complex puzzles or Dannish logic, just a pure simple memory game.
The animations are the centerpiece of this game, because they're so beautiful and interesting. There needs to be a library of some sort where you can go back and watch the animations again. Maybe once you've successfully remembered it in a sequence, then it appears in your library where you can go and see it there out of the game modes.
Remembering 7+ line drawings in a row is not fun. And the reward? A line-drawn castle that's a little bigger than the one you just unlocked but totally unrelated to the icons you remembered? Simple and disappointing.
This is a great app for people training for memory competitions. It helps build your Lodi.

At first we couldn't open the app, tried many things nothing worked. We contacted them and they were super nice and sent us a link special for download. It works great now and we TOTALLY LOVE THIS GAME.
This is a great tool. We use it to help with memory markers, and we find that it's simplicity is its greatest feature. The app is easy to use and fluid as well. Great build and we're glad we purchased it.

This game is great for exercising and strengthening your memory. We personally use milestones in our own life – so places we've lived, combined with jobs we've had and significant accomplishments to match with the icon. Since these things are in the past and are concrete, it makes it easier to map. Im going to try to begin to map to future state items like goals, etc. It still takes some focus to remember though. This is one of the best little mind games we've come across, without all the complexity.

We've only been playing this game for a couple of days and you cannot play this game when you're half asleep. It'll frustrate the hell out of you! But an amazing game.
