Its not really worth skipping over any of the main three books. They do frequently misinform customers of concert tickets and bonuses to always say sorry wrong person. Lol then they say hey we are monitoring when they get a bad review but never make it right lol.
We would do this thing where we transfer in money to get the free cash play and just use that to play with. We transferred in 500 dollars to play and received a 100 that we used. They never let us pull our 500 back out we asked the live chat what was going on and 4 days later it went down to 55 dollars we cant get ahold of anyone to rectify the situation. Merry Christmas!

Deposits work in less than a minute. Withdrawals are all broken. We are hit with different errors for each type of withdrawal we try and their live chat just tells you to delete the app and retry. We have several hundred dollars of winnings that we cant get out of this app.
We have no idea how they have a high rating , fake reviews. Most of the reviews especially recent ones are horrible, because they are the legit reviews, Caesars is horrible, rigged isnt even the word, you may get a win or 2, not a whole lot, but thats it, its absolutely horrible!! You can play like 30 games and lose every single one. We’ve given them quite a few chances and they have proven they are a horrible casino ! All these online casinos DO cheat and the games are totally rigged and/or programmed by both the unscrupulous online casino operators and the game providers so that the player losses over and over. Really enjoy the games for the most part, nice layout, but wow do they have some serious issues they wont get around to resolving. On multiple occasions we’ve received notices that we won a promo or got credit for our loyalty, only to get an email hours later basically saying oops our mistake, sorry not for you, or just recently that we won tickets to a concert event, and later saying sorry thats for another state how is that even possible. Games wont load correctly since the Apple update. We tried going thru the support but your AI chat doesnt let you get anywhere near anything relevant. You click on the game and it brings up a black screen then Netent screen over and over but wont load.
