Ive played this off and on for years; the story is amazing and well written! We were max VIP on our other account Im too lazy after getting a new phone to get it back. We quit due to we just got tired from the toxicity from other servers. We dont mind spending money, we even created a gifting pool in our guild where we would each donate $5-$20 to one of our friends accounts to help them achieve their goals, we had an amazing guild in s50 (when it was that)!! However, even we think you charge too much for skins. This time playing Ill wait and see if the devs do some good for other players income levels. You could make so much more money if you were softer on prices!!! More players would feel inclined to make more purchases if you provided better prices or deals on your skins and events. You should consider it, we know an entire group of ladies that would come back and spend more money if you did this, and Im talking a solid 15-20 people. And reading other reviews, its a common request that could resolve many issues you face as a company and return so much more of a healthy player base that feels excited to spend money. Our review will be 5 stars if we experience good change in CME. We dont experience an inconvenience its called empathy Im experiencing empathy, this world lacks that emotion! Im empathetic to those who would love to be able to spend more money more often on a game they do like. But we get it, money makes your world go round; we just find that to be a pity when only instant gratification on a creators end is the only main goal. Best of luck to you devs! We came back and Im already VIP 8! You should consider our words of wisdom. Again love this game so much we get sassed when we play it! Besides WoW got boring and Im tired of FFXIV raiding.

We do really love this app, although unfortunately its pretty just us and two other people actively playing in our server. Its really fun, but sometimes it takes a while to get anything done and sometimes we have like 20 quests done ahead of time. Super cool game, can be a bit slow to load tho.
This game all about charging money. Even to just get 50th place and the rewards are terrible. Even if your are 10th, the reward are nothing. We have been playing for 4 years but it time to end this. They way way more expensive now. You need to charge to play more. They gave you a bit of chance. Thats it, you need to charge money to play more. Their skins are to expensive, you need to charge at least $500 to really have chance to get the skin you see in the ad. The top players are rich kids. They can pay to win. You can win but you have to hoarding your items for long long time, when you want to go all out. You will lost at the end of the event becuz someone will have more than you. This game for rich people only. The rewards you got are nothing but just items in games. Im telling you should not play this game. A lot of dead servers. People have been starting to left the game.
We just had the worst experience ever with customer service. Last night when we opened our game it told us we need to download data worth 1gb to open the game. Now from what we know there were no recent updates so this was strange. We still proceeded to download it and afterwards it told us they were decompressing now and didnt use any mobile data. Even after all of that the game still wouldnt open. We told customer service about our problem and they had the gal to say just download whats required of you. Like we did download everything but its still not letting us log in. We told them this and they straight out ignored us. We are never recharging again on this game if they cant even bother to have good customer service. We are vip7 almost 8 and this is how you treat a player thats been playing for 3 years?? We missed all of yesterday and today because of this conundrum. We finally deleted the game because customer service did nothing to help.
We have been enjoying this game since it came out we have multiple accounts because we enjoy replaying it even though our server is a dying one we still truly enjoy it.
It totally drains our battery. Thats the biggest struggle with this. It makes it hard to play if we dont have access to an outlet or power bank immediately. Super fun otherwise. Love the mini games. But jeez.
Just like many stated before the game loses its steam especially when people stop playing a server and new ones pop up but hey this is an easy money making scheme we wish we came up with cause all the game elements are their its just poorly managed with little integrity.
10 servers bracket for cs events!!! Ridiculous!!! U really want to make more dead servers.
It is a very fun game the people are mostly nice and allow you to get number 1 if you ask. However, servers die too fast because server addition is fast. All old players go to the new servers because its easier to become stronger and stay number 1 in that server due to more updates that help the new players.
As promised, im writing another review after about 1-2~ more years of gameplay. Why this gets 4 stars is because you can literally run out of things to do. To the point where im forced to close the app because our only other option is blankly staring at our screen for a couple of hours. All of the daily activities and worships are only available once per day. Making sure logging in once at any point in the day is enough. So its not time consuming. If we send our ministers for training, we dont have to check in for another 6-8~ hours. So thats no good either. Training a crown prince/ss is checking in once every several hours. We have to wait for war levies to get soldiers so we cant progress in the story, and levies take hours to recover. Harem takes one half hour to restore one stamina, and you dont get rewarded much even if you constantly check in so we dont see any point. It takes an hour for one of your kids stamina to recharge and we cant marry off any of our kids because we came back to the server after a break and everyone only has R2-1-0 kids. We cant marry them off so we dont get any rewards so no matter how many we raise it doesnt do anything. We can only do silver tael banquets 3 times a day, which we do with our dailies. Because we rejoined in the middle of the season theres a good amount of events to keep us occupied (for now) but the thought of taking those away too once the season ends makes us wonder whats even the point anymore because ill never have anything to do ALSO, we still think the top ranks of VIP are ridiculous, the overwhelming majority of players arent going to spend over 1,000+ to be VIP16 on a mobile game, thats over half our yearly salary from working part-time If the game could KEEP players on the app im sure they could find ways to profit off of that and be able to afford lowering their rates to something players can actually afford Im honestly super confused because no matter how we look at it this game is setup like an idle rpg game but why can we run out of things to do then? AH, we forgot to mention the new stage mini games they added have also helped kill some time, but ive already done all of the harem done and im halfway through the stages we already have unlocked, theres no way to pause midway through and they take longer and they can take like 10~ minutes or so and youre not able to take breaks, pause, or anything of the sort, and we keep trying to move our character only to swipe up and the menu pops up, forcing our character to a floor we didnt want them to take and losing after going at it for up to 15mins WHICH ID JUST LIKE TO POINT OUT IS NOT MY FAULT, newer phone models dont have home buttons anymore, so youre supposed to swipe up TLDR: If im paying a ton of money for this app then we DONT want to run out of things to do, (repeating this a lot for emphasis).

It is pay to win. Top players spend tens of thousands of dollars to recharge to stay top. To do well, you must spend in both time and money.play at your own risk. Ads are nothing like the actual game play.

We've played a lot of games like this, but this is the only one we've seen with a female to male harem. We think most of the people who play this game are female and other games of its kind don't take this too seriously. We played this game 2 years ago, took a break and played again 1 week ago, we started over on a new server and thanks to our experience we were able to figure out how to play it without loading too much money and still at the top. However, if you do not need to be in the top, just experience the game is still very fun and do not need to recharge. The game has added a few new levels compared to 2 years ago, which is fine.
This game brings us great memories and we wanted to go back to relive them because why not? So we go back and discover one big problem, our server that we had been in since January of last year is dead. We cant go on banquets because no one is making banquets, our children take longer to marry because their arent many people playing on our server. We were made leader of a guild because we were literally the only person remaining or said guild. The solution would be to just go to another server, issue is that we would lose all our progress. We dont wanna do that Ive already spent money on this game and we have had to change to another server because we had forgotten the password of our other account our 30 year level account is gone and Im only on level 13 on this current server which took us wayyyy to long to get there imo. Love the game but if we wanna play with other people we would have to lose all our progress and we cant do that again.
We lost our phone and got another one. We tried logging in our Facebook to retrieve our past data but it only bound it to the new game. We spent a lot of money boosting our title, we want our old server back before it remove us as alliance leader.

Im a history nerd and we love time management games so this checked both boxes for us Very well. (Ive been playing this game for 6 months) Its easy to skip over any descriptions or historical references so if you want to just play the game you can. Any still frame shots of characters or backgrounds are GORGEOUS although they dont change much. This is a game that requires a LOT of time spread out over days and weeks in order to advance your fighters, kingdom strength, harem, etcunless of course you strategize, plan, and pay for things. The worst part about the game right now is that hundreds of players have moved on to other games so any contests between players on a single server can be boring or nonexistent. Many people have asked for the servers to be combined and not just hold cross-server battles but it hasnt happened. However, any tech or other issues on this game have lead to generous freebies being given to players so we do like this game and company.
The game is entertaining with lot to do but it definitely is a pay to play.
We enjoy this game a lot, the people in our server has since died out but its really fun during events. And the animation and story line is very beautiful. Our favorite game would be the jade for beauty. Honestly Im more of a romance type of gal. Maybe toss in some more things to do with the consorts that involve more scenery with them? And some more brown characters would be great honestly. Theres a few in there but different clothing at least for the ones you already have. The choices are slim. The reason we didnt give this game 5 stars is because we personally do not feel like the amount you spend in this game balances out the things you receive. If we wanna buy more stamina why cant we only get stamping ? We the other things that come with we have no problem getting. And they make it extremely hard to get the immortal recruits. Granted if you place in the top 5 you will get shards but those shards are 1 or 2? How about us bottom feeders? We dont have any way to arise if the ones thats super powerful keep winning and getting the shards. Since you charge for everything why cant we buy shards? Or even new skins for our harem palaces. And those are ever harder to get. Ive been playing this game for about 3+ years and we finally received a jade crown ! One jade crown. Those are odds are ridiculous we think you guys should change the statistics especially with the baron items as well. It just doesnt balance out in our opinion.
We would give it a zero . Here is why . We were so excited to download this game! Once the game finished downloading we joined we first picked we were waiting for the fun part of the game like raising children and stuff like that but instead it had us playing more mini games then the game itself. Do not download this app! The game was nothing like what the add shows Thank for your time we normally like putting positive stuff on apps like this but we felt someone had to say something.
We love it this game is awesome we like the challenges and animation the whole game is overall great but is hard to get the different outfits the male have getting the silk or cloth for it its hard is there a way for you to make is at least a bit easy we dont want to spend a lot of money especially in this pandemic.
We started playing like three years ago and in honest thought, the game is really addicting. Once you get involved non it you are lost, we spend A LOT of money and have no complaint because we knew before a hand that we would be spending it however, we have no desire on continue to play the game . Our server died and theres only like 10 people. Im not interested anymore and it becomes boring. We miss the old CME.
We wouldnt recommend this game to anyone anymore. It seems like the longer we played, the more we got sucked in and before we knew it, we spent more than we wanted to just to try to get a few wins in . The packages they offer cost way too much money. They will limit the 99 cent packs all the way to the 29.99 packs but the $99 packs are almost unlimited to purchase. There are also lots of bullies in the game and no way for weaker servers/players to win or catch up to the players that spend a boatload of money on this game. Its either theyre rich, going into debt over this game or sponsored to play this game. We had fun in the beginning but stopped having fun a long time ago. Theyre skins are improved but cost so much. You literally would have to spend about $500-$800 just to obtain a skin. It seems CME is just seeing how many players they can get to dish out money for them. We dont think the amount most people have spent on this game is right. If anything, a lot of us got scammed and deserve a refund. Honestly just want at-least half of what we spent on this game back. The packages werent worth it. All too late we had realized Its not a healthy game.

We used to love this game, but we tried to re-download and bind it to our Facebook, knowing we had a previous account, but it started us at the tutorial and we knew all was lost. We tried to leave a message for their customer service to get it back, but they expect you to remember your server name, region you picked and the random generated player code they give you? Shouldnt you know all this from our connected Facebook? We guess Im peeved because we spent our money on this game (we hate to say invest) Ive never had a problem with accessing old games before. Very disappointed. The updates made arent worth the money Ive lost.

Game is overall very addicting and it is a true spend time win game meaning you will end up regretting playing this game . However, we all should be adult enough to accept that . We will not however agree with developer about their treatment with bullying in the game. Our younger sister who is 16 YO playing this game and later cried because she was bullied in the game . Calling names and sexual words in game. Yet, when we report it CME flat out said it wasnt against their rules because the player didnt target anyone specifically . We play many online game and never see such level immoral and unethical conducts from developer response. In any other online, you get banned jjst for cursing at all. Again, if you see your children or younger siblings play this game stop them and delete this game. Also , read through previous review and you will see many report same issues and CME developer have same exact generic response. If they seincerely wanted to fix and improve in game system, they could have reached out and asked for more information if individual incidents reported in these reviews. None of it done.
Love this game and how close servers can become -only thing thats sad is when a server dies and there are only 3 active people still playing . Keep it up tho.

TL/DR – the game is ok; however it suffers from two major problems: 1) its not free to play – you will have to spend money (and the developers provide plenty of opportunities for you to do that). 2) Cyber bullying occurs in this game and there is little to no prevention against it if the bully is a big spender in the game. Full review: Ive played this game for over two years. We keep coming back due to the players playing on the server we currently play. The games in game are mostly good, but the game itself is not entirely free to play as one would hope. There are many options in game to spend real money. There are many advertisements for you to click and spend. When playing this game, you should expect to spend money in order to progress in the game in a reasonable amount of time – otherwise, you will be frustrated by your lack of growth. With the spending issue coming another serious problem – cyber bullying. The developers appear to give a pass on accounts who are the biggest spenders playing who cyber bully others. One example is the number one (in power) player on server U24. The number of alternate (Alt) accounts she uses to instigate bullying on others, and then turn it around to blame others for bullying her, is disgusting. What is worse is that she is reported and it appears that nothing is done about it. Over a year year ago, we left that server in disgust and started over on a different server, where the environment isnt as toxic. (Im not saying that all big spenders are cyber bullies – Im pointing out one example that Ive experienced. If there is one example, there are others.) Flagrant cyber bullying and lack of safeguards against it, or the blatant disregard of it due to a players spending habits, make this game toxic for all players.
