We play Canasta a lot and weve been trying out quite a few apps so far to help with counting points and keeping the score. We have to say that this app is probably the best we’ve seen so far, it simply does what its supposed to do and we are using it regularly since a few months now. There any many settings that allow to play slightly different Canasta variants and the UI is just really neat! We recently went for the in-App purchase and it is worth every penny to us as we love keeping track of previous games or just continue playing unfinished games at a later point. We can really recommend to everyone who loves playing Canasta in person!

Overall, this is a great app. But one suggestion we love that you can choose to just enter the score number. Or to click on each card rank to tally the score. But we would live a third option that would be in between. Id love to be able to just click if a person has won the round, and how many red threes they have. But then enter the total points melded. To us, that seems to be the easiest way to enter information. Other than that, your app is great. Best canasta score app out there.

We could not figure out if you can change the number of decks (it doesnt appear so). We went to contact support, but the site no longer exists. We dont know if this is a temporary issue or if the site is just gone. The scoring seems to work as long as you dont use more than 2 decks, otherwise it cannot automatically score.
