Community Insight:
We absolutely love this app and being able to make decks! Makes us wish there was a mobile version of the naruto ccg. The only issue is sometimes when we go to look cards up the search button doesn't work and the only way of fixing it is by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Super frustrating but other than that probably our favorite app on our phone.
So when we try to add cards to collection or look at our collection some cards we cant look at and there just plain blank gray.
Why do you guys need our location for that is just wried.
It would be better if it had a value estimator calculator.
We cannot log into our account. Have tried contacting support but the system will not send the message. We like the app a lot but now we cant use it. Please help if your able to. Update Was able to log in last week! The app was working as expected then over the weekend the same issue is happening again. We dont want to delete the app again. Please help. Update Wrote our update on Monday, got our access back on Tuesday, now its Wednesday and we dont have it again. Why is this happening? Can someone explain if Im doing something wrong.
We keep getting an error while Im trying to log in. We deleted the app and reinstalled because it wasnt working now we cant even log in.
We got the flash box booster in japanese for christmas. We wanted to add our cards to the app to keep track and theres no option. Cant find the cards on there.
Its not even working we cant sign in and when we try it says our email is wrong and our username and when we click sign up it says choose new username and instantly says contact support so we need help please.
Was excited to see this app but our username and email wont be acceptable. Ive tried everything and cant get any usernames or emails to work. Total bummer.
Uninstalled the app and then reinstall the app and see if that was the issue of the images not populating. Now the app does not let us log back in to view our previously made decks. Love the app if we can get back and Ill get five stars.
Was really looking forward to using this app since we have a surplus of cards! However it wont even allow us to sign up or anything!! Please fix this ASAP.
We were a lil suspicious when you sign up and stuff it says location like why do you need our location and email paired up with that thats sus.
The app has every card from the ccg, easy to use and make decks. We use it mainly for showing off our collection all in one place. Would like to see a custom quantity option to put your exact quantity amount of a card that you own. Right now 3 is the most you can put for one card.
Recently got into this game, and this app is really nice. We love being able to scroll through the card sets. Only thing we wish was added were more filters to narrow down searches more. We usually build decks here and then build them on untap to play test.
This app literally saved us MONTHS of work on excel sheets and Im so happy Ive stumbled across it. We love being able to see decks too that people make and design. The only thing thats a slight issue is it seems a couple cards havent been added to the database. The one we know in particular is a Sasori & Zetsu platoon card that we couldnt add to our collection or deck.
We are overjoyed that this app exists for a card game like this. Thank you.
Wont even let us sign up when we love naruto UGH disappointed.
When we got this game it just was not letting us sign up it had information for someone else it said we lived in Florida we live in Texas it keep saying your not the real guy THIS IS MY PHONE.
We love the app. When it actually works tho, which seems to be a once in a life time thing.. We havent been able to look at a card, or a deck, or even our collection in months. Ive kept the app praying itd fix someday but Im coming to the point of deleting. Hope everything goes good in the long run for yall tho. Edit: thank you for the response and yes it is so much better great work guys! Other then that problem we had we havent had any other issues so great great work guys.
We love NARUTO and boruto but cards cost money.
