Short rules:
A 24-card deck is used. 1000 is a point-trick game: the aim is to win tricks containing valuable cards. There are just six cards in each of the suits Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs and Spades and their ranking from high to low and their point values are as follows:
-Ace 11 points
-Ten 10 points
-King 4 points
-Queen 3 points
-Jack 2 points
-Nine 0 points
There are therefore 120 card points in the pack altogether, and a player who holds both the king and the queen of a suit (a pair or marriage) can obtain additional points by declaring them as follows:
-King and Queen of Hearts 100 points
-King and Queen of Diamonds 80 points
-King and Queen of Clubs 60 points
-King and Queen of Spades 40 points

Point systems dont make sense. We won a round that we bet 100, and it took away 120. Then we were at 880 and bet 120, won that round, but it took away all of our points and left us at 0. Makes no sense to us.
Like many computer games, this one likes to deal the human inhuman garbage hand after hand. We repeatedly get dealt 4 9’s. Problem is, if a player is dealt 4 9’s he gets an automatic redeal. That doesn’t happen in this version because it would mean eternal redeals.
It cheats like a poor player when you would turn around.
Many ads, delays and strange not userfriendly interface. We were forsed to remove it.

A fun game however there are scoring issues that need to be taken care of… The game auto deducts points even if you did not win the initial bet.
After last update doesn’t work. Very sad (iphone 5, ios 7)
Love this game and the app it at the end messes up. It will not give the opponents the points they make if bidder is on the barrel and does not make it. Also it does not give opponents a chance to bid when declarer is on the barrel and he has to bid or pass. If you are not on the barrel and someone is when they bid first they just get it. The others don’t have a chance to bid even if they have a marriage. Also need to fix if you have like 870 points and not on barrel if you bid and make your bid to put you over a 1000 to win it will just give you a score of 880. We had 4 aces and a marriage. Our score would not of been between 880 and a 1000. You can win with out being on the barrel but this program won’t let you Please fix and we will give 5 stars.
We love the game 1000 and it was nice to find an iPad app, but it crashes on our iPad mini every 10 minutes. Very disappointing. Otherwise, it has potential. Can use better graphics.
