Our favorite until it rests your coins and level.
Been playing this game for years and its our favorite. We only wish we could chose our own bet amount.
We like this poker game very much, but recently our account disappeared and we had to start over, we were at the highest silver level and no matter how often we played it NEVER changed ( so we assumed that was the top level?) we tried the fix offered but it didnt work, evidently we’ve never actually signed in, so now Im back to square one the FRENZY is our favorite part, but now it rarely happens because our level is soooo low.
Why do you make it so hard to change users?
The update 7 days ago has totally messed up those of us that play with friends on Facebook. We believe that is why some are having problems getting back to their original scores prior to update. Please fix this. We are unable to send any challenges to our friends. TIA.
Unfortunately, when we wanted to play it, our 900,000,000 points disappeared! The game started AT THE BEGINNING! This wasnt the first time. We were always able to get it back to where it was. NOT THIS TIME! Whats going on???
We have been trying for months to get a reply, or an answer on why our account disappeared and started us over. We believe casino frenzy was purchased by somebody who really just doesnt care about customers.
Dont play til they fix it! Game keeps resetting to first level and you lose coins! Played for several years – all gone!
We’ve lost 6 years of playing. We just opened the game on our iPad and it started as a brand new player. We had almost 100,000.00 points and almost every collectible and now its all gone.
The latest update reset & wiped EVERYTHING from our game! After years of playing, we lost everything; coins, game history & account info!
It reset our Casino Frenzy account from Titanium Level 250 with billions of coins to Level 1 with 50,000 coins. Also reset Collectible sets to nothing and reset daily bobs streak back to 1 day of logging in when we have been at maximum of 25 days for YEARS!!!!! Hope they can fix this for us long time players. This looks like a disaster.
This last update erased all of our progress!!! We dont know why this happened. Can someone help?

Played and enjoyed the game for years. We had a large amount of coins and had worked through all the levels. Suddenly lost all all our data. We have written to support many times, and have not even received a reply.
We’ve lost 2/3 of our coins (a fairly large amount!) because the game RARELY lets you win and when it does pay out it is in very slight tiny amounts. Actually laughable amounts. We spend 100,000,000 million and win 500,000!! The game needs an update. Im loosing interest in playing since the game barely pays out anymore. We wish we could leave 0 stars!!!
They need to add the mini/mega jackpot feature to more games than just the four games as present.

This game should be kicked off for being liars cheaters and thieves they steal from you they true cheat you every way they can if you go into a casino you place a dollar bet and you win 150 to 1 odds bet the casino supposed to pay you they cheat you we dont pay that 150 we’ve got over 1000 pictures of them cheating us so what are you do you have to go to the state attorney general get paperwork and send it in if you know its good for you dont play this game.
