This thing is pretty good we downloaded this game November 2025 (it was released in 2013 the game was like 12) Im on the fourth level of the game and Not gonna lie its pretty tricky even the first level is pretty hard (in a fun way) so only 5 lives it should be like 10 this game is in our Top 10 (for games).
This game will even more awesome if it supports gaming controller support.
Ive been playing this game for YEARS, and it is so gosh dang awesome! We love the way how you can change your outfits, the only thing we wish was different was if during the cutscenes if you have a different outfit if it would change in the cutscene. But other than that, its amazing.
This has to be the best game we have played. We have played this since we were five and we are now 12/not joking) idk what else to say we wish we can give it more than five stars.
Loved this game when we were a kid, it brings us so much nostalgia and good memories. For its time this game was insane 10/10.
Honestly we have no words to express how l feel for this game. This game is our whole childhood. Its absolutely amazing Ive been playing this game for 9 years and l never got bored or tired of it. We adore the graphics, and all the imagination is amazing. Congratulations to the person who created such an incredible game and we hope he/she creates more games like this. Castle of Illusion is a really great game. We bought the iOS port when it was first released it then went without an update for a long period of time. We began to fear the developer had abandoned the app and it would not be compatible with iOS 11. The app was fortunately updated to remain compatible with future iOS releases we just wish it had controller support Id love to use our Backbone One with it for gaming. Please add controller support next update.
Best game yet. Ive played since we were younger and Ive aways loved it. Theres definitely difficult task to get Minnie back. But its a good game.

Played this when we were way younger (we dunno what age maybe 10?) but we loved it, of course got stuck but Im proud to say we beat it three times in a row ! But for real love this game, part of our childhood, little sad when we costed money but someone bought it for us, money well spent, time well spent.

It is a relay fun game to play and yall that are saying it is hard are insane. Its a really fun game and we love Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse and its a bit hard but not to easy not to hard.

So when you get to the Jack-in-the-Box boss fight, there will be normally stars on the drum, but there isnt and we would like if you would put the stars on it because theyre not appearing but every YouTube video they are appearing, so can you fix this, please.
For some unknown reason, this Disney game has a chokehold on our childhood. There's a certain element in this game that makes it so much more playable over and over again! Even to this day we would see the app on our phone and play it again. 5 stars no questions asked.
This game is great! There was a funny glitch once, us and our dad were on to the 4th boss, and we defeated him, he lost all his lives, but we had to fight him one more time!!! After that we truly defeated him. PS. We deleted The game! But l will get it back. Today or tomorrow! Bye.

We have been playing this game for a long time their is a lot of beautiful and fun battle and mysteries and if anyone says otherwise they are wrong enjoy everyone. BEST GAME EVER.
Hi, so we absolutely hate this game we mean its so hard. Im just playing THIS GAME IS THE BOMB! But we do have a problem that really turns our gears (that was the Clocktower levels joke). There was once this guy named ROYGBIV (R-red, O-orange, Y-yellow, G-green, B-blue, we-indigo, V-violet) who supposedly made the rainbow. So Im a little confused as to why Ive looked around the entire castle and have not seen a statue with the indigo gem. We see a statue with The Grumpy Old Oak Tree with his red gem, Jack in the box with the orange gem, The Merman with the yellow gem, Shadow Mickey with the green gem, The Red Licorice Dragon with the blue gem, The Oafish Clockmaker with the violet gem, and Queen Mizrabel with the white gem (rainbow gem) yet we dont see the indigo gem anywhere. If you are still updating the game, can you please add a statue with the indigo gem? It would make us 10 times happier. All in all this is a five star game and we absolutely love it.
We loved ( and still do) this game as a kid! We had often ask our dad for menacing about our childhood now and Id ask our dad, Do you remember the game with the little mouse and the castle and the evil witch? And he reply no, we dont. Could you help us understand? We were often frustrated not remembering the name but diddly remembering videos or us playing it on our dads phone but now that we have the game on our iPad and Ive been playing it for a few years now and we still love reminiscing about our childhood and having fun reliving it while we being a competitive person when it comes to games, get to relive memories over a childhood game about a mouse and his love.
So Ive played this game many times and recently got our sister to play and we dont mind playing it but it does get rather tiring to use hands if your using a tablet. So if its possible to put a controller option to play the game as some other apps do then that would be awesome.

All the bad reviews saying the game is too hard make us laugh bc we beat this game when we were seven and we could probably beat the whole thing in about an hour now. Its insane that Disney was able to put this much into an iPhone in 2013. This game is extremely fun and so nostalgic, from the soundtrack to the gameplay itself. The soundtrack is BY FAR the best part of the game tbh. It gives off a vibe that Disney cant even replicate in their modern movies. The game reminds us of Mario but Disney version, and thats one reason why we like it so much; the boss battles are like fighting bowser in modern Mario games, so if you can do that then this game shouldnt be a challenge. This game is one of Disney's most under appreciated projects and idk why. Its a masterpiece. Disney, we know you dont listen to your fans, but dont EVER take this off the App Store.
First of all; Love Disney+, need a season 3 of What If..?, maybe do a collaboration with Roblox or Minecraft, more Lego Star Wars for us and our mom (mainly our mom because we can tell she is, like, BEGGING for more Star Wars), and for us, whats the point of having Castle of Illusion because its been out for years so make a movie and/or show so the game keeps going strong. Second of all; The more hard a game is, the more players feel like that the game is rigged, thats how we feel about this game, also, have more rooms for just the guardian of the green gem and add a guardian for the indigo gem and now that we think about it, maybe you could collab with Undertale, OMG, Disneys Sans, Papyrus, Tem, and Flowey would be SO COOL.

We really really really like this game! We played it on our cousins iPad when we were a lot younger, and we always wanted to play it again! We thought it was only a game on her iPad, but we found it on our phone and bought it and it is just like we remembered!!!!!!! It has no ads, its cheap for such a great game, it doesnt make you pay every year, only once, and it is just a great game with great animations. It also is one 1 of the only games that doesnt make us want to throw our phone . (Yes, lots of apps make us want to do that.) we are stuck on the leaf level, but we will probably get it eventually. Its hard, but in a good way.
This is honestly one of the most amazing games Ive ever played in our life, its so fun and the narrator is funny. We would recommend this game.
We loved this game when we were 5 beat it (with our dads help) recently redownloaded it its difficult and we wouldnt consider ourselves bad (we have beat many games such as the last of us) and seriously got stuck on the second part of the 1st level love the game still but would not recommend to people with anger issues.
We love this game, we wish we could give more details but we dont know what to say. We loved this game, and we had to get rid of it because of low storage space but now we have more and its very nostalgic. We like the idea of costumes, and there is a bug where in the Toyland level inside the magic hat when you get the golden Mickey head it stays there, but we think you obtain it. BEST APP! We almost passed everything then it got deleted when we got a new device. Im not mad. But we were playing on the couch trying to pass the jack in the box and fell off and hit our head on the table, Not your fault. We used to ALWAYS talk about this game! When you guys call this game hard to beat js know we beat this game at 6 so its not hard but all in all good game to play.
Ive been playing this game since we were about 3 and although it can be challenging at some parts, it also is easy to learn the concept of the game, its easy to play, and it doesnt instantly become super hard. The game gradually becomes harder and although it provides you with five lives, it will never reset your save file. Also to everyone saying to not download it because of rage, our only response is that you need to practice the game more. Or maybe its just us that doesnt have huge troubles with completing this game, since we have played it for around our whole life. If you dont know whether to download it or not, just know its a challenging game with many fun levels, and many bossfights. The game never gets old and its still one of our favorite games today. If you are asking yourself: Hm, should we download this? Just know its one of the best games out there, and provides fun and entertainment for all ages.

This game was probably the most memorable part of our childhood. It's honestly one of the most fun games we have played, and by played we mean replayed again and again a billion times. For those of you who can't beat the 2nd boss, stop running. Literally just jump.
