About Castle Solitaire Subscription
Castle Solitaire Subscription is an optional subscription that gives you access to seamless play without any ads, the ability to play future Daily Challenges and exclusive themes.
You can subscribe to Castle Solitaire for a term of one month, three months or for one year. New subscribers can choose a one-week trial subscription at no cost. The monthly term costs US$1.99. The three-month term costs US$4.99. The yearly term costs US$9.99. The subscriber's iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Renewal prices are US$1.99 per month, US$4.99 per every three months, or US$9.99 per year. The subscriber's iTunes Account will be charged for a renewal in the last 24 hours of the current period. Purchasers can manage their subscription and turn off automatic renewal in their Account Settings.
Subscriptions may be stopped by turning off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A subscription cannot be cancelled in the middle of its term.

We have always played this in landscape mode; it just presents better. When it first changed, customer service helped us get it back, but its not obvious. Another change got rid of it again and we cant remember how tofix it. Please, atat least, put it in the help, or instructions or SOMEWHERE.
We enjoy this game but we are deleting it specifically because of the Temu ads. Temu opens up in our browser even when we X out of the ad. So annoying and not worth the frustration.

This used to be one of our favorite games. Lately it freezes mid-game for anywhere from 5-20 seconds. Since the skill is partly based on speed, this can be really frustrating. We wish these game developers would pay attention to making updates available to fix the bugs.

We have a lot of fun playing the game and generally dont mind the ads. However, some Temu ads come with a window stating Castle Solitaire would like to open Temu and the choice of cancel or open – we click cancel and Temu immediately launches. So annoying- please check your programming string and fix this.
Game is fun but we see no reason for the cards on country maps. Thats rather irritating. Otherwise we would give it a 5 really dont get the map its so repetitive and has no value.
We love this game but it is freezing up too often. It was freezing occasionally but now it has dose it almost every move. Please fix this.
We are thinking about deleting this game. We understand that you have to show ads since we are not paying it for it but it used to be you watch the ad for 5 seconds and then you can close out of it. Now that doesnt happen, it closes out of one window and opens up another window. Apple Music is one of the worst. You also have some ads that when you close out it takes you to the Apple Store to down load the ap but the worst are the ones that take you to their website and our antivirus tells us it is an unsafe site (the robotic puppy is the worst). There are very few ads that close properly. It should not be our job to tell you about problem ads. It is a shame, we enjoy the game but the ads make it not worthwhile.
We love the game but am driven away by the commercials. This is why we seldom play any mobility ware games.

Ive been playing Castle Solitaire for a week now and it is our favorite game.
We love this game and play it off line to limit adds.we just upgraded the game hoping it would stop freezing on mestill freezing. We play on IPad Pro 12.9, 6th generation, version 26.0 GAME STILL FREEZING Please HELP! Love the game.
The game is very fun, but you spend more time on ads than actually playing the game.

We have been playing Castle for over a year, but recently, when we play in the morning, even check to be sure the calendar shows we played. The next day the game shows we did not play the day before. This is true on all the Mobile ware card games we play.
The ad is deceiving.. You are not able to pick the way the cards are set up. The ad makes it look like you can pick different set ups of the cards. But that being said, the game is great and we enjoy playing it, but it would be nice if there WERE different layouts.
We resent clicking on the X just to be taken to the website and then to the Apple Store. It is wrong to redirect us that way when we did not choose.
Paying for NO Ads doesnt work! We paid for an annual subscription, and the ads still come. Refund.

MobilityWare is, IMO, the most ethical, honest and best game app producers Ive ever come across in the App Store. Their subscription costs are fair &, the ad lengths are fair & they dont seem to allow ads to mess up your game experience & their game apps run smoothly & glitch free- across all their games that Ive tried – & Ive tried 5-7 of them. They dont cheat or play tricks on players. We cant say that about the many other apps Ive played. We would ask MobilityWare if they could add a toggle to turn off the Daily Goals page. Ive played 1500 + hands & we really dont need/want that page. Thank you for years of playing pleasure! P. S. By fair we mean good & ethical.
This is the best game of all the Mobility games! We enjoy playing it at night before going to sleep and it always makes us smile.
Love it play it with our grandson we laugh all the time.
Every time the ad comes up for the bird sorting game theres no way to get rid of it. When we click on the orange arrow at the bottom right it takes us to the screen where we can click done, but nothing happens, no X appears to end the ad. We have to delete the castle app and reinstall it.
Love the game; variety of games; nice visuals w options for change; wish they would resume photo puzzles of the castles= so beautiful as game wallpaper.
Our favorite, we played every day.
This is a very enjoyable card game that we play every single day. We also have 3 other of their card games downloaded that we also play every single day. All of these games are relaxing to play and allow us to just enjoy a game without the pressure of having to buy something! The only issue is at least once a month when we win a gift of the freeze your timeline in case you miss a day, the next day without out fail, it takes it back showing that we need to use that gift because we didnt play the day before. It gets frustrating because we received the freeze gift for playing and then they say we didnt play! Frustrating.
Enjoy the game. Just wish there wasnt an ad between each game.
Some of the ads are really terrible. Example: when they go back and forth numerous times!!! Then you have to back out and start again. One that comes to mind is a trail ad and of course the king one ok.
Commercials are too long we lose interest in the app.
