This is the best checker playing opportunity Ive found so far in our online search.
The devs did not secure any third party hosts so the player pool is limited to whomever downloaded this app. So basically everyone spends 4 minutes looking for a match and then never bothers again and just play against the AI. A growing issue across many multiplayer games today. Its too bad there are not any people to play with. We remember the old fireside checker rooms on aol and yahoo games were great before ppl botted with Sage and worse programs. Now with the way AI is progressing why not set one to discover botting in checkers and all games for that matter? Its pretty a pretty easy concept, a human can only calculate so fast. You know your games and can set the variables that govern its responses. Put a timer on play and if a move is made at an unattainable human calculated speed for said rank / experience what ever then the AI can auto kick the cheater. Its not perfect but its a start. You gamer devs need to do something to fight back, this is only going to get worse. We dont know a single person our age interested in the next shooter like a halo/cod/battlefield. 90% of the population is using a Cronus Zen or worse on PCs so what is the point. The only game that will blow up this year is going to be the depravity driven Grand Theft Auto. Our dominance in sports, innovative abilities and superior hand eye coordination are being lost to Chinese based companies who push botting devices across as many outlets as possible. Not even checkers is safe, as a matter of fact chess and checkers were some of the first games these programs were proven on. Its time you guys get off the chair and get together and make some universal changes to coding in direct coordination with an AI based platform. We dont own a fur coat and we cant magically take you to the Mountain Dew. The only way to stop this wave of skill sapping exploited coding, and bring humans back to the game is to use the very exploits against them. Its high time one or all of you guys sit down and make a universal anti code to catch this as its being scripted, in real time on your platforms against you and us. Get it done, talk to people about it, this is your field not ours. May the force be with you. KillerButts.
If you love checkers you will literally LOVE this!It is checkers on the go and we can only have games that dont track anything so it is on the go not looking at any of your information so thats why we love it and we dont like having to carry a checkered board everywhere we go when we can have it on our phone that we take everywhere it is the best we recommend getting it.

We cant figure out how to share Game Center but over all it is fun to play ether by yourself or with another player next to you.
Any strong player will easily win at Level 6.
Ive forced a win every game. The interface looks good, but we just cant get a challenge out of the AI. Id say Im ok at checkers, certainly not a master or anything like that. Wish it had more challenge.
Too many ads like during our play its crazy.
Is there some way to get rid of the ads.
The app continuously disconnects during Game Center multiplayer games. Looking for another developer to solve this.
Great game, the playability and simple functions make it user friendly especially for older people just learning and it has proper difficulty settings to make it more challenging for the people who want the challenge. Over all, great job, and fun experience.
Enjoyable game to play for hours.
We have been different checker's app but this app is fast and interesting. We really recommend it.
The game is ok but kind of limited with only six levels. In the free version, where a draw is imminent, the game should quickly offer a draw instead of having to make the same move over and over again. The free game only uses two or three gambits where a level six player would use many. As a free game we'll rate give this 5 stars. Russ.
This game is superfun and there are very few ads.

We just got the app and so far it's nothing compared too any other apps. Because of the tutorial, we now can just enjoy the short fun and enjoy the game on it. We have not had the app long enough to give it five. We rate it a 3 for now.
Game works well without any glitches but the click to close ads are annoying between games.
Good game but way to many ads.
The game itself is good; way too many ads and not happy with the ads that pop up in the middle of the game. Game does not provide scores.
Why is it so difficult to play a friend.
We started playing the game, got one run through to play and right after it ended, the game popped off. First we thought okay, maybe it's our iPod so we clicked the app again and it popped off a second later again and again and again. Plus in the game, if you didn't want your checker to be jumped, you can't move another that is moveable! The game makes you move the other >.< we're getting a better checkers game app.
The game was great until click to close ads were added. We were able to overlook fundamental flaws until this unfortunate occurrence.
It's a great app. Our kiddos love it, too! We love how you can reverse your moves if you get in a sticky spot & that you can change the difficulty level. Kiddos like to play the "computer", because it's mentally more challenging.

This game is awesome! We like it a lot.
When you are playing in one player mode it makes you jump over a one piece/makes you move a one piece which may cause another one to jump over you and over the one behind you. We barely know how to play chess, but that forced move mess's up our hole method on how to get to the other side.

This app forces you to make a specific move if taking a checker is available to you, even if it results in getting jumped. Also made moves we did not ask it to. We played a second time to see if we were just experiencing fat fingers syndrome, but that was not the case. Horrible Checkers version. Absolutely horrible.
Finally! A Checkers app with a beatable and adapting AI! This game is beautiful. No further updates needed. Skins or themes would be cool, though.

In our first game the game kept forcing us to make plays that would make jump the computers checker and then the computers checker would jump us. The game needs a pass button.
For the cry baby's. Learn checkers. The idea and strategy is to force moves. Rules are u must jump if available. Learn how to play before crying.also in settings u can set it not to force jumps.learn to use it b4 crying about it.
We like the game just wish u could jump backwards and make u're king jump from one end to the next end. Elsewise cool game.

Worst game that have ever got, this game makes you jump the enemy checkers no matter what, you have no choice.
If there's a chance for you to take a checker, it only gives you that choice, even if its your last piece and you would lose if you jumped that checker.
This can be a great game to play, if you are not forced to make a move you do not want to make. Whomever created this app did not thoroughly think it through :-(.
We will be UNinstalling this app! No saving graces. Forces capturing; in essence, computer picks which checker you move when it is your turn. Whoever wrote this should be demoted.
The computer will always win because you do not have the option to move the checker that you want.
One thing that we find incredibly distasteful that there is no information about the existence or not of banner ads on applications! This is enormously bad taste.
It won't let us make our OWN move if we find a better move than the computer does! It locks up and u have NO choice but to go in the purple square that they pick for you….not good.
