This app doesnt work in landscape mode on our iPad Pro w keyboard. A friend who is an iOS developer tells us its not at all hard to do so dont ask us to hold our iPad just to play checkers. If this app supported landscape, it might be worth the $9.99 to pay for no-ad version, but not as it stands now!
Its a good game there isnt much bad about it. But there are some issues. They almost make you jump the person/computer or they make them jump you. Its nice because you can play by yourself or with someone. Because we dont like playing with people all the time so yeah Im going to give this a 4 star.
App has crashed during our first game. Just a black screen is visible.
Just tried to play., during our second move. It was not allowing us to move as we needed to move.
No option to turn off force jump smh.
After we jumped an opponent, it skipped the opponents turn and glitched.
Skip this one, we have a 13 Pro and it used 30% battery in about 10 mins of play.
It wouldnt let us go on our second turn being player 2 which meant the game was stuck and we wouldnt recommend getting the game at all.
Its a pretty good game but we hate the glitch were we cant move any of the checkers.
When we downloaded this game, we expected a strong robotic opponent that we could learn from to improve our play. Instead, even the most difficult option was a very weak opponent that a seven year old with a few hours of playing could beat. Please attempt to improve the algorithm and increase the difficulty.

We like playing this chess because of the clean design. We don’t see the jump problem, it must have been fixed.
