How can we log in our old account? There is no settings ? We thought used to have but at that time we cannot connect to the game.
We love this game and we Look forward to playing this game as it improves.
It would be great if they add an in-app game analysis or any options to copy and paste the game file into an engine. There is also no way whatsoever to offer a draw or resign. Every single game has to naturally end or run out of time on either side. There is an issue Ive ran into thats similar to freeze-offs in MLB the show. Its very infrequent but Ive closed the app or locked the screen a couple times and it has frozen the game entirely on our move. Theres been no way to interact with any pieces or un-freeze the game. Strangely enough when our clock has run out we were credited with a win all three of the times it has happened. All three of those games still show as wins Other than that the games artwork is pretty cool. A few quality of life improvements and much needed features away from being a very good product.
We can’t seem to play online. There’s nothing but chess puzzles.
We love this game and most of its artwork and puzzles however earning coins and gems is hard once you pass the training and get deep in the puzzles rewards per day is limited to 10 and there is no in game chat so when you get faced off against someone who doesnt know its theyre turn you cannot notify them at all that it not your turn and you and your opponent sit there for 10 minutes until the timer runs out instead of participating this has happened to us multiple times .we think that in blitz mode after each move a player is given +3-5 seconds to turn players timer because after each move your timer still continues to decrease for 2 seconds before the turn is actually switched which doesnt make sense why is our timer still going after Ive moved our pieces.
When Im in the puzzles and we checkmate its unrealistic because theres more ways the king could move. Its not like we get two turns in a row or something.
Had an absolute blast playing this against friends and in the fast-paced league battles that are perfect for on the go! The graphic design is easy on the eyes and we ended up using the learning tool (learn and puzzled) to find out some helpful strategies for both casual and competitive play. Love the game, would recommend.
Game is telling us to update but there is nothing to update, and we cant even play.
We enjoy using this app every day. Everything about the game is wonderful. The graphics, sound effects, and the music are great. We look forward to watching what they do with this app in the future.

Id like to know what our statistics are in this game. The game runs smooth. The leaderboard is a cool touch. The puzzles are reminiscent of the Magnus play app. But please! We topped the leaderboard in our area and we dont have any way to see our total games played or our average win %. Just a local area to see all of our stats and progress would be really cool. Outside of that if youre tired of the big two chess apps this is a great change of pace.
Genuinely a great app. Good graphics/visuals, informative, & fun. We played it for about three days & then when we tried accessing the app it froze. Blank black screen. We tried clearing the app & when we went back into it it said Update Required, we attempted to update it, but there was no update available. Its been a day and it still wont load & unfortunately Im sure we will loose all our progress if we try to redownload it. Hopefully they can get this fixed.
This game and its art style is just amazing, Im encouraging our friends to play it and we hope other people see it to. Just one thing we want is maybe more game modes and pieces to collect. Overall though this is a great game and cant wait to see your next game.

Love the detail of the chess pieces! Ive never been a big chess player, but this game makes it so fun to learn how to play the game.
This is a cool game, the hand is just too annoying to deal with.
Okay, so the game is beautiful. The artwork is incredible. The music is soothing. Our 6 year old said it reminds him of stardew valley which is truly one of the best compliments he could give the game. That all said, we signed up for the free trial last week and immediately noticed there was no way to unsub in the app. Unlike other games, its not a sub you must repurchase every month, but it automatically charges you. We sent an email to the developer asking for the sub to be cancelled but was ignored and charged yesterday for $6.99. Ive sent another email to the developer asking them to please reverse this and cancel the sub otherwise we will be going through our bank. Its a shame because we think the game has potential but this is a pretty large oversight (giving them the benefit of the doubt) on their part.
Puzzle Boss we:2 is broken. If you make the correct moves it outright refuses to make its last move, preventing you from checkmating. Its still has a pawn move available. Please fix.
After every action or game mode, the game forces you to a tutorial and then another tutorial, followed by a tutorial, and another tutorial, which ends with a tutorial, that precursors a tutorial, before another tutorial that leads to a tutorial. Bro just let us discover one thing on our own. This is the only game Ive played where everything was forcefully spoon fed to us. We find games with endless ads less of an annoyance compared to this.
As a beginner to chess, this game will is a very fun way to do puzzles and learn. Love this game, keep it up.
Absolutely love this game, we play it every day now. We have about four or five games going with our friends now and love that we can switch around to different modes. And dont get us started on the customizations!! We just love it. The only thing we would say is that we would like to able to get emojis faster and/or be able to send actual messages. Oh also! Hoping a new season comes soon!! Would love to get more hand choices. It really is a great game.
Prob the cutest mobile game Ive ever played! The single move puzzle is such a great game mode and we absolutely enjoyed it when we want to stay away from a full chess match.
Ive played this app every day for a little over a week now. We have fought actual players only twice up to this point. PLEASE add an option to just wait in queue for a real player. The bots are fine at the start but you can tell a fairly simple engine runs them as they arent very good and keep making the same mistakes. Right now every game plays out the same, and if we cant get to match other players soon we likely wont stick around.
Such a fun way to play chess even for someone new with chess . Love it.

Seriously so much fun! And the best looking chess app by far! Perfect for us and our kids to play. Ive been playing chess since we were in the fifth grade so Im always looking for something new. The best part about minis so far is that there are all the different game modes we want in a single game. There are times when we want something quick like the puzzles. Sometimes we want a faster round and sometimes we have time to get serious and play a full round. We love that theres a leaderboard too. Cant wait to climb! The skins and animations are also so cute! Im already looking forward to decking out our account. Great job team.
