Ive played the game for a few years and generally enjoy it but there are frustrating glitches. When you decide to use the option to increase time it often takes one of your turns but does not increase time.
Going by what we have been reading under your reviews the general consensus is that your game stinks. But apparently you are not taking the public seriously. So we are joining the ranks of others and deleting you once again. We sincerely hope someone else starts a fair and reliable game like yours and all of us disgusted customers will load theirs and you wont have anyone. You wont listen and you wont fix any glitches.so whats fair is fair. Too bad.
We love this game and as it gets more difficult we find we need to watch the stupid ads. However, when we do and try to go back to the game, no matter what we do, it always just starts a new game! It never brings us to where we were in the game we were playing! Am we doing something wrong.
So frustrated with the way the ads (particularly the Vita Jigsaw ads) freeze up, causing us to actually restart our iPad and lose any progress we had made before the ad froze everything. Also, when that happens, we lose the progress we had made on the ornament challenge. And it makes us start over. Please fix that! Im about to delete this game.
We love this game but 1) it freezes up a lot and then we have to start the level over and 2) it says Ive failed because Ive run out of time and the timer is showing lots of time left. Plus we do the ad thing to get extra time. Ive deleted it. Hope when we try again itll be fixed.
These levels has frozen up on us more times than we can count, its so frustrating. We love this game but Im about to delete it. Because you cant enjoy it for fear of freezing the heck up!! Please fix if possible!! Theres an ad that freezes up dealing with some privacy acts and it freezes up just about the time youre cleared the dang board. Why would you run an the freezes the yuck up?? Will you PLEASE fix Level 855 needs to be fixed! Dang, its like if you dont download a game youre punished because the game will immediately tell you youve run out of time. So frustrating because you have only one or two plays to go before you clear the board! Ive been playing this game for quite some time now because we love it. We actually like playing the game. BUT we can almost be finished with a game and the ad(s) will freeze!! We try to fix it and Im forced to start the game over It doesnt happen every time but enough times to be annoying. Is this a fixable problem? Sometimes the game itself will freeze. Game doesnt load. Takes 5 times before the candy cane shows and game can be played we cant see the timer, its too small There is no information about how much time you have left or to start When it asks do you want to watch ad to add time if you say yes, you watch the ad, it says you are out of time. Please help. We love this game and spend way too much money on purchases but we keep playing.
You can get down to only one or two squares left and an ad pops up to renew time. But it doesnt register properly so even if you watch the 30-45 seconds ad, you loose the game and have to start over. Very Frustrating.
We have played this game for years and 3 times recently we have had to delete the app and reload the game because the game would not open !! This has only recently started occurring. Its happening on both our devices.
We have been playing this game for a while now and never had a problem. Now we had an update on our IPad and it wont come up. If we delete it and install it again it will come up, but it starts all over from level 1. We are getting very frustrated.
We have played this game for years. We usually remove, a while after Christmas. We have been really into this game this year. But Saturday, it started crashing. Since then, we are unable to open the app. We get to the peppermint it shows while opening and then it blinks away and we are back to our Home Screen. We have purchased extras and they are still in the game.

Click on the app and it starts to load, only to quickly shut down and close. Too many ads, too. Frustrating.

Fun game and we like that it is not Asking for money every 5 seconds to go to the next level.
We do it like having to play horizontally.
We enjoy playing the game but when we are offered rewards for watching a video ad, the game freezes or it doesnt give any rewards at all! And when you are asked if you want bonus time to watch an ad, you are forced to watch 2-3 to get extra time. It is very challenging and Im glad you get rewards when you play for 30 minutes straight.
The symbols dont always move the direction or push them.
It is fun for a few levels then it makes you watch too many ads to extend your time. Sometimes it hangs and the only way to continue playing is to reboot our iPad. Gave it too many chances then uninstalled it. Too bad, had fun while it worked.

Its obvious that hat this game cannot stand to be beaten. Every time you beat the game it freezes. You then have to play the game 3 or 4 times for it not to freeze and let you pass the stage. You lose boom and reboots perks because it freezes up. Please overhaul this game.

-You can play the game about 10 seconds then have to watch a long 30 second add. When the game returns it says your time has been renewed but the obstruction wanting to k ow if you want to renew your time doesnt disappear. We selected to exten our time by seeing an ad 6 times in a row once just to see how long it stayed there. It never disappeared so we didnt try to play a few days. Select to watch an ad for a bonus and it never shows up! All the adds are abusive, religious (that never stop but start another 3 section 30 second ad we watch 3 times once, got no bonus then the time renew by watching more ads shows up. OR the game freezes when you do get a bonus or can make a final play! AGGRAVATING. We like the game idea but creators must be making a fortune on all the long, abusive subject, slot machines (which never end and interest us NOT in the least, nor do we want the King James version of the Bible on our phone (have our preference and dont want it there either! But if you dont choose to install it the ad will not go away! -It used to like the game. Glad the creators are making a mint on ads. They are just going to make a little less. We are fed up and QUIT.
We can not enjoy the game, because after playing for a few seconds it ask you to watch an ad. After watching more ads than playing the game it would say level fail. The time still has 20 minute to 12 minutes left on the clock.
Love the game but is interrupted by way to many ads. If you dont let them you have to start over. This is annoying. Why do we need to agree with it in order to keep playing this game. We give it a two because of this. Otherwise it is a great game if you have the patience to wait every few minutes for the ad to get done.

The timer is broken. Itll say you have 30 min then around 12-15 minutes it says you ran out of time and have to watch an add for bonus time. That ad finishes and there is still a pop up to watch another ad so you watch another and get the bonus time but that bonus time is only a couple of minutes. You end up watching a tonnnn of ads which wouldnt be so bad if the timer gave an accurate count of how much time you had. Also, the bonus time things are a waste because of all of those issues.
We would love playing game and would give it 5 stars, but it has SO many technical problems. When you have to watch a 30 second add to get more time, sometimes you have to watch 3 or even 4 ads as it doesnt reset. And we actually set our watch's stop watch..and get thisonce you actually get more time, it is ONLY 55 seconds of time. Ridiculous. There should be an option to pay for no adds and to get rid of the time restraints. And these new ads are for drugs for weird diseases. And you have to click the ad every ten seconds during the ad! Come ON.
After a few levels they begin locking half the board and requires two match sets to unlock each square, which seldom occurs putting into no more moves time after time.. And still cant unlock enough to keep going before you run out of time. NOT FUN.

We were at level 350. We had to delete it and start over. Only your game. Our other games are fine. Do you think this is right?,,we had over 600+ boosters.Im very angry with you.
We were excited to play this game. The 1st few levels were fun. Then when we tried to play, the game would not load. When we try to start the game, the screen turns black and reverts to the home screen. We thought it might be a glitch in the way it installed so we removed it and re-installed it. Game crashes when you complete a level and you have to do that level again. Needs to be fixed.
