We played this on our iPad mini on easy level and it was so much fun! The hints, the music, the humor… All top notch. We didn’t want this game to end. Flying cats… So clever!

Story line was well done. We love cats, though they were more human like, we would prefer more catlike. Only one real bug and we cant remember where!

Other reviewers have already waxed poetic about the sweetness of this game–the kittens, the storyline, etc. So we will just agree with them– 5 stars for the story, ambiance, and intangible elements. It is a lovely, enchanting game with lots of variety, solid fundamentals, good graphics, and we didn’t experience any glitches. The games were slightly simplistic and easy, but appropriate for all ages. 4.75 stars for the working parts. All in all…A five star game. We recommend this wonderful game wholeheartedly.
Sat out through the night playing. Couldn’t put it down. Had a few different puzzles, a nice surprise since most have the same similar puzzle games. We’ll play it again, it was that good.
This game is adorable, especially the children’s voices for the kittens. We just love Christmas games anyway….. Just a nice relief from the creepy, murderous games(which we also love)

This is a wonderful game which children will love playing and because the graphics and animations were phenomenal, we didn’t mind playing it either. A great fanciful Christmas game.

Love love loved this game. We gave 5 stars even though our screen went black half way through the game and we had to start over and reinstall it. But the game was so enjoyable we didnt even mind. The graphic are superb, the characters so fun. So tired of gruesome, dead people, ghosts games, this was a nice change. We cant wait until next year at Christmas to see what comes out next. We loved this the one and Trouble in Oz. Way to go Elephant games. We were really sad when the game was over but it was a nice and long game and the Bonus was lengthy as wellI did have to pay for it again but it was worth the extra money.
This was a fun and creative story! The game overall isn’t too hard (even on the hardest level) but we didn’t want it to be this time. It served its purpose by just playing to have fun with a cute kitten trying to save Christmas. No glitches, beautiful artwork and a great bonus game. Thoroughly enjoyed this!

The cat that steals the Christmas Tree star and try’s to stop Christmas. It is your job to follow him and stop him and while your at it you get to make some cats happy. The first cat needs a teddy bear fixed, of course you have to find parts and something to fix it with. Then you just keep filling orders and chasing the culprit. Otherwise same-o,same-o. Hi L/M and all the rest of the gang. We are feeling much better now but am now in Ohio instead of Calif. What a difference. Spending our first Xmas in years with our daughter and her family. We have 3 grand-daughters and 2 great-Grand-daughters, plus a great son-in-law. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Lot’s of love and prayers to all. Snooper-158.

Such a sweet game. Nice change of pace. Jigsaw puzzle does not work in bonus area. Game was nice and long, as well as the bonus game. Look forward to next year’s Christmas game.
Beyond just gorgeous graphics and a festive (but not annoying) Christmas sound track, the details make this stand out as a FANTASTIC hidden object/adventure game. Puzzles are original and fun, not just the same regurgitated ones we’ve already seen on dozens of other games. And they are challenging enough to be actually interesting, without being ridiculously hard. Map that teleports you to any previously visited site is great, and also shows you which sites you have a task to do, and even where you have undiscovered puzzle pieces (which are used at the end of the game to make jigsaw puzzles in the extras section). Hint function helps without doing it for you. Difficulty settings are very customizable to make it a fun experience for players of all levels. Hidden object scenes are original and feature whole items to find (not just lots of random pieces of things like in some games). Story is cute and does not involve the occult. All the Christmas games by Elephant Games (Nutcracker, Tin Soldier) are great, but this newest one is the best of ANY hidden object/adventure games we have ever played. Cannot recommend highly enough!
We loved everything about this game. Very responsive teleporting Hint and Skip buttons. You can set the refresh rate to 15 seconds. Long-playing, cats with loads of personalities, well-acted. This is a game that we will play more than once! Congratulations Elephant games!
Wow! What a great game! We really enjoyed this one… Beautiful graphics, a storyline that made sense, great voice overs… And nothing dark or scary! The game took us several days to finish, and we did not find any glitches. The Bonus game also seemed long, too. Also, and no one else has mentioned it, there is another secret room to play after you have finished the Bonus game… Just look in the extra section and there is a doorway to the right… Click on it and you can have a little more fun! We are so glad Elephant Games keeps putting these games out every year… Now we can hardly wait until next Christmas! Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy Holidays to all our fellow gamers!
We love this game! We love all the cuteness too. We’ve played the game and bonus games too. I’d recommend this game to everyone. This is probably our favorite game. It’s so much fun to play it with our Grandson.

Id really like to see more games like these where there is an outright purchase and no ads. You did well with this game and a few others for iPad. We used to have close to a hundred games on our PC before it died. We miss those games you made. Will you make more for iPad, please?
Very few of these HO games leave us hating that it’s over, but this one definitely did. We thought it was going to be more for kids & too easy, but while some mini games are very easy for the kiddos, there are also some that aren’t. It’s fantastic to see a HO game that suits both adults & children AND that both adults & children will truly enjoy. It’s light-hearted, has uplifting fun music, and the graphics are fantastic. If there is any complaint we could have, it would be that Puss in Boots should have the same accent as the animated Puss in Boots from the movie & tv show. But, out of everything that could be found to complain about, that is all we can muster. We love that in both the main & bonus games, just when you think it’s about to end, there is just a little more that needs to be done. Of course, when it actually ended, our 9 yr. Old & we were thoroughly disappointed. PLEASE make more of these types of games! Well worth the full price, which we haven’t been able to state for any other HO game we’ve played.

Those cats are so cute! They should be made popular! They would make adorable stuff animals or collectible figurines. We saved a couple of the pictures to use as a wallpaper on our iPad.
This is a long awaited wonderful game. Our grandkids can play this one. Beautiful graphics, fun games and delightful story. Well done to all and thank you for a game the kids can play. We are adding this 4/30/17. Our grandchildren and myself still play this wonderful game. Please make more of these. Much better for kids. This is the best game we ever played.
We love this series and can’t stop smiling when we play. Puss in Boots is as magical, sweet, and imaginative as the others. Graphics are superb, games are of varied difficulty ( and really cute), and the music supports the holiday theme perfectly.
We’re embarrassed to admit how many HOGs we have–this is our first 5-star rating. We would have liked more HOS, but that’s just us. The story was so good we didn’t hit the skip button once. Graphics were top notch. Game was so intuitive we rarely had to use the hint button. Loved the multiple helpers. Just enough scene hopping to make it interesting, and we rarely had to use the map. Puzzles were challenging but not ridiculously hard or confusing. Did we mention the graphics were phenomenal? Since we can’t do Christmas this year, this game almost made up for it! Not even deducting a star for the minor glitch with the kittens–it was still playable. Can you tell we LOVED this game?
Elephant Games makes our favorite Christmas games. They are cute, charming, and the art work and music are fantastic! We still have the Nutcracker game open, because we like to play it occasionally throughout the year! In this game, your cat, Simon, assists you as you help Santa Claus recover the magic Star that holds the mystery of Christmas. You have seen the villain, a cat who looks suspiciously like Puss in Boots. You venture into Cat Town, a mystical village of all cats. There are Morphing Mice in costumes that you must collect along the way. Small kittens make requests of you, like mending a Teddy bear or finding a Santa toy. Naturally, the more good deeds done, the more rewards. Simon does the climbing for you, and acts as an emissary between you and the other cats, who are afraid of most humans. The tasks are simple, but fun. There is no real violence in the game, other than someone getting buried in a snowdrift or under a pile of cupcakes and doughnuts! This is family-appropriate and adorable. Enjoy, and happy holidays to you!
UPDATE: 12/18/18 There is a new game out for Christmas on the App Store from Domini Games. Its called Christmas Spirit: Mother Goose, and its a game suitable for the entire family. Please give it a shot. Its only $2.99 for the unlock. This developer will be porting new games to iOS in 2019, without BigFish as the middle man. Please show your support and also sign up for their newsletter. It doesn’t matter if you love or hate cats. This was an adorable and enchanting story. The graphics were magnificent, the cut-scenes terrific and it had a very sweet and uplifting storyline. The game was lengthy, as was the bonus adventure, and Elephant gave us a smooth and glitch-free adventure. There was no journal but tasks were updated frequently. All inventory was labeled, and there were plus items. The map was an excellent teleport map, with marked tasks, if so customized. Loading was instantaneous between locations. The HO scenes were varied, from stories to lists to silhouettes, and even putting objects back in place. There was a nice variety of puzzles as well. The hint system was of the non-spoiler alert type. You collect puzzle pieces and morphing objects, which were mice. We managed to collect every morphing object, which is extremely funny considering us and our phobia! But no horrible RATS to spoil this beautiful game! We loved it, and would recommend it to gamers of any age! Happy holidays to the Dream Team Elite and the other reviewers who are trying to make a difference in the gaming world. We stopped buying Elephant Games since when the try and buy formula was abandoned, but if it is Elephant Games we’ll purchase it right away and trust it with 5 stars ahead of playing! Now Merry Xmas to us… We’ll unwrap our gift.
If you don’t like cats, don’t get this game! A naughty cat has stolen the Christmas star and Santa needs your help! You are taken to the land of Christmas where cats walk, talk, and help Santa make Christmas special for humans. You have a kitten helper as you chase after the thief. Morphing objects, puzzle pieces to collect. Elephant did their usual superb job with the artwork, dialogue is customizable as it varies depending on what questions or answers you choose. Transporting map with indicated tasks and collectables. Labeled inventory, customizable difficulty level and LOTS of background items to explore like snowmen whose faces change expression when tapped. Verdict: fun for all ages!

Attention children and adults of all ages with true holiday spirit: This game redefines adorableness and will cause even the hardest of hearts to produce a big "aaawwww" and pass out at cuteness overload. But watch out! Someone is trying to sabotage Christmas! You receive a kitten on your doorsteps, and you take kitty into your home to love and adore. You go to bed one night and get waken up by "Simon" – yes, your speaking wonder cat; and he tells you that he was sent by Santa and needs your help with saving Christmas. You get to meet Santa, and you set out to find the thief who stole the Christmas star. This game has some innovative characteristics, such as using your own name, which is incorporated into the dialogue. In addition, you get to choose which questions you may ask as well as your responses. Simon becomes your helper to retrieve and reach items. The voiceovers are nicely done; and the music is appropriate to the upcoming holiday season, using some familiar holiday tunes. The graphics are nice, with heavy emphasis on shades of blue reflecting various night scenes. The artwork focuses on the seasonal spirit with holiday decorations incorporated everywhere, presents abound, and snow filled streets through this Christmas cat town. The inventory is labeled and highly interactive. Some items require assembly; and you will complete some puzzles, such as putting together a poster. The map gives fast teleport; and in custom mode, it tells you that you can do something and that you can collect a puzzle piece. It tells you the location name as well. Transition between scenes was smooth and quick. The HOS are mainly word lists and consist of items relative to the holidays. The puzzles are also holiday related. One example is when you match pairs of constellations on your way to visit Santa. There is lots to do in each scene and a multitude of items to collect. You are collecting puzzle pieces in the locations, as well as the pop-ups; in addition, you collect morphing objects in some locations. The extras include your achievements, jigsaw puzzles, and a secret room. The only cons were lack of a journal and a back button, but don’t let that stop you from playing this game with true holiday spirit!
We played this with our granddaughter. We wish it would let us go back and finish finding the puzzle pieces or objects when the game was completed without having to start over. Will buy more of the games.
We love cats and wanted to love this game, but it was too glitchy when dealing with the kittens to give this 5 stars. We were only able to listen to the first kitten, while the others just jumped up, started dialogue, then… Nothing, they just jumped back. Thank goodness for the tip when you touched then to know what to bring them. Then we collected all of the puzzle pieces, but putting the puzzles together in the bonus round didn’t work. The option to turn the pieces didn’t work. Overall, the game was very short even on the most advanced setting. Teleporting map saves a lot of running back and forth. Bonus was a nice game by itself. Overall, I’d say three stars for the problems, but we like the cats, so we’ll go with four stars.
This one was a good game but unfortunately did not live up to the other Christmas Stories games. If you haven’t played the others we would say go play them first.
Trying to put together the jigsaw puzzle part of the game. If the pieces are suppose to be able to rotate ours don’t. Nuts. Love the rest of this easy schumltsy game.
We would have rated this higher except for the glitch in the bonus game. We were to the angel cat on to of the pyramid and the entire screen is frozen. We cannot go to menu, nor hint, nor blackout, the frame froze. Once this is fixed we would rate the game a 5 star.

We had been enjoying this game and was skiing in Russia. Today we went to open the game and only get a black screen.
Super slow graphic and transitions Too much slow video Less than 1/4 way through it just wouldn’t open anymore. We got a black screen. After multiple attempts – we removed it.
Didn’t realize that this game was so juvenile. Although the graphics are well done the game is easy even for a child and the voices are really horrid. Adults be warned, sugar overload is ahead.
This was SO boring. Lagged in spots, storyline was a snoozefest! Disappointed.
Got black screened half way through. We reinstalled and got black screened again! We wasn’t as far as long. What’s up? We love the Christmas stories series. So disappointed. Now what?
Black screen. Still happening and we are only 1/4 of the way into the game. Pretty dull for an adult, good for a 6 year old so we have no problem deleting but will seek a refund for what we paid.
