But you know they should start making more puss in boots games because THIS GAME IS AWESOME we love this game Im A BIG Fan of puss.
Theres a few scary parts but mostly this is a cute cat story with a cute twist on the classic tale of puss in boots. As long as the kid doesnt get freaked out by small things, it should be fine. Lots of evil things end up not being so bad. Normally, with witchcraft stuff, we close the game, but this seemed pretty harmless. Good story, colorful, charming, fairly easy games, and the standard hunk for unlock items with some HoGs. Loved it.
We avoided playing it for a long time because, you know, Puss In Boots. But the holidays are here so we plunged in. So far this is one of the most amusing of the HO games Ive played, and Ive played a lot during this pandemic lockdown. The HOPs are quite unique as are the mini games. And no supernatural demons to best. Hope we find another like it.
This is so imaginative and fun. The graphics are wonderful, and this is by far one of the most intricate and lengthy games we have played. Highly recommend.
This is by far one of the best games out there. The artistry is superb. The music beautiful. The hidden objects were nice and big. We were able to finish most of the puzzles. The story is very sweet, unlike the terror theme of most games. We smiled while playing the entire game. Thank you Elephant Games.

Very enjoyable! Funny , scenes are very colorful and mini games are fun. Wasn't too difficult and can always get a hint. Plus strategy guide is available. Good job big fish. Thanks again for another enjoyable Christmas season.

Great game . Superb graphics, smooth game play. Some puzzles were easy others much more difficult. Played this with our granddaughter and she enjoyed it as well. Bonus game was pretty good too. If there is one fault it's that we tried putting the puzzles together in the bonus section and couldn't figure out how to rotate the pieces to make them fit.
We absolutely loved this game. Love the snowy scenery and Christmas settings. It's worth the money.

This was a game for everyone and would love next game w/dogs! Switching between scenes was the easiest we've ever encountered….just fun and gonna play again.
Game is geared for ages of around 8, or anyway that is the ages of our grand daughter who loved the game.

Nice to take a break from all the gore and mayhem found in most of the other games. Id like to see one that challenges ones knowledge and educates at the same time.
This is a cute game but not worth $4.99. IMO. It has some annoying things to it, also. The inventory drove us crazy because it kept closing whenever we opened it. We even locked it and it still closed somehow. We must not have paid attention as we were playing, because we got to the clock and needed to set the time to the time of the theft. Problem. We didn't know WHEN the theft took place and had no way of finding out. There wasn't any notebook, so, if we had found the time and forgot it, we were out of luck. Which we were. We had to wait so we could skip it. The "find the difference" puzzle was annoying, too, since you needed to close it to select the difference, and when it was open, you couldn't see the room. We'll buy it when it really IS on sale. But we hope they fix the week spots.
A great game rated it a 3. Once again, a game we purchased before, said we did not purchase it. Nothing like paying double to play games that are suppose to be pay once! App Store needs to get their act together. Very disappointed.
Way too short and not worth the price paid. Almost half the game is completed in the bonus episode. Also, we found this game too easy, not much mystery as to where found objects go. Probably great for kids, not so challenging for adults who've played other hidden object games.
Game gets stuck in bonus chapter when cat learns to fly. Tried rebooting and got same glitch.
Paid for full game and have played and loved it. Reinstalled to play again and it says purchase not found. Very disappointing to pay for game and can only play once.
Updated review December 2018: Playing this game has become a Christmas tradition. It's still as fun and entertaining as the first time in 2015. However on game load it now crashes, and we suspect the crash is being caused by the Big Fish popup banner advertising other games or deals because the crash and black screen happens on load at the time that popup appears. We've been able to get halfway through, then a third of the way, now we've given up. Nothing in our iPad, iOS or setup has changed in three years, and the game is still the same version, so the problem is very likely caused by Big Fish. We've read BF is no longer putting out these kind of games anyway, so one star just for that from a longtime customer. Updated review December 2016: Just finished playing again and everything in our December 2015 review below is still true. Fun, festive and funny. And Big Fish has good customer support at last, no more waiting 4 weeks for a reply, it takes a day or two (at the moment) December 2015 review: Delightful, snowy and festive game, with a magical storyline and a talking cat (no lazy and dumb ghouls and demons here!) Great music, seriously laugh-out-loud funny at times, somebody with a great sense of humor wrote this. Puzzles are pretty easy, but overall this is probably the best, funniest Big Fish game we've ever played. Laggy and glitchy in some of the puzzles, but that might be our 2-year old iPad. We just wish Big Fish didn't have such terrible customer service, which would make us an even happier customer. We read somewhere they've recently been bought out, so maybe (hopefully) things will improve. Big Fish if you're reading this, pull your Christmas stockings up, hire more staff and train them much better, because you have a potentially awesome company offering mostly great products.
We have had to delete and download the game twice now erasing all our progress. The game doesn't allow us to progress by skipping dialogue where a character is offering us an item we need. We hope this is fixed as the game is a lot of fun with different characters. Refreshing from most HO games that limit character interaction to cut scenes only. Please fix.
