We love this game we can not stop playing. The levels, gifts, awards and challenges is awesome. Christmas Sweeper 4, customer service staff/team is awesome, they do their best to help fix problems when you have them.
This is a fun game that is prefect for mindless playtime. However, the game slowly lures you by its fun until the fun completely stops. The levels get progressively hard. Impossible to beat without putting money into the game. We dont mind supporting a game financially but it gets ridiculous. Im so disappointed that they manipulate their game settings to force you to spend money. That is too bad because most people just play casually and can not afford to dump money into every level just to beat it. We will have to look for another game that will keep the challenges at least manageable. We heard Candy Crush is a good game that you do not have to pour money into to beat levels.
Gave it 4 STARS because there is to many ADS. Good bye app.
Not enough opportunities to win power-ups. Games take too long to advance.
Love the game so far only up to level 30 but so far so good and we love all the others but prefer the games with moves not stars. Update October 28 fabulous game.
Edit: The rewards and rankings did finally appear like a day later, so very delayed but we did get them. They have just made a big update and change to the game, so we may re-do our review based on that soon. Was way ahead in a tournament with 30 mins left to go. No one had gotten any more points basically all day, which makes sense given its a Christmas game and its May. Went to bed and when we reopened the app today, nothing happened. No reward, no announcement of results. We dont play for the tournaments, but we were excited to get some additional bonuses for winning to use in future gameplay. Really disappointed. So dont count on getting anything for participating in a tournament. We have played other versions of this game, and while we think earlier versions are superior to this one, this one has some cool aspects like the paper airplanes which we really like.

Now it just freezes, locks up and crashes ALL THE TIME. It didnt start until the last couple of updates.
Over at least the last two updates Im constantly having the game shut down at various stages. Causing us to lose games and extras! Very frustrating.
We have loved all the Christmas Sweeper games. This is a fun game. One complaint we have is about earning an extra 5 moves if youre stuck on a hard game and just need a couple more moves to winit costs you 900 gems for 5 extra moves and you have to watch video ads to earn them. You only earn 50 gems with one video ad. So you would have to watch 18 video ads in a row to earn enough gems for an extra 5 moves. It seems a bit excessive. We enjoy all the Christmas Sweeper games and will continue to play this new one.
It sure does make time go by.
We play a lot of match games and we like this one especially this time of the year. Our only suggestion or complaint is there are no daily rewards and the helps are very expensive. The decorations are very cute and festive and the game is fun. Just add some incentive for checking in daily by giving rewards and/or less money to buy help boosters.
Come on you all! You get us hooked on a game, then dont add levels often enough. We’ve been at a stalemate for over a month now!

You will need to purchase a lot of extras in order to pass level 75! Not worth the money or aggravation.
Im finding this new version of the Sweeper games to be roughly the same as all of the other match 3 games, (not only the Smiley Games), just with Christmas symbols. Someone else wrote that they would just go to others similar games while waiting for the lives to build up on this one again. Nothing truly special about it that keeps us coming back. What we would really like is for you to go back to the original sweeper game. We still enjoy going back to our very first iPad where we still have it installed and playing it there. Fave.
We really love playing this game on our iPhone but we wish they could make these apps available for the Amazon Appstore because its a really fun game to play all the time.
We’ve just recently started playing this game and Im finding it really fun. Im giving only four stars because we dont think they give enough moves per level. Though we do recommend to others to download the game and play. We also dont understand that when we receive the Rubys that we cant use them to continue playing without paying to do so! That part is completely frustrating!
… It has the wait time until you can play the next level, which we think is a ridiculous feature. We can understand its purpose, back when games competed for players. But now its a players market. WERE JUST GONNA MOVE ON TO OTHER GAMES, RATHER THAN MAKE IN-APP PURCHASES. Get with it, SmileyGamer!
Love this game but apparently we’ve completed all the levels they have! Booo! Have to wait for more levels…. Not cool!

Love the game and HAD played it frequently. Recently, it wont load. Ran the update & it still wont load! Grrrrrrrrrrrr.
We’re glad we didn’t listen to the review about how its too hard. If you want a game where you don’t want to use your brain to solve puzzles then this might not be for you… Just sayin.
We just downloaded the game & we must say that Im enjoying it! It plays a little different then 2 & 3. Which is good cause with most games, when they add another game based on the original it usually plays the same which we think is boring. So Im happy that this one is different.
This one is incredibly hard. We play for enjoyment and this is so hard we’re not enjoying it. Time to uninstall.
This game is boring, we are on level 48 and theres not much different from one level to the next. Chained off squares… Boring boring boring. We love Christmas Sweeper 2 and 3… Ill go back to playing those.
