Relief and Joy at the same time were a few of the emotions we experienced when we discovered BrickBreaker in the iPhone App Store! We had continued to play on our old Blackberry but when it bit the dust off we went to eBay to find another one and when the new-old one arrived, we were back at it with a vengeance. In the new version of BrickBreaker, user friendliness and speed are both far improved but like others said, not enough lives are being dispersed! But despite that little glitch, this game is our go to one for when Im waiting for anything whether it be in the dentists waiting room or when Im just killing time but no matter what, we continue to be enamored with this game and to us, its exciting and very addictive (in a good way!).
Closest we've seen to the old game we spent hours playing on our beloved and missed Blackberry. Sigh.
Its the nostalgic game that should come with every phone. If there is a negative review its because they never had a BlackBerry.
This was our favorite game as a kid we were addicted to playing it on our moms blackberry (we saw another comment like that which is so cute!!). Its the perfect level of addicting and it has ads but they arent annoying at all plus you can turn them off if you need to! Bless the person who created it.
Used to LLLLLOVE brick breaker on our TI87 and TI89 calculators, all other ones we tried on the App Store are kind of lacking. This one feels like the brick breaker that we remember.
Thank you so much for making this Blackberry classic playable on iPhone. We have so many fond memories of playing this with our Dad when we were a kid. And thanks for the ability to control ads. As a thank you for all this we always keep them on medium.
We think it would be more helpful if we can rollover gun to the next level just as we can roll over life to the next level. In other words we can stack more guns just as we can stack up life so please consider this option.
AMAZING THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER.
Wish it didnt exists cause then Id probably be still talking to our friends and family. Id also probably still have a job. Instead all we have is a high score of 8000, two broken thumbs and a hand thats permanently in the claw shape from playing 24 hrs a day.
We love this game so much and Im not a not a bot or something cause this game brings back our childhood when we would play on our moms blackberry when we were little and play BrickBreaker all the time on her phone and this game is the exact same and we love how it does because every time we do play all the memories come rushing back to us.
Just like the classic game we wasted so many hours playing back in high school.
Its a great game reminds us of old days but can you please make it when we turn the audio off it stays off? When we connect to a Bluetooth and play music and wanna play the game at the same time no matter what we do it has the games audio.
It does not force ads on you great work and recreation of a classic game.
This game rocks. Just like the original from what we remember, except its missing the slow power up. Just hit a million points, maybe a record? Probably not.

When we gave up our BlackBerry, whose keyboard we still much prefer to the iPhone which is far less accurate and more difficult to use without zillions of typos, we were truly saddened to lose BrickBreaker. But we were entirely thrilled to find it again for iPhone. Like others, we think that there are not enough extra lives, and there are too many flips. We have also gotten stuck once but only once in a do-loop where the ball simply wouldnt break free and we had to cancel the entire game and start over. This is without doubt the best game out there! Love this game! We grew up playing this on our dads black berry. This game is a carbon copy as far as we can remember. Thanks for the game and the ability to turn off adds without paying. We will leave them on since we are grateful for this excellent app.

We love seeing the reviews that talk about blackberries because The love we have for this game is because of our moms blackberry. Grew up on this and now we can down load it and play it on our phone, Im so happy.
Always enjoyed having it on our BlackBerry, mighty pleased to see it on iOS. Sure, in comparison there are discrepancies in the play, but overall its a faithful reproduction. We fully expect that, over time, it will become the new reference.

We enjoy playing the game, knowing we should not loose our high score like we used to on a Blackberry. Question: we have a very high score & wonder if there are limits to : The high score, the number of lives that can be accumulated or to the number of times through.
