We began playing this game this a.m and at one point it just stopped. Not fair because we already had won more than $150.
There is so many ads in this game it is frustrating and not worth playing. 30 seconds ads before and after every game no matter how long you play it. Totally ruins it get another solitaire.
We understand that creating a whole new deck to offer as a prize takes time. That said, we would much rather get smaller prizes (game booster, coins, etc) if it means getting daily tasks all the time. It has been a long time since we’ve had daily tasks, and if Im going to pay for a subscription, we want to be able to do those tasks. It makes gameplay that much more enjoyable. Maybe save new decks for special events or something.
We like this game Im just very annoyed that we have keep deleting the game and add it back again . How can we fix this.
Too much unnecessary animation burns up iPad battery. Ads are much more annoying than in other apps. Even while in the middle if a game we will see that an ad we running in the margin. The games are fun but not worth the great annoyances! We gave up and went to a different app.
The dail challenges or goals need to be regularly updated. Like daily. Sometimes its 3 or 4 days between new ones. But 5his is a great, addictive game otherwise. Added response to their response: was said the tasks update every 24 hours….. Um, no, they dont. We hate being talked down to. The devs need to listen to people. Your game used to be fun, now its glitchy at best. Im done wasting our time. Buh bye.
We’ve been playing this game for a while and suddenly all these hints keep popping up. We know how to play. We dont need a hint or a joker or whatever. We just want to play Solitaire.
We enjoyed playing this so much before the latest update! We feel its rigged to get us to buy more options now when before the game just flowed smoothly and really challenged our skills. Now, Im challenged not by our skills but by what options to buy, and we have to buy, in order to win the game! Hate it!
Playing solitaire had proven quite relaxing during lockdown and this was our favorite app. With the latest update however, the developer increased the difficulty of the game making it impossible to win unless you buy boosters. These boosters completely change the rules of the game and ruin the experience. For example: in Spider, there are boosters they let you add an extra column, another that lets you pick any card you need from the board, etc. The worst part is there is no way you can win without shelling out for boosters. It doesnt matter how long you play! We spent two nights playing Spider and did not win a single game. Terrible!
We downloaded this app a couple months ago, and loved the daily task feature to collect cards. We enjoy playing these specific solitaire games the most do this was a perfect fit. We started noticing a few weeks ago the task challenge counter was restarting its countdown without resetting the challenges. Keep in mind, by this time we had amassed over 20 cards towards the 52 card deck, had several thousand coins to use towards hints or reverse moves, and was over level 15. Frustrated, we decided to sign up and try the VIP trial to see if that would somehow knock the glitch out. We ended up cancelling the trial by day 5 because the challenges only reset 2-3 times during that time. And now here it is a couple more days later and the tasks challenge is still not resetting correctly, for example we checked the counter all day today and it was counting down to reset at 1am on 5/28, yet we opened the app at 12:30am and found the counter restarted for 25 more hours… No challenges again. This is extremely frustrating. So we figured ok fine, we dont mind starting over, let us see if we could delete the app and start over and see if the tasks would finally reset correctly each day. NOPE! Not only did the tasks not reset and we have to start over, losing our coins, our level ranking, and any cards we had earned off the 52 card deck, but the task challenge indicator has completely disappeared… Its just not even there anymore. The only thing on that area is a faint X and a puzzle piece that is a clickable link to magic puzzles. We cannot even express how disappointed we are and how annoying it is that we now have to try to find another decent solitaire game.
We like the music. Who is playing?
It’s fun. Solitair is the game that never get bored and never looks outdated at all.
You have to pay for premium to do some of the tasks Make all of them free or we will reduce to 1 Star If youre really going to make us pay to do some of the tasks when we already have to wait 24 hours for a new set of tasks, that is a sign of greedy developers. Make ALL tasks free, or reduce the timer to 1 hour if youre going to make us pay for some. Or, face the one star.
The ads in the latest update freeze and make it impossible to play. Restart the game and it does it every time.
We liked the game at first, but between Otto insurance and some video company by human being productions, they both actually stop working and wont let us play the game. We quit the game and start it all over and it goes to the same two ads. Ads dont usually bother us until it stops us from even being able to play the game. Sorry solitaire but the ads made us hate your game. We deleted it and Ill try someone elses.
We’ve been playing this game for several months. We’ve bought a few items on this game. We always connect all games to our FB account to be able to save them. The latest update took us back to level 1. They have a new point system. The Contact Support gave us 300 extra points. Im not sure if 800 is equivalent to 4000, but that is what we have. Im not even talking about the things that we bought that are lost. Im at level 1 and level 1 cant have those items. So we lost.
We really like this game it really makes you think and its hard to put down rather addicting.
We lose every time & the ads are too hard to close. After each try, it shows the percentage of users who were able to win. Its never over 25%. Playing on 12 ipad.
Why do developers think we want a game that is not what is advertised? This is a collection of one! We like Free Cell. We dislike Klondike. Klondike (classic) is the only choice we got. We checked help. It tells us how to play Klondike. Not how to choose a different game. Not just angry we are fed up! Delete Delete DELETE!
We love magic puzzles! Thats the reason we downloaded this app along with the others. We kept playing this app because of the bonus coins we get for the the puzzles.. Having said all that, we’ve noticed a pattern in the solitaire we can tell right off which ones Ill win and those we will not. Please put a random feature in the code. Thank you.
We dont know what changed in the most recent update, but we hardly ever win at spider anymore, and thats the reason we play this game. Please fix whatever it is you broke. We dont need to win every time, but once out of 10 is ridiculous. Before this update, we would have given it 5 stars.
We really started to like this app but at least 4-6 times a day it disconnects & we end up waiting longer than needed to take a break in our day & play this game. Its getting extremely annoying!
UPDATE Nov 1, 2021 App continues to crash as soon as its opened even after todays update. Its been almost 3 weeks.

Ridiculously intrusive Zimad (game developer) ads ruin this game. It pops up offers with no obvious way to click out of the page. We managed to play a few hands, then deleted the app. No, thank you.
We’ve downloaded this game 3/times hoping it will be better. It has a lot of steps that need instructions. You need to work on your games. Try playing them yourselves. We loved the precious pets and we built 3 of the puzzles and you took it away. Ill be careful to not take anymore puzzles that you offer. You said we could buy it but not with our coins that we’ve earned over the last 4 years.
This is our go to game to relieve stress of daily life!
How do we change decks of cards, the ones we have hurt our eyes. We just won these and they are horrible.
We downloaded and played this to get 250 coins in the jigsaw puzzle game… Only to find out the 250 coins is in this game. Pfft.
We love solitaire and enjoyed this game at first. We have problems getting it to load up. We’ve had to delete and reinstall for it to work. It then worked for a few days and started glitching. During one game the red aces were missing and there were multiple 2 of spades and 2 of clubs. Game does not work without aces. Today the games would not load up. We gave 75gb of free space, running it on iPad 6th generation with latest software update. We ended up deleting it because its more trouble trying to play than its worth. It crashed while loading the game. It acted like it was starting a game but the cards never appeared.
We used to love this game. We played it all the time. Now Im gonna delete it off our phone. We only played Klondike and pyramid and now they never come up unless theyre on the one that has the ad for you to buy the game without ads and we wont do that and you never get your card on that one. Its stupid! Im just too find another solitaire game we guess!
We are addicted to this game! We okay it nonstop to the point we may need an intervention to get our others things done! Lol! Lately when we open the game, the words with friends ad comes on, we let it run, close it and then we get a black screen EVERY TIME. So we have to close the app. Try it again and if Im lucky, we will get a different ad and then its fine. Please look into this. We chose 2 stars to get someones attention. Once its fixed, we can update our rating!
We’ve been playing and loving this app for some time now but the latest update has us looking for a new solitaire app. Solitaire for us is a soothing thing and the new look is very unattractive. We understand wanting to offer more but it wouldve been good to keep the original look as an option. In response to a request for more information: The cards are now far too small, even if you kept the sidebar they could be larger, but it would be far better, in our estimation, to remove the sidebar entirely, and use the space for the game. We understand why it exists, kind of app related advertising, but at least make it collapsible. Also, the cards now seem one dimensional rather than having a two dimensional look of before. Update 2. IPad 5th gen. IOS 13.1.3.
We were really enjoying this game & playing it way too much. This morning its like a whole new game and its AWFUL. Cards too small & hard to see. Card deck & buttons feel far way since the card layout is so small. Im on iPad so at least give an option to enlarge. This was a 5 star card game. Its now barely a 2. If fix this change the icon because Im out until then.
After winning a game the video to double the prize does not load. It worked before new release. On older OS iPhone – 4s.
Game is frozen on a game we didnt even choose. Useless! Now unfrozen but had to uninstall to unfreeze. Now wont restore purchases including getting rid of ads.

We were told to download this game (which dont get us wrong is fun and we love it) so we can get a puzzle pack in a separate game. Never got our pack and it keeps sending us to the website to download this app. Very frustrating and we want our pack!! :(

We always need to play solitaire when we first wake up… Good cup of coffee and our cards or iPad game to get us going… And we love the music that goes along with the game!!! THE BEST!!
Had ad in magic puzzle to download game and win ten games and get a puzzle pack. Downloaded and won ten games and no puzzle pack, just keeps sending us to ap store for solitaire game which we have, very disappointed!
Automatically downloaded newest update last night and wish we hadnt. Cant read the timer, moves and score across the top now because print is so small. Even with our readers we struggle to read it. Please change it back to size it was!! Update: we play on an iPhone XR. Screen size is not an issue. The latest update shrunk sizes of everything. We realized after original post that we cant even read the cards well enough to play without our readers where we could before for short periods of time. This was a game we were playing sometimes 3-4 hours a day where now Im lucky if we play an hour a day total. Not at all happy with latest update. We also lowered our rating to 2 stars because the more we play the more frustrated we become with this latest update.

Just updated, 10/2018. After playing extensively for a year (?) and loving the variety of games, now we have to purchase undo and other features??!! Layouts are different, thats ok, but game is glitchy… Such as not allowing moves that were allowed before and inability to place a King on a K slot. DELETING THIS GAME. TOTALLY HATE IT NOW.
We downloaded this app so we could play without using the internet. We have very poor service. This app WAS great until it started taking our points. We have been on level 65 for several days. They said we had to connect on Facebook which we did and nothing.
