CodyCross: Crossword Puzzles Review
We’ve been playing this for a while! This is the only game we’ve had in forever that isnt bombarded with ads. Its very fun and the mascots are very cute.
We played this game for years then it locked up. At fanatee suggestion backed up our iPad then uninstalled the program. After numerous attempts Been unsuccessful in reinstalling it. We use to enjoy it. Often had to wait for them to setup new questions so we could continue. Being unable to begin the program again is very frustrating for sure!
We were very upset that our original Cody Cross streak was wiped clean. We worked hard to reach Level 1480. We dont understand the why of it. We are now starting over with number 1. The new Version seems a little to easy, but still a Challenge. We also dont understand how our Cody cross seems to somehow be identical to our wifes Cody cross. We believe we both lost our archive availability.
We can not get the game to load tonight. It gets to 93% and gets stuck. We’ve rebooted 4-5 times.
We would have given a 5 stars but it has been updating since 4 days ago. It has been on 93% and has gone no place just stays there. We really enjoyed this app. We have a subscription but we thinking of canceling and deleting this app. Thank you, Robin.
Since Fanatee has changed how they present their pages and what our scores are, we have been unable to move seamlessly from one world to another. We have to use up tokens to keep our streak going. Please fix this issue, or respond to our emails. We love this game, am interested in keeping going and being challenged, but the developers have made that impossible.
We never minded much the ad. Although a little annoying because there are so many. It feels like they have recently changed tactics to try and get us to by the no ads feature. Now Every single ad is this ASMR dr ad. Im a medic of 25 years and these ads are so disgusting. There used to be diverse ads at least, but this is getting annoying. If Im eating we wont play its so gross. Otherwise the game is alright.
Really enjoyed the new "Listen to an ad while playing" feature, helped us to discard this app. Ehh, we only used it for four years, what do we count? Congrats and best of luck on your quick road to oblivion.

We love this game and have been playing for years. Lately, though, it seems the algorithm has changed. It used to give more letters to unknown clues than it does now. Its made it a lot harder and a little frustrating because often now Im unable to finish a round without going to Siri or google.
Great game but the last update didnt take so lost a 400+ day streak. Disappointed.
Stupidly lonnnnng ads. The kind of ads that one cannot escape. Will miss the game but not the ads.
We purchased an annual subscription to Kryss premium 9 months ago. With premium, we should have unlimited game boards but we have not been able to start a game for several months. We get a message saying no boards available, so we can only play a game if someone else starts it. We contact support and get no response at all. Im completely ignored.
Since the update 3 days ago, this app wont load & crashes. Please fix.

Game has stopped working. Each update it has gotten more difficult to work, and now has quit altogether. Im going to do what we should have done months ago and delete it. Updates that DO NOT make it better are not worth our time.
Tried several times today to open this on iPad. Purple page opens then app shuts down. Game will not launch.
We’ve been playing for years. Last several months the game has been hard to open. Glitches. When reported, it was fixed shortly thereafter. As of a few days ago, it doesnt even open at all. Hit icon & it just disappears. No response from support team.
After the latest update, the app wont open. Please dont ask us to send an email regarding this problem through the app, as it wont open to do so. Hopefully, you will be able to fix this soon. Thanks!

Good app, secret messages dont work though. When we click the link, it opens the browser and prompts us to install the app, even though we already have it.
Love the game. We’ve been playing it for a very long time. HATE the new game board with the big, in the way banner!!! It didnt need to be changed. What you did was not for the better.
We’ve had this app downloaded for a very long time. We only wish when you finished a world you were rewarded with more then just 10 coins. Its a lot of work getting that far! :) 9/10 highly recommend if you like cross words.
We have contacted support, with no answer. We have been playing this game for years and love doing the missions, daily. Ever since the mast update, we cant access the missions. We get kicked out every time. If not fixed soon, we will regretfully delete the game,
We love the game but we often play at night and even on the lowest screen brightness it strains our eyes. It would be so nice to have a dark mode option to make it easier on the eyes.
We’ve played this game for over two years. But this newest version doesnt give us the treasure chest points. It shuts down when we finish the category. We dont get the chest reward!! We dont get the points. This happens almost every time the chest is on the board. Maybe 1 out of 5 disappears. Will you please fix this glitch .
We have enjoyed playing this game for quite a while now but lately every day you keep trying to sell ad-free versions. We are not against ad-free games and buy them regularly but $7.99 is way over what we are willing to spend. The highest we go is $4.99. That being said, as soon as your ad-free version became available you increased your ads ten-fold. If you think that will convince us to pay for no ads, think again. In fact, if you hit this game with even more ads we will delete the game and strongly urge others to do the same. We dont mind paying for somethingeven FREE games but we will NOT be taken advantage of. Do you suppose you could see your way clear to lower the price a few dollars and we definitely will buy it. Today: for the past few weeks, this game will not download. After a few windows where it says its gathering game play, nothing happens. We are so tired of these glitches that when we get done contacting you, we are going to delete the game.

Super awesome game to play when youre bored or when youre just looking for a crossword-type/fun game to play in your free time. There arent too many ads. The game would be perfect without them although we get it. Love it and the developers are awesome as well kylie.
We really like playing Cody Cross. Im at that age where we want to keep our mind active. There are times where we are in venues where it is ok to be on our phone as long as our phone is on silent. Lately even though our phone is on silent we have been having trouble with the Royal Match ad breaking that silence and the king loudly proclaiming Help us! (Or other Royal Match ad people loudly breaking the silence.) This is not ok. When people suddenly hear Help us! They turn to look at us! And then after realizing we dont need help, they shhh us. How can we silence these ads?!!!!!
We want to unsubscribe and we dont know how because there isnt a button to do so. We went from liking the game to not liking it at all. We dont know what you are looking for in your questions and it became frustrating to us. Please unsubscribe us from this and anything you put into our phone. Thank you.

We played Cody Cross for several months. It is interesting, though not our favorite game. Today the answer in one of the daily crosswords was wussy which we consider sexist and offensive. We deleted the game.
The game is good and fun but not sure who comes up with the puzzles as we have found a few that are wrong. Someone might want to go back and recheck some or add in some kind of button that allows players to report them.
This is one of our all time fav games but the only down side is that whenever we watch videos so we can get more hints, our inventory goes down one before we get the hint so that we get the same amount we had before. Its probably just a glitch but it can get very annoying. Great game though, very entertaining.
We dont want to complain about our favorite game and the one our family loves as well. We were collecting books and that was part of the entertainment we were getting from this game. Now, with the last update, it is impossible to complete a library because you cant afford to either get the books or, to refresh the books available. It was great, now its good. We hope we dont change to bad in the future.
We’ve been playing this game for years and love the concept. The newest update makes us want to delete the app. Charging players for books? Making them ridiculously hard to get? Good thing we dont play the game for the accomplishments, because you would have lost our business. This is also just a design preference, but we wish you would have kept the cute illustrations for cody cross and the gang. Not loving the new vibe.

Used to think this was a super game but since the last update Im ready to delete it. After playing a short time puzzle locks up and all you get is a blank blue screen and background music. Have to delete and reload losing all progress and accumulated coins. Too bad it was a pretty good game.
