This game is constantly booting us out of the game. Cant sign in to Facebook with it. Id love to continue playing this game but we are beyond frustrated with being booted out of the game.
The idea of the game is good but is there an owner for the game app. We dont think so. Game so repetitive only few village levels very hard to win you have to spend all you spins just to win 1/5 of what spent. And at last too many lies most of the players quiet playing this boring game. If You cant fix it then remove it from all Application stores.
We used to love playing this game. It steals coins shuts off takes all money and spins. Why wouldnt you update the game and fix the glitches. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

We enjoy this game a lot but recently its been pausing and restarting the game. Our shield time was shorter than what supposed to be. Overall we enjoy playing this game with our friends.
Kicks you out every 30-45 seconds. They dont respond to messages dont waste your time. Play this game if you like anxiety.

We have worked really hard to get up to the destinations and we really love this game us and our husband we have wrote to support to let them know that we are constantly getting booted off And we have not received any response or an email back from them we are an able to play our game and if we have to start over we will delete it permanently if we can get this problem fixed we will give it a five star rating until then Im sorry please fix this problem.
We have played for a few years. This is a fun game but it constantly crashes now. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix it. It crashes in the middle of your spins and when you relog back in it has taken the spins plus the rewards you should of gotten. In the past week it has taken 1000 spins from us twice. Its nice you can get that many free spins if you wait for it, but to then have them wiped out giving no rewards that your supposed to get is extremely frustrating. This problem is across the board as it is happening to many members or all. We cant get a message through to you on the game before it crashes, it is constant, so Im writing in the review. Again it is a fun game with lots of enjoyment Except with this problem it is not playable or enjoyable. Please do an update and fix these issues. Thank you.

We’ve always loved this game. Im on a great team but most of us are having major problem in the game. Some cant sign on. Others get signed on but get kicked off. We usually enjoy playing the game but for the past few days, its been freezing and force closing.
They make up players and they have the computer play as them. While u get very little doing a raid you lose a lot when their computer does one against you. Ex never have we got more then $40,000 yet we often lose 85,000 and 90,000. They make areas so expensive to build it takes forever if you dont buy stuff. Shields are not multiplied like they should be. One is good for 3 hours if you are spinning with a 5x multiplier it should be good for 15 nope its still just 3.
Game constantly crashes and you lose everything.
We had to switch phone devices from android to apple and this version has been a NIGHTMARE. We cant login to our Facebook on opening screen when we click on it to link just brings us to an error page so we’ve had to restart from level 1. Ok super annoying but can deal. But now because the app force closes every 2-3 minutes we dont even want to play it. It will force close in the middle of an attack or raid of coins and when we go back in we lose all rewards, so Im scared to even play. This was our favorite game to play. We love it so much, we even spend $20-$50 on it every other week when we get paid. Im praying you guys can fix before we leave forever.
Fun game but always crashes mid attack and you lose out on your winnings. The game does not keep track of the attack it crashed on and you lose everything you would have won. Very very frustrating. We have deleted and reinstalled so many times we have lost count. It does not help. Someone needs to fix this game. Also, you can not connect with Facebook like you use to so everyone has a generic picture. Fix the game!!!! Our entire team is getting tired of all the crashing and losing of winnings.
Will shut down and lose where you were at without notice. We will quit playing for a while and it will work for a bit then starts locking up and shuts off game.
We have had this game for quite sometime. We actually really enjoy playing. We do have a complaint though about the game glitching and losing whatever progress has been made. We were really enjoying playing this game but the multi bet no longer works and one spin at a time gets very old. We filed an issue report the company but was told it was fixed in the update but NO UPDATE offered! Ugh guess its time to move on and such a shame because we enjoyed this game over all!
We love this game been playing it for years but whatever happened during the last update messed the game up big time. We have to delete the app everyday cuz it freezes up. Plus now we cant do any building. Also one of the quests just keeps spinning and spinning. You get no points and after the 24 hours you have to delete the game just to move past the screen. We see they have been doing updates to fix the bugs and make improvements. Sadly neither have been accomplished.
This game is a poor knockoff of coin master. Whenever we spin we only get a few coins, then our last spin is always an attack. When we try revenge 1/2 of the time those wont load. We are limited to only 5xs because you lowered the bet amount. We dont earn multiples of anything but money. Like net protection, or anything else. Im tired of this. Ill be deleting our game. Oh an this VIP junk makes no sense at all!

We really liked this game until recently. We’ve noticed that during the tournaments the screen will say that you are in 1st place, but once it ends it will mysteriously drop you back to 3rd place. We really feel like we are playing against the computer. For instance this morning, we were in 1st place on the tournament (option to win 2000 spins). We played all the way until the tournament ended. Once we closed the game out and came back in… We were dropped to 3rd place (500 spins). This is not fair! We were a big supporter of this game and have invested money purchasing spins and power-ups. This not a good way to treat your loyal players!
There are two issues in this app. First, we couldnt use the wanted option. Second, we couldnt use trade option. Please fix the problem.
We do love this game. Pretty much we play it every day. But we dont know whats wrong, for a long time we havent been able to turn in our fruit in the trade goods. Will there be an update to fix this?
