We love this app some drawing apps dont have black people on it. We always wanted to draw or paint black people, Im glad that they have this now this is our favorite drawing apps. Although, we only drawed two pieces Ill still give it 5 stars.
Saw an ad on instagram and immediately downloaded the app then we read thru the recent reviews the Lake app has featured Artist such as Brooke Rankin who specializes in POC art and the app is $9.99 a MONTH or $39.99 A WHOLE YEAR and youre charging $5.99 A WEEK??? No thanks we didnt even open it & we immediately deleted the app.. Based off the reviews & the cost. Great pics on this ad tho..
We were so excited to discover this particular app since theres not a lot of coloring book apps based on POC, opened the app for the first time only to discover theres a weekly change after the free trial period. We dont mind paying for an app like this if its a one time charge, but how much content is added weekly to justify charging $5.99 each week? Id happily pay that fee to unlock everything all at once, but not every week. We understand developers have expenses, but maybe there could be a couple of different paid subscription offers. Sad we had to delete this app, we had high hopes for a relaxing coloring experience.

CAN YOU ADD A PAINT BY NUMBER OPTION TO THIS APP? That way we get to choose how we want to paint the pictures. We like this APP BUT we PREFER THE PAINT/COLOR BY NUMBER. PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THE DEVELOPER.
It shouldnt take forever to get 1 picture done, gotta go through too many changes.
Theres way to many ads we understand its a money thing but theres way to many every picture its an ad and it ask over and over how many times a week we draw and if we want to be reminded to color even if we choose it itll keep popping up it has great pictures to color but less ads and doing better on the times a week we want to color could fix it all.
This app instantly tries to start charging you for things before you even get started. It somehow signed us up to buy things on 3 different times. Our card was charged mltiple times and when we email them about it no one responds. Do not get this app Pero if you so keep an eye out on your card and your stuff being charged randomly for things you did not buy.
This game keeps our stress levels down and so much peace. When you play this game find someplace quiet and color all the thing you like its lovely after all.

This game is so cool it has one that looks like our mom and dad it kind of looks realistic whenever you color it when youre done it is so realistic this shows why The game is so cool.
We have the subscription and sadly we will not renew it when it is up. Its not worth the price, we cant recall the last time we looked at the app and wanted to color a picture. They only literally have 2 tools to use ( either fill or a pencil) you cant even change the size of the pencil ( there are many free apps that offer that) and they seem to be pouring all of their resources in AI apps. We check social media often and all we see are a bunch of photos created by an AI app ( AI is a big market and there are plenty of apps that do that and companies who specialize in specifically AI)but, not a lot of companies have a coloring book for black people. So, Its GREAT to have an app owned by a black couple and its GREAT to have images that look like us but we cant justify the price. Its frustrating that they can find the time to create new apps but not update anything on the one that is unique.
Would love to give it 5 stars, but a lot of the art is lacking in creativity. Some of the backgrounds are patterns that serve no purposes and very time consuming to color. Its as if youre just trying to fill in a space vs giving us actual items to color. There is the ability to create colors, but would like to be able to create more iridescent and blended colors. Other then your People category the other categories are pitiful snd we I would give them 2 stars.
This is a cool game but it is really hard to do something like Color in the people braids but the game is very besides that.

We love this app! It has great quality. But the 1 thing is that, the good pictures are all locked. And Im not saying that ugly or bad quality pictures are unlocked, its just that, the ones that are blocked, they are better. But now your probably saying Why dont you just unblock them? But thats the issue, we cant. We have to pay like $30-$60 just to unlock the great pictures. But other then that, we love this app, It is so fun and you can use your creatively designed mind, just for this app. We love this so much! One of the best coloring apps ever!! The app is very fun. Its about black girls and womens. We love the app because its very fun and but we gave it four stars because we wish that all the colors were near each other not swipe but its a very fun game after all we got it yesterday, and our cousin told us about it, its very fun.
We like this app but we wish you could make a setting to have prepared photos to color and not to color it by yourself.

We love the representation but we have a year subscription and Im bored coloring the same pictures there is no variety or daily pages added to color. Its just one big coloring book, since its digital there should be more pages updated on a daily basis.

We love love love this app! The pictures are fantastic. We love the huge variety of sceneries and the features of the people are beautiful. Its such a warm feeling to be represented in such a bright light for black people. This is going to be a part of our new daily routine. We have been using Color Noir App for about one year. Its a great way to unwind, relax, have fun and explore your creativity. As a person of Color we did not grow up with coloring books that were reflective of our reality. Thank you Color Noir for creating this opportunity. The color palette is also quite wide allowing you to really reach into the depth of your imagination.
We dont sleep all night but coloring soothes our soul and allows us to fall back to sleep.

We deleted this app so fast! We shouldnt have to pay weekly, monthly or yearly to colorespecially when other apps are either free or have a one time charge.
Yk you should put black ppl in the coloring book but none of them are anything but black- you could atleast made more races.
We’re so happy that there is finally more apps for the black community and more drawing apps including people of color. Throughout the years we’ve had being an artist on apps there was only a limited number of pictures and apps that had people of color. Now everyone should feel included. The drawings on this app are so cute and beautiful!! We love this app so much and we think this is our favorite coloring app.
This is the best game ever especially with the old lack of representation we’ve had in the old games of coloring. Back when Id play Color by Number, there would be people you could color that would look black and your brain would be like this: : oh, a black person :D lets try to color them. And once youd try to color them and get ready for their beautiful golden skin, theyd show white skin and youd be like: : wdym this is supposed to be a black person. Not a uh, ghetto white girl especially when Yk white people are going to try and be black w/ you when you know they be discriminating us and hating on us. The lack of representation we had just gave us stress. And we are very happy we’ve found this game. We shouldve found it 3 years or more-so ago. But Im glad we have found it now atleast because we’ve wasted a lot of time and money playing those fake games not even to matter of this. Like we’ve read the other reviews from 3 or morso years ago, it said that $20million were wasted. On that game. And the music is annoying. Now we really need a stylist for this coloring game it is very beautiful and there are less ads there. Thankful for this and hope you give us an instant Developer Reply or whatever it is we forgot. This app provides great images to print out and color. Love seeing the images especially after we have colored them.
We love the pictures, although we wish they would have actually had every part of the picture available to Color. It was odd seeing buildings and people in the background and we couldnt color them or even extra hair strands that are not available to color. For that reason alone having to pay monthly for this is a huge stretch. We would pay one time for this like a coloring book but nothing else.
