Too many ads that shut off our music and tough to get helps but a good game.
This game WAS amazing. So much thought went into making this game. From the cats crying when they dont get their cookies, to the highly addicting music youll be singing all day, lots of freebies and fun competitions;Unfortunately advertising has ruined the game. It used to be you could play a couple of boards and then watch a 30 second ad which in all fairness works for us. You were forced to watch it all the way through but hey, they have to make their money if we want more levels. Understandable! In the last update which has now thrown off the aspect ratio, sound, speed, and caused many other glitches, youre now forced to watch an ad double the length of time AFTER EACH BOARD. Its completely excessive and for those of us that had the luxury of experiencing the game while it was great, the new version is not only sub par with the glitches but tortuous to get through the broken ads that dont even play sound. We stopped playing the last 15 day hoping the issues would be fixed and came back to find its even worse. Unfortunately we think theyll be losing all the regular players and their new players will be little kids who enjoy clickbait ads.
Let us say that we enjoy your game very much. We’ve also spent a decent amount of money on it. Im on level 712. We have used 1,400 coins and not one of the four rodents has been caught. We have made 60 extra moves, the majority of which have hit one of the rodents, and the game keeps going. We want our coins back. We started this level with 4,800 coins and Im down to 3,400. We wont spend another penny on this game unless our coins are restored. The game is no longer fun when you cant win. Update: After using 500 more coins, we decided to delete the game. We have been playing the same level for 25 minutes. The fun fades away after about 10 minutes.
We expect to have ads in a free game – they need some compensation. Ads that jump into your face whether you complete a level or fail it are annoying. But ads that do it AND override the mute button on the phone to force the audio on are just awful. If we wanted sound we would have the sound turned on!
Love this app. We play this game everyday, but now it doesnt open. Please fix, we miss playing.

Our updated review is that the developer fixed the game and its now working perfectly. We adore this little game. So relaxing, fun, cute and colorful.
When we downloaded this game we were really excited because we havent played this game in a few years but every time we beat a level an error happens that crashes the game. It still saves the progress but still, its annoying.
It was a fun game, but it keeps crashing with an unexpected error. We’ve gone from level 323 to zero and it just keeps crashing.
Just love the game and have spent lots of money on it. Wish we got buy it outright!

We LOVE this game. There are a few things we would change if we were designing it. 1. In other tactile games, there is an option to purchase a season pass for like $5.99 that gives you more lives and a special perks when you hit milestones. We bought one every season. For this game, the only purchase like that is a $9.99 choice that gives you a special treat each day for a month. Not worth for us. 2. Our fingers are too big to see what Im following in a line once we start. We cant really see a fix for that. Otherwise, we play this everyday.
We REALLY want to give this 5 stars but we cant hear any of the sound or music for the game. We’ve gone into the settings and turned sound and music on and off and back on again, we’ve restarted the app, we’ve checked the sound on our phone, etc. Not sure if this is an update issue or some kind of bug. Otherwise we love playing!!
We’ve leveled up to the three hundreds, and am still enjoying the creativity. The game makes boosters available at a good ratio, and the daily bonus round plus the tournament make it easy to earn them. But the best feature are the cats! Each update brings new levels, a little bit more animation to the cats, and new songs. Each cat has its own personality. We’ve given the game five stars but even if we didn’t enjoy the game, I’d give it five stars just for the creativity of the composers and performers. Each theme update has brought a delightful new mix of songs, and we’re enjoying the take-offs on different musical genres. And did we mention there’s a jukebox where you can replay songs or change up the mix of singers? Love it.

A fun, colorful game, COOKIE CATS is sure to keep you entertained. Challenging, yet steady progress keeps you coming back for more! There are in-app purchases, but if you’re a smart COOKIE, you won’t need to. Boosters can be earned. The best part is the team at TACTILE actually answers your questions and concerns. We have been playing this game, even as a Beta tester, forever. It remains our favorite Tactile game.
You need to put all the challenges on the right side of the game , they interfere with trying to get to the current level, if you fix this it would be 5 stars. That is very annoying.
The game does not work on our IPhone after the update! We love the game but can no longer play. Rated it a 5 because it was fun when it worked. You need another update so that it works. Thanks.
We’ve been plying Cookie Cats for years and still love it. There are fun weekly events that keep us engaged because Im very competitive. Its a good game to help pass the time.

What happened to this app? Before the app worked faster. 4 days ago the app stopped working. Deleted and reinstalled only to get now a much slower game.
This app was updated near the end of December, 2022. After installing the update, the app will not open. Crash. What is going on?
Love this game. Play it daily but it wont load on our phone anymore.
We’ve had Cookie Cats for years. In December the game went dark. We’ve tried to update the game on the App Store and there is no way to up date. App Store says theres an update but no icon to click to update. Tried to report a problem but when we do we get a response we dont have Cookie Cats. Disappointed. If we delete the game and reinstall Im sure Ill lose all our progress.
Any word on when this will be fixed?
We wrote to one of the other developers of one of the other Cookie Cat games, trying to let someone know that there was something wrong with your game. We looked for an update for a couple days, opening up the App to check if anything changed; it didnt, and it still didnt fix that Im still seeing a black/blank screen as soon as we press the homepage. We have an iPhone SE 2020; it was recently replaced, but your update, and many others dont automatically update anymore. Im also having trouble with Apple updates; it has taken more than a couple of attempts. We think its been every update since around June that we’ve had to manually update Apple updates. Erin.
Apparently there is a new glitch, game wont update or playBlack screen of death. We cant recommend a game that we have played for years and built up lots of rewards and now we cant play at all. Get it fixed developers! We played and paid many times for coins through over 600 levels and suddenly we get a glitch with a claim for a daily quest, over and over it freezes when we open the Daily Quest. Tried the next day, the same. Restarted the game, same. Today we deleted the game and downloaded it and installed it fresh only to find it has started us at the beginning. We’re not happy.
