We love all of the puzzles, but it is annoying because the pieces stick sometimes and you cant move at all. We love all the puzzles and do them every day. We just feel that you need to know about this problem. Thanks in advance for your help.
We have download a package and it is just a red field or background. We like the puzzles very much. We wish you could put a zoom on the puzzles, for it would be easier to see what you are doing. Is there anything that our be done? If we can fix the issue with the red background at least then we will consider giving a five stare rate if. Thank You.
Update… We have a love hate relationship with this game. Best puzzle game out there, when it works. Will work for a couple of months, then it freezes on an ad ( cannot close the ad) have to uninstall and reinstall… Then it works for awhile longer. In game support came back as undeliverable.
We really like your puzzles. However, the pieces often refuse to move for hours or longer. Also, the Daily Puzzle posts a message that says 100% loaded but refuses to reveal an image for a day or two. Please advise. PKD.
We like this puzzle game, but right now It isnt working. Sometimes we can re-install it and get a new group of puzzles, but now even that doesnt work. Is this a ploy to make us pay or is the game just poorly developed.
Best puzzle game until it freezes and you cannot get to the Daily puzzles, new puzzles or even settings.
Good puzzle game but recently could not load daily puzzles, it said it was our internet connection which worked with everything else. Deleted and reinstalled app and now puzzles work but lost over 250,000 points. Either this is a glitch in the app which they should make good for or it is an intentional money grab. We hope its the former.

These puzzles are great until they dont operate or download. Customer support is not responsive. Great idea but poor execution.
Get NO help from support about just getting red screen when puzzles have been purchased. No longer going to waste time on something that no one cares about helping and getting answers! BYE!! Not worth the download.
We have lost all of the puzzle we purchased. Contacted cool puzzle customer service they have not contacted us back. Very poor customer service.

Tried to play this many times, more advertising than play time. The rest of the time there are so many advertisements it freezes up the game. Pass on this.

We love this puzzle app. We play it most days. But a few weeks ago it just stopped working. We can only play the puzzle group that we are on. We cant get to the gallery or any downloaded puzzles or ever customer support. It simply turns off. We have an older ipad 4. We have 299824 pts and 172243 golden puzzle pieces. We have downloaded every puzzle available with points. We really dont want to lose everything. Help.

We bought the .99 for double rewards and we never got it we tapped it again and we had to pay $4.99 please see that glitch/bug.
We love the layout…the pieces work a lot better now and dont refuse to move…we are very pleased with the scoring ratio for the most difficult level…. We love that you are coming up with new puzzle packages often. The one problem we have is the contrast of some of the pieces with the background colors, which makes it difficult to see the edges of the pieces. The background we use most often is the gray one with the vertical lines through it. We would love it if you could come up a bigger variety of background colors. We would love to see white, light blue, pink and lime green (vertical lines are very helpful, too). Also, two of the colors are mislabeled. Thank you for listening to our requests! You have made this a very enjoyable game for us.
Since the new update, we are not a fan of the new surface. We can barely see our pieces. If you could change it back to how it was before. We think a lot of people wont be happy about the new update. Other than that, we love this app.
With this new update the puzzle is so small we cant even see the pieces and why is there soooo much wasted space when the puzzle could be bigger and easier to see and put together. We dont like it and this was our go-to puzzle app. Now Im deleting it because it is no longer fun to do! 5 thumbs down!!! If you change it back to the way it was Ill keep playing but we cant see it well at all. Not straining our eyes cuz this is just stupid.
Puzzle apps that say you can use your own photos…you let us get as far as choosing the image and then you wont let us unless we buy something…annoying and misleading.

Charged us when we didn't even buy anything. Emailed asking for a refund and no response.
This is a great app, but support is absolutely horrendous. We sent an email asking for help 2 days ago and no response. We've spent real money in this game. So we would say definitely don't waste your time or money on this game until they can improve customer service.
Very peaceful. Can relax and complete a puzzle. Enjoy the music, kinda wish there was a way to download longer version of the songs to our tablet. Oh well. Also please create a status board for personal best and compare to other.
The puzzles are real pretty but it constantly re downloads and sometimes the screen goes blank and that's all you can do! Would be great if it worked.

Love the daily puzzles. The only issue we have is it won't restore our purchases between our equipment. So if we purchase a puzzle package on our iPad it won't update our purchases on our iPhone. Also, our can't get the daily puzzle anymore on one of our ipads. Bummer.
This has become our favorite site for puzzles. As a child, we just hated working puzzles! We were always missing some places. Looking down we would see one of baby sisters chewing on Them. Puzzles are now an evening of enjoyment.

Locks up every time we use the daily puzzle. Have to delete game and rebute then we lose all our progress and out the $$ we paid for no adds. Happened twice. Rip off.

Every time you have a update we lose anything we have bought. This is the third time.
Since the update this morning we lost all the puzzle packs we paid for. Yesterday we bought all the months from Jan2016 to Dec 2016. We still have Jan 2017, and June and Oct 2016. All the rest are gone either fix this issue or refund our money. We tried the restore button didn't work. We also tried the report issue button that didn't work either. We are on an iPad Pro. Please fix this issue.
We really loved this app before the last update. The new feature of the update is that there is no way to save the puzzle you are working on – the minute you exit the app, it's gone.. Will give it couple months to see if this problem is fixed, otherwise will delete it.
The developer keeps updating but on the iPad Pro all you get is blue square instead of a piece of the picture. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We have tried every time there is an update and still not fixed.
We like the game, it just keeps exiting in the middle of our game. If you like jigsaws and puzzles, you'll like this game.
Would be a good app if it didn't crash every couple minutes while putting a puzzle together.
