Be nice to keep track of original money vs won/loss vs net . Also money at risk just before next roll. Other than that … Perfect. The simulated dice roll and its audio is great.
This is the best app for learning craps, and starting to develop strategies to play craps. The problem still exists with this app and all the others., that the program will hunt your weaknesses in your bet. Its not random.. Seven, 11 s, 12s will routinely roll to break your account that you have spent precious time trying to build. Bet on those numbers and those numbers will never appear. Its a good app., but still, there is plenty of room for improvement.
We’ve tried all of the craps apps out there and this is by far the most efficient for testing strategies with the most player controls.
The game doesnt feel natural at times. We’ve had so many instances where the 7 will roll 7-8 times out of 10 rolls or you will point/7 out like 5 times in a row. Other times when you have several numbers covered, you roll 15 times and every other number will hit besides your numbers Yeah right. Theres never been a time when using real dice that youll roll 12,12,11,3,2,3,11,3,12 when you have all place bets covered then follow that up with a 7 rolled 6 out of the next 8 rolls. Laughable because you almost know when the game is about to throw you a string of 7s. You will go 10 shooters without a single shooter making it passed 5 rolls.
Tons of options to modify and test scenarios. The RNG appears very realistic, and the app tracks the distribution, which we consider desirable features in a sim. We did noticed some bugs when you want to clear certain bets after winning (don’t pass for example only clears if that bet is a loss, same for the "any seven" bet. )
We like it overall, best we’ve found in the App Store. A few bets are not intuitive on how to make them, or take them down, but their service team has been excellent in answering our questions. We wish there was a way to see a tally of total $$ bet per hand and total won per hand or something similar. It helps when Im trialing different strategies.
Fun to play but it seems like 2, 3, 12, 7 and 11 turn up way more than they should. This makes testing out new strategies difficult at best.
First crap game we’ve played that is almost true random but it rolls the seven to keep us from winning.
We get it. Its a probability simulator, but good luck getting on any kind of roll. Its just a 7 every four or 5 rolls.
Not realistic. Fun for a day or so.
Seven, threes, 12, come way too often.
Its ok, we know its fake but the losing take away the fun. Make small bets and you never crap out. Start making big bets and youre guaranteed to crap out.
The AI is fixed to take your money. Rolls 7 and 3 an inordinate amount of times.
The flexibility of this game and the lack of super flashy aspects allows for a great experience that can be as close to casino experience as you like or just a quick way to enjoy a few rolls of the dice. Great job development team!

Updated review: There is a takedown button and so much more. Thank you for your work on this app, its better than ever and still worth the deluxe fee. We notice some other apps we mentioned in our review from years ago are gone. This is still here and updated. Why, we can even play it on a new MBP with Apple silicon. Read the odds and ponder as you roll the bones. Theres a handy roll history gauge that tells the tale, too. Craps is a fast and volatile game with streaks that can seem vicious, but are really only cold uncaring chance. This is not a politically correct game’ where no one loses. Its craps- it could easily have been named Seven. Buy this app, you wont regret it. We love it, even if we do run it without sound. The only feature we would like added is if we could lose the sucker bet layout completely and have the main layout be bigger and more easily bet on and off of (Im playing it on an iPhone). It would have to be a preference change as there is no shortage of people who want to yell "yo eleven" so much theyll make that moronic bet. Oh, yeah- a Take us Down button to remove all bets from the layout would be very handy and also authentic.
EDITED – learned you can take Dont Come bets down by hitting odds a few times. Then removing as normal. Original Post– Really love this app. The preferences make it the best craps app on the market. Only thing we wish the app had was the ability to remove Dont Come bets after they are established. The remove all non-contract bets does not work.
Just upgraded from Craps Lite(Free) to Deluxe. The extra features like like extra chip values and higher starting stack are great. Will never play craps on any other app. If youre looking to test your strategies and become familiar with the type of craps game you want to play in real life the deluxe app is more than worth the price.
Hands down the best craps app for iOS. Only two things that arent right: the app should allow you to work place bets on the come out roll and, there should be an option to leave place bets in place when a point is established rather than assuming you want to bring it down. It is this second feature we most want as a place bet player, the app automatically taking down our bets is incredibly frustrating as we to memorize all our bets so we can put them back once a new point is established.
The screen choices are only full or maybe 5%. Can’t read the chips on small size and on full screen the chips remaain minuscue and the dice often roll off the screen. It would be nice if the screen was scalable and the chips size increased with the size of the screen. The play of the game is great but even on a 32"monitor the playing field is either too small or overlap the edged of the screen.
Only reason we paid for the app was because we saw the on/off functionality. We were disappointed when we found out you couldnt use it on the come out roll.
Great app. Liked the lite version and love the deluxe version .. Except that the chips were not updated for the new iPhone screens (higher res). The chips are unreasonably small on the table, to the extent Im two inches from the screen counting stacked chips. We hope this is a simple fix but we find myself using other apps when playing in a darkly lit room simply bc Im holding the phone up against our face and it hurts our eyes. Headed to Vegas soon. Please fix if possible. 5 stars except for this all-important key flaw.
Random number generator is broken. Statistically, we should see at least a few rolls that dont 7out within the first 4. Fix your game.
Compared to other "craps game" apps that we have played, this one has many shortcomings that are correctible. These include (1) On every roll of the dice, one or both of the die roll off the table – the only waay to tell what was rolled is to look at the pair of die that have been set up for the next roll, (2) the chips and the buttons in the lower right corner of the screen are way to small to easily view – it’s very hard to tell the value of the bets because the chips are just too small to count, and (3) the most serious flaw is that when there is a win, the only visual indicator of the value of the win is that the total amount of funds available to bet increases. You have to mentally subtract the previous mount of available funds from the new amount to determine how much was won – we find this way to annoying to do every time there is a win. We personally like the feature in other craps apps that display the amount of the win as chips placed in the center of the table that can be viewed before the next roll.
Disregard our previous review on program dont know craps rules. We were using the Any seven protects function and it confused us regarding payoffs. When we’ve taken off that function everything works normally according to the rules sorry for the error.
We just downloaded this game and find it fair and very engaging. It has a lot of automatic features based on your style of play and betting preferences etc. We tend to play with a random conservative style. We rarely use the junk one roll bets in the middle (aka one roll sucker bets except using 7-11 or any craps to cover sizable pass line or dont pass bets. Yes the seven comes out a lot as it should; so quit whining. If you dont play the donts then youll be a loser. Its fun to test your style of play when your bankroll goes down to below $100 or $200 and youre able to build it up to several thousand dollars. All of our devices are iOS and the best display is on the iPad where all of the game icons are easy to see and use. We’ve tried it on our Mac and quite frankly the icons are too tiny to see and use with ease compared to the iPad.
Good app to just eat the ASICS down to play, plus good to distract ya from ad ssituatio s u dont wanna. E in but h a e to win. LoL.
We’ve tried a few apps. This one is the best. We still cannot find a good multi player app to play with friends.
The dice dont revert back to the controlled set we want to use each roll, its annoying double tapping the dice set until it get the Flying V set we want to shoot. Sometimes while Im double tapping the dice it triggers a roll. Way too many 7s for controlled shooting, the random number generator needs to be less random. They did used to stay at set we chose at one point but after the last update they go back to random. Fun game addictive.

We would like the ability to roll our own dice and imput the results on the screen.
One of the best simplest craps out here. Hoping to ask to add some features. -set table minimums & maximum bets -able to spread bets across on come out rolls -more felt colors -different dice colors -Different buttons for lay & buy Appreciate it!
We too have played a lot of craps and this game is one of two things: 1) rigged based on player bets 2) a victim of very poor algorithm development Or, we guess it could be a little of both. Dont waste your moneyvery frustrating.
Amazing what happens to probability based on the bets you make. We played 2000 rolls only betting inside numbers (5,6,8,9) and probabilities for every outside number shot up to exceed expectation, and 7 was far beyond expected. As other reviews have stated, this app misses the mark big time.
Used this app to test multiple strategies, and this app seemed to change the probability of certain numbers hitting depending on what was on the board. Even changed in the middle to go against what we were testing to go with the momentum only for it to repeatedly hit what we took off. Tried this over at least 10 different scenarios. Probabilities for the combinations are way off. Dont waste money if you want a realistic outcome to test different strategies.
Great app, one of the best apps for the game we’ve played. One thing we would like to see if the option to turn off place bets during an established point. This is possible in a real game and Would be much more convenient (realistic) rather than having to manually pull down every place/buy bet every time we wanted to implement a part of our strategy. Also, the option to auto- press bets after hitting a number is amazing! In addition to this feature being applied to place bets, wouldnt it make sense to do this for buy bets as well? That would really help with the various players that do press every hit until a certain point. We like to get up to purple before we begin collect on hits, that includes the buy bets on 4 & 10. Finally, how hard would it be to make dice sets possible with the 3-D dice? We think that would be the cherry on top for this app. Great work so far. Just want to have the feature of turning off during a roll! :) thanks!
Every number seems to roll equally compared to all the other crappy apps out there. This is the most fair one.
The Good, so far this is the only craps app that let hop place #s. The BAD, it does not pay the correct amount on the dont odds. This is critical when practicing your strategy. The pay most be correct. If they did this we would give 4stars and recommend to our club, & community.
Decent app as far as usability and interface but the sheer number of 7s makes it impossible to test systems with any success. Even after changing the dice setting to controlled shooter. Dont waste your $2.
Functionally this is one of the better Craps application we’ve tried. However, the AI is flawed. For the life of us we cant understand why make an app that doesnt give the player the satisfaction of winning occasionally; winning being a sense youve enjoyed the play after playing for a while. Craps Deluxe will go long stretches of very high number of rolling 7 after point made, a very high number. One roll. Two rolls, maybe before craps. This will go on for 10-15 minutes. Then occasionally there may be a period of long stretches no 7s rolled. Never, that we experienced, the general real life average of 4.2 rolls before 7 is rolled is observed. We understand averages very well. This app fails any sort of logic that the player will experience satisfaction of reasonable play. Update: Received email from the developer. He explained that the app uses a random number generator, that we should validate our experience by checking the history of rolls. Im here to tell you that is NOT completely accurate. Lower $ bets produce longer games and more numbers made. Higher $$ bets produce fewer number, MORE CRAPS! And if you Press those bets… Forget about it. We’ve all but completely stopped playing the game. As the developer asked for confirmation of our experience playing we checked the history of our last 27 rolls. The statistical expectation for rolling a 7 is 4.5. Our history shows 8. No other number exceeds statistical expectation more than 1. Next test, check of history show 7 pops up 7 times in 15 rolls. Again statistical average is 4.5. We have played dozens of games. Our experience is the same. It never averages out. Sorry! Well developed app. Enjoy not winning!

We love it it’s not like those phony other craps games we bought it’s worth it trust us if our isn’t aceman.
With all the possible bets and payouts, it’s hard to create a perfect app for craps. This one is the best we’ve played! It’s also the only app we know of that has the fire bet, which pays out during the roll instead of waiting till the end of the roll. All payouts are correct and the game can be configured the way you want (odds and place bets working or off, field pays double or triple on 12). If you love craps, this app is well worth the small price!!
Awesome app, but agree with others that this app gives more 7s.
We love the auto bets. However. When a 7 is rolled when the point is turned off, the odds should turn off as well and we should be refunded all of our odds bets back. This app takes all our odds money when the point is turned off. We played the Light Edition and that edition refunds the odds correctly. Please fix. Otherwise great and fun and smooth app!
Jay, you wrote an entertaining app for sure. We’ve enjoyed the purchased version these past years. Just wish we could use the same version on our app. Overall it’s still 5 stars.
