Isnt anything like the ads say but it is a fun game with affordable in game purchases. However with the latest update it wont let you log into Facebook so we cant get access to the game huge disappointment. Ill have to delete the app if its not fixed soon enough.
You cannot advance in this game unless you spend real money. The prices are ridiculous and the upgrades keep increasing. As soon as you clear a level you have you upgrade all of the doctors again, equipment etc. Its a fun game but we will more than likely stop playing.
We havent played in a while, but this game almost never lives up to what it promises in the ads. The nice thing is that last time we played, the people dont DIE if you dont get to them fast enough. It can be a lot of pressure in that you feel a lot more than in something like a cooking game like this. Thats all but nice.
Ive noticed in the last few weeks the daily upgrades rarely have anything of value. No extra speed or auto complete as well as the other upgrade options being very sparse. Supposedly there was to be a value for watching the Ads but the value has not been worth it lately.
We enjoy playing this game, keeps our mind moving. We do have issue with the fact that sometimes when we update – we do not receive our award. This happens constantly. Work on treating the people who play better and this game would be amazing. We also feel as though the game does not match the advertising.

Great game! Keeps you hopping. What level are the babies at.
Most free games are an ad filled nightmare. With this game, the ads are mostly optional, and if you choose to watch them, you are incentivized with all sorts of things for the game. We are absolutely addicted to this game right now, lol. Its a lot of fun, and so far the best out of all similar hospital games. 10/10 would recommend.
Love it. Im actually being able to keep up and earn coins to buy new equipment.
This game is super similar to Happy Clinic, but it allows you to watch ads every day to earn more gems and coins, and the coins earning rate is better than Happy Clinic. Im able to play this every day, a couple levels a day, and upgrade enough without spending money. Yeah if you buy gems youll be able to win faster, but Im not in a rush and being able to play 5-10 levels works for us. We hope it comes out with new locations soon.
This game is great, but to make it better there are a lot of English errors – many misspelled words. Please have a fluent English speaking person help you correct all of your misspelled words.
So far the game is generous. We are at lev. 24 and have many free gems and coins. The one issue Im having is when we press on an item it doesnt react. Frustrating. We dont know if this is purposely done to slow us down but if thats true then we will tire of it. Other than that we are enjoying.

We enjoyed playing this game. We just finished San Francisco Lvl 41, but it wont let us go to Zurich. Ill update our review once we are able to start playing the new hospital.
Love the game but the ads are super annoying. And usually like most game if you make at least one purchase the ads will go away. Or there will be a no ads thing you can pay for neither. We purchased a $1.99 pack and started receiving more ads then b4 and until this is fix we cant play this game we cant stand a game with ads after every round. Super annoyed sent and message through contact us about it as well. And was told that theres no way to get rid of the ads. So yeah we will be deleting this app.game lost 2 stars due to the ads fun game but will spam you with ads no thank you.
We love this game BUT we will say this, we don't know who picks the adds but they're pretty inappropriate. We're 24. But we also have a niece who is 10 and loves this game and the adds are so explicit, which we honestly do not understand because obviously children play this game and the agg preference is 4+.
It was a lot of fun to play at first, however after moving on to the second hospital, we have been stuck on the same level for days! We have watched countless ads to earn coins and gems and have made MANY upgrades to our hospital but it didnt actually improve anything and Im still stuck on the same level. Waste of time. At this rate Ill have to upgrade everything to the max just to beat this one level. Not worth it.
You make it almost impossible to keep playing without spending money.
We really like this game, but we had quit playing awhile back because the balance is so off. We checked back in, but nothing has changed. Even watching the max number of ads per day only gets us a single upgrade, so we takes literal DAYS to pass each level. This game is nothing but a money grab by the developers. At least make it passable by watching ads.
Impossible to beat after u get to higher levels without spending real money for extra time.
Thought the game was initially fun, and addicting. After the first location it seems to glitch, you have to keep tapping on items twice to send the nurse to the items. And everything is expensive (meaning youd have to use your own money to level up). Thought it was just us with the glitches but we see that previous reviews are going through the same thing. We doubt Ill continue to play this game until its fixed.
None of the previews really happen and theres no mini games like they say in the commercials.
It is funny how the preview photos are not even close to the actual game? Connect the dots and baby care are also not part of this game? We mainly play the hidden game that is not mentioned.
Great game but recently we have not been able to play. Our energy stopped restoring and we can view any of the adds to gain energy. Hope the problem is fixed soon.
This new update will not let us get in, it continues to say they want us to login with facebook so they can share our information if we dont it wont open, and Ive tried logging in but its not working, telling us to make a new fb account but Im already logged in fb, telling us its not the right password, so if we try making a new account then it shuts it down and we have to start again, so we havent played in almost a week, please fix, we should have a option to share fb account it shouldnt be mandatory! Once again nov 10 there was a new update and now we cant play because it tells us our fb paw doesnt work and thats not true.
We have completed the map Athens but it won't let us advance to the new map. Please advise.
The game is super fun and engaging but it keeps freezing on us. We have deleted and redownloaded it helps for a couple levels than freezes again. Super frustrating.
When will we see a new map? We absolutely love this game but maps are coming slower and slower. Really hoping your not giving up on this game.

Love this game but, why, why, why does it take 3+ weeks to go to a new location? Ridiculous! Fix this. In the other hospital game, we get a new location as soon or before we finish our current location. Again, fix this. Not spending another penny on this game till this is fixed.
Our game is glitching real bad it get stuck.
You charge up to $20 a month for multiple passes but still make paying players need to sit through advertisements. Something doesnt make sense here.
Love this game however when you try to get a power up the Monopoly ad pops up and you dont get your reward . Ad not working take of f.

This game is actually fun to play in the beginning, but once you finish the first hospital world, its impossible to play with out spending your own money. Im all for these kinds of games and dont mind a challenge at all but this game is almost ridiculous. Its insanely hard to earn any coins and everything costs so much. The only actual way to earn coins is to play in endless mode, lose the level, and watch ads to double the amount you get for just playing (~70 coins turned to 140). We spent so many of our coins to help make patients wait for treatment longer but it does virtually nothing in the long run when every single upgrade to the equipment, doctors, waiting room, etc. Costs thousands of coins and you earn only a few hundred when you actually manage to beat a level.
Our all time favorite game. We finally got a new iPad, we downloaded the game to find we lost all the progress we had made on our old iPad. That stinks, once we connected to Facebook our old should of showed up like all other games. Then our next surprise was the prices jumped up. Coins and Diamond package which used to be $2.99 are now $7.99. No thank you.
Im actually addicted to this game, but why does it get so hard to level up?? Its so unsatisfying and dopamine crushing.
Been playing this game pretty much every day for months, and we loved it. Sometimes, we would buy things or watch ads on purpose just to get an extra item. But with the most recent update, it now forcefully plays an ad after you play a level, win or lose. Not cool. Sad what the game has turned into. It was fun while it lasted. EDIT: The developers quickly resolved the issue of forced ads. Greatly appreciate their speedy response! So happy to continue playing the game :).
The recent update, had presented ads to generate and play after every gameplay. Its very annoying especially when you have a unlimited lives for a limited time. Please get rid of ads.
This game is a ton of fun at first but the more you advance the harder it gets and its impossible to level up items without paying a ton to do it. The one thing we loved was you could play with no ads but Now with this new update you have ads every other play and that is the worst thing you could have done. This just made this game more annoying and we think Im going to delete it. Worst update yet.
Still love this game just as much as we ever did. We have played it forever and couldnt even tell you what level we are on. Developers, it would be so great if you could make it a little easier to get coins if a person gets stuck though. Give us some mini games we can play or something that dont require winning a level! We are so far in now that we get stuck on a level for weeks because it takes us DAYS to upgrade once and beating a level often requires multiple upgrades. Other than that, still a lovely time management game.
Your game is totally great, until we get to the endless mode. Im sure you know the customers who come through the line in any of the hospitals their patients is slim to none at all, which make it impossible to compete in the endless mode and win. Its really sad to customers who spend money with you guys to make the endless mode just an absolute nightmare to play. Also upgrading in different levels can be astounding with how high it cost to upgrade. But we really do love your game.
Why isnt ours the baby hospital like the picture shows? Ive done updates. Otherwise game is good.
Ive been playing this game for a bit and we like the multitasking and challenge part of it, but whats with the weird babies? The babies are so sexualized and are given huge butts. It just seems a little weird having a part of the game be entirely centered around diapers and baby bottoms.
We like this game but the updates that they say the game has are lies. Ive never seen a child on here that we had to change a soiled diaper. That was the only reason we downloaded the game but we decided to keep playing because we like the game.
We appreciate ads is where you make money but they are insanely long, many 30 seconds or long which is very frustrating. 10-15 second ads still give exposure without completely interrupting the game flow. By the time they are done you forget what you were doing or where you were in the game. Also increasing doctors speed when it starts at 1500 gets crazy once you get up to 5 sets of doctors. Would like to see rewards earned more evenly distributed, too many freeze time and not enough clear orders. Often have 3-4x the number of time freeze to speed and clear orders. Plus like to see second option for extending time either through add or lower coins for less than 30 seconds. Also the false advertising of what this game is about seems silly, either have the game popping pimples and cleaning wounds or change they way you present it.
Why is this in the title when there isnt any?? As u progress, it is extremely difficult to proceed and win levels. You have to play consistently (many hours of the day) or buy coins. Upgrades are super expensive. Im only in level 754 and it is super difficult to move up.
It's fun but it is designed to make you pay. Like you have to pay to play, which is annoying. We will delete it soon.
