FINALLY! Ive been searching the App store over and over for a game like this!! Every single game out there is a gacha game now, and you rarely find a game that has the same ambient nostalgia feeling that this game gives us. We love everything about the game so far. The smoothness of the animations, the music, the skill system and the dialogue is really well written to. Huge props to the devs, Im sorry this game doesnt have more reviews, we think this game deserves much more credit than people are giving it.
We played a game like this called demonic savior. Unfortunely, com2us discontinued that game and we haven't found a game like that ever since. Then we saw a video of this on youtube and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. Its almost identical and even better. The leveling up is fun, especially with rewards every 5 levels. We love the drops from the dungeons, so exciting getting legendary weapons. We're not so sure of the future of this game. We're at the last quest (fight for the future) and we don't know what to do. It says to destroy the dimension gates and we did that. We searched the whole map for clues but got nowhere. Also, some parts of the map are now inaccessible (like dragon cave). Aside from the quest, there is pvp but you dont lvl up there, you only get wing cards. From the leaderboards, it seems lvl 95 is the cap (we're lvl 90) which is disappointing. We wish the levels never ended, so we could keep lvling up in the dungeons. Overall, it's such a good game. We hope you guys update it to continue the story and add more quests. Also make the level cap like 1,000 lol.
This game is amazing and out of all the other games with the same type of fighting system, we find this the best one Ive played so far.
Left joystick that drags with thumb movement. Optional ticks that let a user know somethings going on. A well organized one time payment of $9.99 for a convenient inventory.
Am we mistaken or this game end at mission "to Roth Temple" after defeated two succubus and being invite to Roth Temple by a fly-human Demon? Nothing happen after we go into this Temple, please help.
A variety of ways to complete the story. However after reaching a certain point (spoiler) once you get to destroying the portals around the Crimson heart world, eventually you will be left with a mark on your map stating that it is the final destination. Unfortunately the games story stops progressing after a certain point. Im assuming its a bug. Only reason we stopped playing. Was at level 93 with ethereal gear.
You guys should put the original one back on the App Store, we really miss it.
We played the first one a few years ago and we loved it. This game has the same smooth and great actions. But the game is riddled with greedy in app purchases. The single worst one is that you can only reach lvl 86 in normal game mode. After that you have to level through forgotten dungeons which you have to either pay, or wait for crystals to recharge. One recharge takes 30 mins, and one dungeon costs 10 crystals. So basically you cant level past 86.
And artificial need. Take the inventory for example: we have six slots being taken up from gear that cant be sold and there is no play to store it. So you basically have to keep getting more space or you loose out. The crafting materials have a high drop rate and there isnt much actual crafting. Movement needs works as character is often getting stuck and player skills have narrow hit box window while some of the bosses on harder difficulty have insanely large (hit you on the other side of the room). Story: standard troupe Graphics: nostalgic Music & Sound: good If not do the gear that cant be sold or the issue with the virtual thumb pad we would recommend the game as it doesnt have the gotcha mechanics many others do.
This game has amazing story telling and combat. It tells the story of a gritty demon war not for the faint of heart. And the narration by the knight Reinhardt is amazingly well done. This game deserves more respect. Keep it up.
