End of trial and subscription renewal

We love this game and we have spent a lot of money in it. In the recent upgrade issues were not fixed. We have not gotten our last seven free pictures and we bought one and never was able to access it? Please help.
Best coloring or stitch game in the App Store. Only thing we would say is add more pictures. We would love to see a picture of the USA and each state.
For a while now when our app gets to the third day it wont give us the picture and wont go to the next day. We like this app and we have missed a lot of the free pictures and points. Thank you for your help with this issue.
We absolutely love this app!!! We are CONSTANTLY on itLITERALLY!! We just wish it had more updates with more new pictures more often. We keep deleting it just to start all over again, but Ive done them all so much that Im getting bored with it. But if youre not on it all day everyday, it is an awesome way to relax and to keep your hands busy!! Update : Im so excited!! They just uploaded a BUNCH of AMAZING new patterns!!! We cant wait!!! The patterns have evolved so beautifully since we first downloaded the app a few years ago! Im off to try them out! Ill probably have the new ones finished by the end of the week, though! Very relaxing. We love the vibrant colors and the many themes to choose from. When we feel stressed this is our go to game.
- WHY ARE THERE NO UPDATES?? This is our favorite app. However, it would really benefit from a search option and images being added more frequently.

We have loved this app, by far our favorite but Im a little upset. The reward points and pictures is a great feature but we were given a new painting yesterday that we recently bought with our Apple acct., that we had already painted! Not sure Ill buy anymore! Still enjoy these painting tho, look like actual cross stitch.

We use this app everyday. We purchased a year subscription on October 6th 2024, as of today July 20th 2025 we have 3 pictures left. What are you going to do for us the customer.
When are you getting some new pictures, we have done almost everyone. The few that are left, dont interest us at all! Please make some more of villages or country sides! More problems. We are so tired of the PROTECTFLOW.LIFE & THREATSWEEPER ads interrupting in the middle of this app! We hope they can be eliminated soon.They are very annoying.
We love this app, but we also hate it. The ads are incredibly aggressive. We'd gladly pay a reasonable amount to stop them, but they want $90 per year! Are you kidding us?!! Aggressive ads and a ridiculously expensive price to stop them. We recommend not getting hooked.
Since the recent app update this hasnt worked. We just get a blank black screen whenever we try to use app. We love this app so we hope it gets fixed soon.
This was our favorite relaxation app and we played it daily. All of a sudden we got a dark grey screen that we couldn't do anything with other than turn it off. We miss our favorite app. Our thought is that you haven't kept up with Apple's updates. We hope you fix it.

We love this app but the pictures where you play the videos arent working. All it shows when we pick one is 3 wavy dots. No words to play videos. It worked for a little bit at first but then it just stopped. Can you fix it please? Thank you.
Videos were not loading and we were told to update the app. We keep all our apps updated. We deleted and reinstalled the app – losing all we had completed already but the videos started working until a few days ago. Videos arent loading . . . Again!!! Very frustrating. The app is up to date. We guess we will have to once again delete and reinstall – again, very frustrating.

This app is fun and relaxing to pass some time away. Lots of different pictures some free (no ads required to watch to get them) and some that you have to watch several ads in order to get. Either way, its a great app.

Trying to look at the 3 Ads to receive the free picture but it doesnt work. You see the 3 dots that just keep blinking and it just doesnt load. We already closed out the app and then reopened it again and its just stuck. Ive shut down our iPad and then restarted it and nothing works. No ads will load to get new pictures.
Love the app have been doin it for a couple of years then we had a mishap with iPhone update and lost all our projects when we redownloaded the app you now have to watch ads to receive bonus stitches besides the daily log on anyway a couple of days ago Im not getting the little stitch thing to tap on to watch ads to get bonus stitches we tried going to support but there isnt any way to get support has there been a change to the app.
Ive had the premium version of this app for a few months, and havent seen a single new picture. Definitely wont be renewing again. Its a pity, because this has been the best cross stitch app Ive found.
Love this game, but ads wont load. This glitch makes the game impossible to play. Ive tried restarting our phone, disconnecting wifi, reconnecting wifinothing works. Disappointing.
This app has not worked in ages. No free pictures on the days that you are to get them and no free points on the other days.
Our screen is stuck on the bonus page it wont let us get our bonus or anything we close the app and try again and NOTHING A year later And same issues its been stuck on the 7 day bonus picture for almost a week. Update quite awhile later we cant watch ads to open a new picture!! Ive done everything Ive had to do a million times before and still have problems.

We love this game but the ads to create your own and the ads to unlock the levels never load please fix.
We enjoy the gameits relaxing, the pictures are bright and colorful, and there are tons of free picturesbut, now that Ive completed all free pictures, we cant unlock any others. You're supposed to be able to watch 3 ads to unlock a picture; Ive tried multiple pictures, and NONE will load ads. Ive even tried restarting our phone and checking for app updates. Ads just wont load, so we cant play.

We love this app. It is very relaxing. We have most of the pictures completed. Need more pictures please.
We have done all the pictures we can. We need to watch videos for more and it will not play them. We believe there must be a bug that needs fixed.
First, we want to tell you that we really your app and have completed many of the available pictures. The problem is the inability to receive any of the pictures where you need to watch three ads. We waited for a least a minute and it continued to search for the picture. We have very reliable high-speed internet and Ive never had connection issues. We really hope this can be resolved.
