We love this game and we have spent a lot of money in it. In the recent upgrade issues were not fixed. We have not gotten our last seven free pictures and we bought one and never was able to access it? Please help.
Best coloring or stitch game in the App Store. Only thing we would say is add more pictures. We would love to see a picture of the USA and each state.
For a while now when our app gets to the third day it wont give us the picture and wont go to the next day. We like this app and we have missed a lot of the free pictures and points. Thank you for your help with this issue.
Since the recent app update this hasnt worked. We just get a blank black screen whenever we try to use app. We love this app so we hope it gets fixed soon.
This was our favorite relaxation app and we played it daily. All of a sudden we got a dark grey screen that we couldn’t do anything with other than turn it off. We miss our favorite app. Our thought is that you haven’t kept up with Apple’s updates. We hope you fix it.
Since the bug fixes today now the app dont want to come on it stays black its still not fixed.
We love this game but for some reason we cant get into it.
We love this app but the pictures where you play the videos arent working. All it shows when we pick one is 3 wavy dots. No words to play videos. It worked for a little bit at first but then it just stopped. Can you fix it please? Thank you.
Videos were not loading and we were told to update the app. We keep all our apps updated. We deleted and reinstalled the app – losing all we had completed already but the videos started working until a few days ago. Videos arent loading . . . Again!!! Very frustrating. The app is up to date. We guess we will have to once again delete and reinstall – again, very frustrating.
After last update we havent been able to even load in. We’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times now its open we have lost everything.

We enjoy the gameits relaxing, the pictures are bright and colorful, and there are tons of free picturesbut, now that we’ve completed all free pictures, we cant unlock any others. You’re supposed to be able to watch 3 ads to unlock a picture; we’ve tried multiple pictures, and NONE will load ads. We’ve even tried restarting our phone and checking for app updates. Ads just wont load, so we cant play.
We love this game but the ads to create your own and the ads to unlock the levels never load please fix !

We love this app. It is very relaxing. We have most of the pictures completed. Need more pictures please.
We have done all the pictures we can. We need to watch videos for more and it will not play them. We believe there must be a bug that needs fixed.
First, we want to tell you that we really your app and have completed many of the available pictures. The problem is the inability to receive any of the pictures where you need to watch three ads. We waited for a least a minute and it continued to search for the picture. We have very reliable high-speed internet and we’ve never had connection issues. We really hope this can be resolved.
Since the update 2 days ago, Im not able to get any boosters. It just spins and never shows an ad to receive the boosters.

Got an update a couple days ago. Now the game wont load. We paid to play all the pics. It started and immediately exits. We have deleted the app three times and redownloaded it. No Chang.

We love this app however after we downloaded it – it will not open. We have deleted it & re-downloaded & it still will not open. We are not a happy person.
The app quit working for us. Id try to open it & it would automatically close out on us. We couldnt get it to work so we uninstalled & reinstalled the app hoping it would help. After several days its finally working again but we’ve lost all the pictures Id done & over 2,500 bonuses Id collected. We loved this app but now Im frustrated with it since we’ve lost everything. We wanted to continue loving this app however it keeps on shutting off as soon as it starts opening. We hate to give it a bad review but we do t know how else to alert the developers. Please fix the issue because we read want to play and yes, we’ve restarted our phone deleted the app and reloaded it and still it wont stay up/open. Ugh so frustrating.
When are you getting some new pictures, we have done almost everyone. The few that are left, dont interest us at all! Please make some more of villages or country sides! More problems. Today our cross stitch club will not open. We pay by the year, we dont think our year is up yet. How do we fix this? We have a Apple IPad, just updated it today, and all other apps work, but that one, the one we use the most. You put a few new pictures up, but you need lots more if we are to renew our subscription. We are a subscriber and today we are locked out of certain pictures on our Apple. We have this app on both our Sansung Tablet and Apple IPad. We can access all on our Sansung but not on our Apple. On our APPLE we have to watch a video to select certain pictures. We have tried to Restore Purchase with no luck. This has happened to us several times where we have to contact this app to get problem corrected. We are disappointed that this keeps happening. We love this app, one on the best ones to select from, but we get frustrated when we cant get into our purchase. We would definitely recommend this app if this didnt keep occurring, but as of right now we wouldnt recommend it at all.
We used to love this app but recently it started freezing a lot. We have to close it out and reopen it to get it to work. Thought maybe it was our phone. We have an iphone. Our husband has an android and used to like this app also but it is freezing on his phone also. Hope they fix it soon.
Even if we have this app open for just 10 minutes our phone gets very hot and will dim. We also lost 10% battery.
This used to be our absolute favorite game on our phone, but we’ve lost our progress on it so many times because you cant sign in with Game Center or Apple ID or Facebook.

We keep looking for a way to reach customer support but it didnt work. We paid for a month subscription but when we went to the app, it has not worked. We know our payment went through..
Bug fixed quickly. We love this game now.
This game has improved and theres no limit on how many pictures you can color! And now you can restart a picture after you finish it, which is disguised as numbers after colors. However, it only applies to pictures that are entirely in full color. Thats why Cross Stitch Club is another, but great, color-by-number game!
We updated the app but it will not open up . We click on the day for a new picture and it does nothing . This has been going on ever since we updated it.
We really like this game, but a lot of it costs money, and a subscription is very expensive! Also the magnifying glass makes us a little dizzy, we think its a needless feature.
