We love the game only problem we have is 8 coins for leveling up really! Should get more for leveling up and a little more for finishing a puzzle.
- Would be nice if could double tap vs using pick for wrong color 2. Make it more realistic and crisper color Too smooth for yarn or thread.
How do we get it to load it goes from 17% at the lowest to80% at the highest we just updated the game and it went up to 69% before it quit loading we have already deleted it once and reloaded it again that was when it got up to 80% Nancy It still will not let us in at the highest it loaded up to 92% and then quit loading this time it went up to 86% before it stopped loading on us we have removed all the games and other stuff that we didnt use Im at a stand still here not knowing what to do next. Nancy.
We love the stories that you can use your tokens for when you earn them for those things. Its boring when youve completely done all of them and then you have to use your own money to buy coins in order to buy pictures to complete. That defeats the purpose of the game for us. Please fix this ASAP FOR US FOLKS WHO ENJOY THE WHOLE APP PLEASE! Otherwise, we will have to find a new app to download and play since you have once again have become very boring and we dont do redundancy and boring games that dont even make us have to think about anything. Thanks so much.
Love the game! Our only complaint is that we get booted out every time we click on the categories for animals, flowers, landscapes and others. Please fix the glitches! Thanks.
We guess its only for young people with perfect vision and that isnt us. We try to zoom so we can read the letters (iPad pro) but as we zoom its coloring in wrong things with no clear way to undo. Ugh, we guess Ill keep looking. Two stars for seeming like it would be cool if we could see the letters, and plenty of people who can see seem to be enjoying it.
We like the game however it really would be nice if you would allow us to go through the patterns without having the game crash all the time. We know others have this same problem. We deleted it & reinstalled it but still the same problem please fix your bugs in the game.

The pictures dont load up on our iPad yall really need to fix this, we love playing but we can open up the pictures but we cannot color the please fix.
We love the app but what happened to the stories? There hasnt been any new ones for a long time.
For some reason we cant get into the game right. It comes up with everything gone. Cant get a hold of anyone. Hopefully we can do it this way. Pictures are great.
We love this game but it seems like every other time we finish a cross stitch it says Im only 99%done $ we dont get any points. Other than that, its great and we would change our 4 star rating to a 5 star.
Why is it sometimes when we finish a picture we do not receive the awards.
We absolutely love this game. We have it on our phone and on our tablet. We play it so long on our phone that our eyes go blurry where we cant see anything but the shaded letter or number. What we absolutely cannot Stand and Im sure everyone else will agree that whether you pick a picture between 70 by 70 or 250 by 250 you get down to that very last letter and your left with it saying 99%. That is the most blood boiling thing that could happen. Whoever changes from just a drawing to what we are cross-stitching needs to go back over it because were losing our money on those pictures when we dont get to complete them.
We enjoy the game. Is there any way to delete a pattern once we start it if we decide that we dont want to continue with it.
The issue has been fixed! Thanks. Please consider giving more credits for colored pictures Ive been playing this app for so long, and we love it. However we have a couple issues. 1. Recently when we click on the Facebook share in the daily free coins it freezes. If we hit discard, it stays there. If we share, it freezes on the shared screen. And we do not get the 5 coins for it. Its been happening for days already. 2. When you buy a picture to color for lets say 50 coins, you get 20 coins for your reward, or for 100 coins you get 40 coins as the reward. It would be nice to earn more so we could color morewhich we are sure is the point of the app. Please fix #1 ASAP because clearly we need the coins.
We love this app and have been playing it for a couple years now. Last week we upgraded our iPhone to the 16 Pro Max. This morning the app was working fine. This evening when we tried to open the app it was extremely slow so we shut our phone off, waited a few minutes and turned it back on thinking this would cure the issue. When we went to open the app again all our pictures that were completed were gone as well as the ones that were in cue. Please help us resolve this problem. Thank you.
We love this game BUT we will finish a puzzle and it says Im only 99% complete then we do not get the reward. Also, we think the reward should give back at least as much as it costs.
Dont get us wrong we live for this game we love it but when we try to scroll far down for a picture we like the game restarts it wont let us scroll Ive been trying for months straight now and all it does it restart the game every-time we scroll and all you replied with was be more specific we are specific FIX THE PROBLEM.

Every time we click on the app it will load until 10% but, then it wont load anymore than that and we love to play this game.Ive even waited 5 minutes to see if it will load but, it just doesnt work,we really hope we can get it fixed.
When you pay to do a picture and you dont even make your money back plus more when you finish the pictures.
We love the game and we cant keep our grands kids off the game. BUT the adds that you show about a bride being slapped by her husbands sliver on her wedding day??? What kind of message are you sending to children and women. We will be deleting this game. Try to bring something positive for our environment.
We wanted to like this, the pictures were great but we could not get past the first one. Every time we tried to color it would move or zoom out and every time we try to zoom out or move it would color. We just did not like the controls. This would probably be okay with a stylus but for just a fingertip, we dont find this a good app for us. We have tried other cross stitch apps and did not have this problem so we will go back to those.
Once again we finished a picture and didnt receive our points this makes twice in a week . Im about to deleted this app because it has happened several times and continues to happen.
We would like to give a higher rating but we finish a picture & it doesnt give us credit for it & sits at 99% the payout is already low enough that you have to limit the time you play. We contact the developers & they do not respond to our message or read it.
We tried this app. When we ran out of coins we tried 3 times to buy some. We never received any and it didnt show us if they received our money. Careful with this app. We really hate losing this app.
We have been playing this game for over a year, spent TONS of money and this morning…. Everything is gone. All our coins, puzzles we have purchased to do and the ones that we have done. Just gone. Deleted the game, reinstalled, logged in and out… Still nothing. No way to contact the administrators either. Such a waste.
We loved the game. However, some of the ads were inappropriate so deleted the game, because we could not find a way to remove the ads. If there was an option to remove ads (purchase), we would probably buy it.
They need to fix this app to were if you have to delete and then reinstall the app that you can restore all the pictures and coins you have purchased.
Hi, we absolutely love this game, the colors, the patterns, the details. And it is easy to use. There are some things that we wish would be different. We know we would love to have more stories, and it is a shame that there hasn't been a new one in months. We would also like it if there was an indicator on how large a design is while and after it is done, you know, 50×50 type of size indicator. We would also like a way to redo designs when they are completed, and it would be nice to know what colors are being used. Maybe like a info section of the design? In case people want to make it for real. Other than that, we love the game, and we can't wait to see what you make next in it.
Since Ive updated the game today, we cant get it upload past 10% now and its like its stuck. Is there anyway this can be fixed.
Ive already submitted a report to your app support, but figured Id leave a note here as well. Since we updated, the game only loads ten percent. After that, the word loading blinks and blinks and blinks Please fix this! We want this game back.

For about the last 3 weeks or so whenever we open the app it freezes at the 10% mark and won,t go any further. Is anyone else having this type of issue.
The cost of a picture versus what you get for finishing one is not equal. And ways to earn coins are ridiculous 5 coins here and there which takes forever to add up! There should be a way to unlock all photos for like $3.99 not $3.99 for 500 coins equaling maybe 3 pics if you do cheap ones that dont look good! Change your charging! This game has the best looking pictures when finished but just too much real money has to be spent to do a fake cross stitch! Come on.
We like this game a lot we wish more cross stitch games were like this one, only reason why we give the game three stars is because when you run out of coins you cant do any more of the cross stitch patterns because the cost coins to play, its really disappointing because not everyone can afford to buy coins every time they want to play the game.
Except for getting a ad in the middle of working on a pattern. Wish we could pay a low fee to remove it.
We love this game. However, since the last update, there is a horrible lag. This is very frustrating.
This app is great when it works. We have purchased coins and most of the puzzles stick at 99% so you do not get the coins or yarn balls that should be rewarded. Very frustrating. Its not our iPad because Ive used it with several different phones and same issue. Just be aware.
We play this game on the computer through Facebook, so then we decided to download the app. Linked it to our Facebook and our progress doesnt sync. So frustrating.
Downloaded about a month ago, but after the newest story it causes our brand new iphone 12 to get super hot then lags horribly.
We found this in FB games so we thought Id download the app to make it easier to enjoy. The only problem is it wont load past 10%. Ive tried restarting our phone, but it still wont go past 10% while loading the app. We want to enjoy the app, but thats hard to do when it doesnt work.
When we do pictures, most of them do give us the reward for finishing it. There have Ben more than 10 of them that we got no reward for and that seems unfair being as we actually did the picture and all. And, yes the pop up ads are annoying too.
We had this game for over a year and a half. We love this game but recently they added ads so you get an ad that poops up out of no where. You have to watch the whole add too. We been using the app off and on for a day and got 15 ads in one day. It way too much. It makes the game less enjoyable most likely we stop using the app due to that.
We keep getting charged twice for the daily puzzle!!!!! And there is no way to contact from the app when it happens!! Not Happy, this is very frustrating. Think twice.its not worth the frustration.
