We love it so much its a wonderful app and its one we play often! But lately we cant get into our level. Or any puzzle it offers we dont understand why and we even updated it.
The game is really addicting, and to anyone we show it, they cannot move their eyes away from it. The only thing is that some of the levels like literature 1 and movies 3 are not letting us into the pack after we purchased them. If that bug could be fixed, that would be perfect. Thank you and the team for making this gem. Update: now it even wont allow us to go into the hint shop without the whole game freeezing Update: thank you for the bug fixes.

There are more ads than game. Too frustrating.
Enjoyed the game until it stopped loading and displays only a blank screen. Sorry, we have no patience for that. DELETED!
We’ve had this game for about 3 months or so and we love it. We play it more than any other games we have. But today when we updated it we couldnt play. We tried tapping on the settings and all of the other things you can tap on and nothing is happening. Its like it froze up. We tried redownloading it and it worked through the first couple of puzzles but after that it froze up again. We dont know what to do. We dont want to delete this game we would like a solution for it please. Please Help,
Its a great game to download but every time we try to go to the shop, when we click on it, the whole game freezes. We’ve tried restarting the app and our phone and it still doesnt work.

We have been enjoying the game and even paid for no ads but since it updated for christmas the app is frozen. We tried deleting it and reinstalling which worked until the tutorial was done and now its frozen again AND we lost all of our progress :/
We were really enjoying this game until it freezed. We tried rebooting our tablet and deleting and reloading the game and it still happened again.

Love this game but it freezes. We had to delete it, and then re-downloaded it, and it did the same thing to us wont let us press any the buttons wont let us get our free daily hint or anything. We paid for the no ad free version and whenever we re-downloaded it we went into settings to restore our purchases and it frozen us again and wont let us press any buttons.
Out of all games that make our phone run hot and smelling its on fire, this is the one. Yet all it does it display mainly text, images, and simple animations. Also it feels like Im watching more ads than actually playing the game.
We did love playing this had lots of them solved and money saved up but then they added the Christmas special and now it is frozen cant do anything. Very fun game but the ads are ridiculous. Ads between every game is almost normal these days. However, there are ads while playing. The game is not worth the ads.

The App has been not working correctly for the last 24, its a shame because this was an app we really enjoyed.
We had to restart the whole game after completing over 98 collections. The game froze and we had to uninstall and reinstall the game. There should be a way to save your progress in case this happens again.
This game is really fun. But the problem is the game keeps freezing and it wont let you touch or do anything and it stays like that forever. Please fix this if you can, Id really like to be able to play this game again.
We love puzzles like this, BUT the level of ads in this game that close out our other apps is destroying our experience to which we dont want to give them our money to remove them. Totally doing it on purpose.

We don’t tend to keep playing games where you spend more time in ads than the game levels. We’re not sure if that is the case with this game but it warrants immediate deletion if they interrupt a puzzle to give us an ad. We don’t pay to get rid of these ads, if they were unreasonable to begin with, because we feel like we’re rewarding them for bad behavior. Breaking into a level with an ad is outrageous.

Yes this game is addicting and fun. We played every single day ! Now when we open the app it wont allow us to click anything, completely frozen. Tried to report a problem and there is no way to do that. Nowhere on the developers website or through apple because the download was free. So now it gets the x.
Love the game but our problem is that it was working just fine this morning and suddenly it kinda just froze. The stuff on the screen is moving but we cant interact with anything but the ad at the bottom of the home screen. Please fix this. We need something to do during school.
So this is a big NO from us. We refuse to even look at the cost removing the ads. THEN we tried to go back home and another ad.. Nope.
We absolutely love the game and even paid to remove the ads. We had given it a five star review in the past and wished we could find it to change it. Recently, there was a problem with the game, and it was completely frozen. We could not even get to the settings to send an email to the company we deleted the game and reinstalled it thinking it was on our end but it was not. After we reinstalled the game we were able to write to customer service. But they NEVER responded. Not even to say they are sorry and working on the problem. We lost all of our progress and coin when we restarted so we had to start over from the beginning. While we love the game we cannot recommend it because of the horrible customer service experience we had.
Take timer for lives off no reason to wait it just stupid.
This has been a great game not too many adds. Only between games with ad options to earn coins to buy the next level/package. Perfect. Now, however, all of a sudden, there is multiple Ad break in the middle of solving every puzzle. Please remove this new feature. This game went from from 5 stars to 1 star with this change. We paid to get rid of the ads and the app no longer works even after deleting and re-downloading. Lost all progress and money wasted.
The game was fun. The coin prices of the levels were ridiculous, but we could deal with that. Ever since the update the game has been unplayable. We couldn’t tap any buttons. We reinstalled the game and as a result our progress was completely lost and we STILL couldn’t play. Very disappointing.
Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but now that the app updated, we cant do anything. It seems like the touch screen to our phone is broken, but only on this game.

The most recent update has broken the app, it will open but you are not able to tap on anything except the ads.
We completed the tutorial, unlocked the second set of quotes, just for it to completely freeze and not let us play anymore. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, closing and opening but alas to no avail.
