Hello there been having an issue with the game it keeps saying connection error-1 while we do have internet and kicks us out of the game and resets the level.
We’ve been playing for a while upwards of 500 levels. Its stopped giving daily rewards, disconnects from the server constantly, and officially has stopped letting us play all together. The game is super fun but theres no way to reach support in game that we can find.
Its an amazing game but the past week its been freezing and making us repeat some levels that have already been passed. Also we purchased a bonus pack for 11.99 and was charged twice but didnt receive and extra coins or the bonuses that you was supposed to get for the original 11.99. The menu wont even let us restore purchases and this is the only way we could reach out to report the issue. So now Im down $23.98 and have nothing to show for it.. We would love to be compensated for what we paid for bc we absolutely love this game and have never had any issues before.
The game is great but we got to level 630 and passed it twice but it keeps resetting back to level630.
Like the game , having issues with logging in and playing now. Keeps resetting.
We play this game almost daily, our only complaint is that the ads are less than savory. Id like the option to remove ads and wouldnt mind paying for it.

This app no longer wants to work though its our favorite game. Its like after a certain level they just gave up. We like the game, am a casual player but been stuck on level 305 for a couple weeks now. We complete the level and when it loads the next we get an error it cant connect to the internet and please check our connection. Previously it worked flawless. We play this game almost daily. Once we got to around level 1650 the game closes frequently, especially after you accept coins or daily prizes. Now Im stuck on 1770 because daily prizes, acceptance of coins and gifts has stopped. Frequently says internet connection trouble although the only trouble is with this game.
This game is the best brick ball game we’ve played. Im almost at level 2000. BUT it crashes all the time and the daily rewards never work. The developers are lazy and never update or fix the game, so its pretty pointless now. We wish they would fix it and keep up with it.

Our first question is. Has anyone received a response from the developers? Have been playing for a while, but the last couple of months we keep getting messages saying cant connect to the server. Frustrating, because we really liked this game. We’ve used messenger a few times to contact them, but no reply. We just want to get the game to work properly. We cant collect anything and multiple times a day we get the cant connect note. When that happens, the game reloads, with no better result. Now, Im stuck on level 2549 and have been for a long time. Apparently, the developers could care less.
Same issue mentioned by other reviewers. You are not allowed to advance after winning a round, and the error message blames it on loss of internet connection. This has been going on for 4+ weeks.
Have played for months. Now it keeps freezing at level 631. We have played and beat this level 5 times now. At the end when you go to advance to next level it says server not found and kicks us back to the start of level 631. Very aggravating. User ID. 160028515.

Like others, we experience regular crashes, though sometimes we are able to finish a game. Unfortunately the developers dont seem to read their emails, let alone respond to them. Really unfortunate, as we had played up to level 1800 and really enjoyed the challenge of those difficult games at that level. COME ON, DEVELOPERS, FIX IT!!!
We love this game, specifically the mode where you stack the numbers (its kind of a combination of 2048 and Tetris). The app has been crashing immediately after opening. This has been going on for months. Please fix!!
We are connected to the internet with no problem and we keep getting an error unable to connect to server! Happens all the time No matter where we am! We have deleted and reinstalled app and nothing works. Its very annoying!
For the past few weeks it says there is no internet connection and wont let us access anything. Stuck on level 603 because it wont let us use any props. It will load videos though, so they are still collecting ad revenue on their busted game..

We like playing mostly the competition games but it has been stuck on Star Road for weeks. We finished all of it but still no new games. Please fix. We dont do the daily challenges since we dont need more coins until the competitions start. Today is March 8 and our app is still stuck on the same Star Road and now the daily 50 video almost alsways says cannot connect.
This used to be our FAVORITE game, the first choice whenever we have free time. But now Im having the same issue as everyone else (i can see from recent reviews) we cannot advance beyond our current level (286) because while using the app every few minutes an internet connectivity error pops up (from the app) then the game closes out & restarts. Sometimes this happens after we pass level 286, sometimes it happens while Im playing level 286, but every time the error message makes us Try Again, Im back at LEVEL 286 even if we pass 2-3 levels before the error pops up! Its been doing this for at least a week, Im trying to be patient but Im almost to the point of giving up & deleting the game altogether which we REALLY DONT WANT TO DO. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE SO we CAN GIVE YOUR APP 5 STARS!!
Not worth it. It started out fun, but has been crashing every time we try to play now.
We just bought a $49.99 purchase and it didnt show up in our coins or itemsand it has said it was successful. So we tried again with a lower dollar amount (4.99) and though it said it was successfulit also didnt show up. We tried clicking restore purchases but that didnt help either.
We’ve made it to level 600 – and then beaten it (at least a dozen times). It gives us an error every time and puts us back at 600. Never advancing to 601. This is very frustrating.
