We'd give this 1000/5 stars if possible. 6 free daily puzzles with no ads or lives where you have to buy more attempts. Sign us up. We do this every day and have so much dang fun to the point we're sorta realizing that every other app either has ads or a way to pay them… Which, we would love if the person added skins that we could buy just so we can support the creator but we understand why they don't do that. It's still such a good puzzle app that we play every single day… We will say, terrible at the crypto ones since we are not smart enough for them but we are getting better.
Each puzzle is brilliantly constructed. Its hard to pick a favorite but the word search entertains when a word on the list is circled. A nice touch. Its an app that we open every day. If you dont like all six, as we do, you undoubtedly will enjoy at least one. Occasionally, we use the menu to solve Crypto-Families because we are completely unfamiliar with the group. The menu on the main screen where you choose which puzzle to play is not to be missed and each puzzle has its own menu. In addition to the six puzzles, each day there is a special message. Perhaps, the best part of DailyPuzzles is you only get to play the puzzles once a day, then get on with your life. You are not going to be screen trapped all day long.
Love these. One per day so we dont use too much time. All are fun. We enjoy the sudoku most.

Every day you get 1 new puzzle in six categories. No ads at all. We are recovering from an unintended side effect from back surgery so we are up a lot of the night. We look forward to it being midnight because we know that we will get six new puzzles to solve.

Not exciting, but mentally rewarding. No ads. No costs. We've been using this daily for a long time and it is excellent.
Nothing else like it. Ive had this app for many years and we even enjoy the daily trivia. These are some of our favorite puzzle games, especially crypto families. We enjoy being able to solve the puzzles, challenging but not too hard. However, we wish there was something to gauge our score in the memory game so we know how well we did with how many guesses we used.

Perfect set of puzzles. The quotes and daily facts are interesting and it's nice that the week starts easy and progressively gets harder puzzles. And it's free.
This app is simple without all the irritating extra bells and whistles of other puzzle apps. You get six puzzles a day in the same categories (memory, sudoku, cryptograms and word search). There are no ads. There are no coins or overly complicated rewards systems like other games (Im still trying to figure out why we earn ladybugs in Word Trip and animals that give us suitcases that give us points in Jeopardy!). We appreciate that we can start working on the sudoku and then quit the app and come back later with our progress saved. Its a quick and satisfying brain game collection.
It is what it says it is: no cost, ad free, daily games. There are 6 games each day. They are a memory game like old-fashion concentration with cards, sudoku, word search, and three word guessing games (a quote, one of things that belong together (we.e. Green, percussion instruments), and one they call Quote Falls where only the letters used in the quote are available. The games are randomly easy to hard. Its challenging, but not overwhelming. It is a lot of fun. Plus it really does give the brain some exercise. If you like a particular game, you can download an app from them of just that game, again ad-free. It is not flashy, does not pulsate, does not have annoying music or sounds. It is soothing while still working the brain. It has never glitched or shut down. It has never locked up our phone. For those who have epilepsy, migraines, get dizzy from overstimulation, recovering from a concussion, etc. This is a great app! We had two concussions, cognitive and vestibular. This app would have been a great tool for continued healing after we were done with physical therapy. Because we had a vestibular concussion, flashing, pulsating, moving things made us dizzy. All the more known brain games, involve sounds, motions, flashing images and lights and we couldnt do them. This is great. Its fun. Its straight forward. We like the developers streamlined approach. We highly recommend this app.
This is one game app Ive kept and enjoyed daily for years. Not annoying and plenty of variety.

We have loved this game for years. But it hasnt been updated for maybe 3 years? Ill keep playing it, because its fun to work 5 different puzzles every day. But please, Mr. Developer, new puzzles please.
Perfect level of difficulty and amount of games for a midday reset.

This review is more to say Thank You! To the developer than actually review. Of course we love the app! Like many people, its our morning coffee routine. We love word games, we love how straight-forward it is, the interface is great, we even love the little daily facts (happy birthday Joanne!) Its rare that you know exactly what you want from an app and you find one that exactly matches that want. So thank you.
We love to start our day with the puzzles.
We really find all of these games fun and challenging but the one thing we care for is how in sudoko you steel our thunder and put the last number in automatically! We would like to complete the puzzle on our own.
We have had this app for more years than we can remember, and every day we get new puzzles with no ads, no muss, no fuss just puzzles. And the app is totally free! Kudos and thanks to the developer what you do is much appreciated. This app is a rarity in the app world, like an app unicorn.
As others have said, would like to see previous days puzzles when we don`t get to the app every day.
We begin every morning with these 6 puzzles. Even when we dont think we can finish one, (like about jazz, or football, or the periodic table) we find we know more than we thought. No timers no match 3 no ads just great info, quotes and some good old fashioned jokes that make us chuckle. Our thanks to the developer (and your mom).

Ive only just started using this app but its hands down one of our favorite game apps. Nothing too challenging, no annoying ads that pop up mid-use, and something for everyone with easy to hard levels. We look forward to it each morning and love that it cant bog us down for hours. Just six games and youre done.

These puzzles seriously need updating. If youve used this game in the past you will be playing the exact same puzzles over and over and over. It appears that this great idea for exercising the brain has bee abandoned.

We have been playing Daily Puzzles every morning while enjoying our first cup of coffee, for the last 10 years or more. We look forward to the challenge. We like the fact there are 6 different games that progress in difficulty from Monday (easy) through Sunday. We dont normally give reviews, however, we give this game a 5 star.

We love love love these games + play them every morning. The developer makes them just hard enough that we feel a sense of accomplishment once Ive completed them all. We especially love that he/she adds a little daily history or wishes his/her mom a happy birthday.
After all these years, this is still our all-time favorite game app. Its our first-thing-in-the-morning, enjoy-over-our-coffee daily ritual. Its just GREAT because theres a variety of puzzles to work our brain, theres a timer so we can set a personal goal if we want to which makes even the easy puzzle days challenging, and we think best of all its self limiting. We cant get drawn into an addictive binge and three hours later kick ourselves for frittering away so much time and sometimes even money on a stupid game designed solely to make us do just that. When we finish the six daily puzzles for the day we sometimes repeat one or two just to challenge our memorytry to shave off so many minutes the second time around but more often we shut it down and contentedly wait for tomorrows daily six.
Ive been playing Daily Puzzles for years. Its been so much fun, no glitches or crashes, just relaxing fun.
Ive been using this app for many years now and it is still our morning go to app, like a cup of coffee. Im over 60, and this app gives us exercises in word formations via codes, word associations with code, number strategies, and even a memory exercise. Some days are easy, some days are challenging, but the variety is a full spectrum workout. And the daily factoid give fuel for discussions and research. We highly recommend this app to keep your mind active and flexible.

This lovely set of 6 puzzles arrives in the app every day without a single advertisement. Its a great way to wake up our brain. Ive needed help a couple of times over several years, and the Black Lab folks have been quick, courteous, and helpful every time.

Gotta say, we love puzzle apps. Specifically this one. We solved sudoku with actual thinking for the first time, and not a solve containing using frustration hints like other sudoku apps. The way that the app simply tells you your wrong lets you think how youre wrong, not like most apps where a hint is most definitely there as a way out from frustration. Dont get us wrong – we love us a good hint, but solving puzzles from this app just feels more rewarding.
This game is our favorite game in the world! We love it soooooo much!!!!!!! Best game ever! 10/10.
