This is a great game but the armors need a little more pizazz to them. You have the legendary items but they dont have any perks to them. They are honestly just another armor until a higher one pops up next level. Youve given the weapons perks such as bleed and poison so why not give the armors resistance. Or at least like a buff in some fashion. Give us a reason to want to keep the legendary items.
Great artwork. Relaxing while having the right amount of challenge. We hope that we see continued content and updates!
Second place on the leader board is 24,000ish points; first place is one trillion points. Our fault for playing a game that had its last update a year ago. But theres not much to do, it seems, besides the leaderboard and gathering tickets to buy animated backgrounds for your appearance on the leaderboard. The leaderboard has been hacked, so the devs must have grown bored of this game, as well.
It is evident this game is a massive slog of RNG and grinding. A horrific combination. Too bad too, as it has a lot of potential. Horribly executed unfortunately.
Game is fun, when we can sometimes play it, but mostly it almost always crashes or freezes Im on iPhone 7+
We got tired of this game crashing on our iPhone 7 so after a gazillion years of having an outdated phone we liked this game so much we splurged on the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
We love this game, the artwork is cool and the gameplay is fun so far. We love the leveling, equipment upgrading and potions to help along the way, we are loving it. We had an issue and sent a google forms bug report and was totally surprised to see a reply a few hours later to our email from David who was super helpful, friendly and fixed our issue immediately. It would have been faster had we replied sooner. He definitely loves his game and it shows, with a team of 2 they have done an amazing job. We are looking forward to what Waffle Games makes in the future and will be happy to support such great Devs. Well done guys keep up the great work!
David is one of if not the only developer to get back to emails (multiple) on the same day. Helped troubleshoot tons of options for us for crashes and other game issues we were having. Really nice guy. Game is also awesome. Graphics are great, the whole concept of the game is fun -lots of aspects (leveling up gear/ weapons, dungeons, potions etc.) easily one of the top 3-5 games we’ve had the pleasure of playing on an iPhone (also love Void Tyrant and Oregon Trail )
Great game! Finished the ancient labrynth and looking forward to more zones! Have not been able to open the bestiary since the update adding golden enemies.

We are overall enjoying the game. The randomization for some reason really likes to put healing cards at the top of the shuffle. It has not been uncommon to pull 3 heal cards right away, which is not good since you cant overheal. Perhaps add some sort of algorithm that blocks heal cards from being in the first 2-3 cards flipped. Also, speed. Would love for the game to move slightly faster. If we are fighting a monster, we can quickly see it Id going to take us 2-3 hits to kill it. The animation per hit just slogs it down. And lastly, if we die, why must we sit there and watch all we lost slowly, slowly drain away and get forced back to town. How about giving us the chance to retry without having to go back to town. Also, yes we lost, at our 3rd run through the dungeon, no need for us to have to sit and watch a whole levels worth of do slightly drain.

No Im not a bot or the creator but DANG is this a good game, it has some really nice art in it and seems like a project that someone poured there heart out into the only thing thats missing is a story line or a trading system for limited edition weapons. We think that this game is really good if your bored, oh and when your in a dungeon and your trying to equip a new weapon could you make it so that it sells your old one and refunds like maybe 1/2 of the currency? But yeah thanks for the amazing game and am definitely spending money on this. Byeeeee.

This game is one of the best mobile games we have ever played. It has many wonderful aspects, but still is a simple game to get the hang of. 20/10 game, wonderful game, no questions asked.
This game is very different compared to others it has its own energy!! Fun, easy to play and not pay to win, KEEP UP THE GREAT work devs!!
In our opinion this isn’t the kind of game you sit down and play for 1-2 hours. It’s more like a when you have 10-15 spare minutes you do a couple runs and maybe get a piece or two of new gear. We really enjoyed the campaign or whatever you to call it and we beat it to it’s current point. The idea that you need iaps is a little absurd. You get plenty enough gems from just leveling up and doing whatever. Gems really don’t give THAT much ( we sat that a little tentatively bc of the trinkets). The only thing we bought was no adds because it’s 5 times more enjoyable without them and we feel we got our moneys worth. We would definitely recommend this as like a lunch break or bathroom break sorta game. The only thing that we would like to see added is maybe like an actual story. We think a mimic world backstory and stuff would be pretty sick but we understand if it won’t be added. TLDR: Sick game that dosent require a lot of time and can be played in short intervals. Really fun.

We’ve only played a little since it was crashing before. The update fixed the crashing for us though. Rating this 4 stars cause it still has some bugs but the dev seems very interactive and gets them fixed. We look forward to seeing more from this game.
We payed for the premium version of the game. We liked it. We dont like being forced to update to keep playing. Give us the option to update, do not make it mandatory. The updated premium version, not free version, now has more and more annoying pop-ups wanting us to buy,buy,buy upgrades. We bought the game, leave us alone. We will not be playing this game any more. Greed ruins another game. Rating lowered.

Hi, we really enjoy this game a lot, its a lot of fun. After scrolling through our recommended games we saw this and thought it looked interesting, so we went and read through the reviews, and we didnt decide to get the game until we saw that you reply to every single review. Im impressed as we’ve never seen anyone do this before and it really made us wanna get the game. Also, Im still new at the game, does the enemy always get the first attack? We couldve missed this answer somewhere but was just wondering.. Thank you.
We dont know if you wanted the music sound option to go passed 10 but we have ours at 1000 and we dont think there is a cap to it :)
Im only onto dungeon 4 but so far we are LOVING it! All of the aspects are so fun, our personal favorite is buying a HECK ton of potions and also collecting all the gear!

A great looking and fun to play casual game. Simple but addictive mechanics with a steady progression system.
The portal does not work we click on it and it takes us no where. The only thing that changes when we click on it is that it shows a redo sign.

The game for us at least has an odd bug where we cant get into the first stage, whenever the tutorial tells us to click the portal again it does nothing then the words replay appears on the portal. We’ve tried a few things like backing out and in again even reinstalling the app a few times but it always glitches at the same place. We dont know if its something on our end or an uncommon bug? After a bit we reopened the app was explained shops and other things then we let us into the level.
Do you realize most if not all the ads crash the game? Specifically the Sinklaw ad is the worst at crashing the game, every time for us.. You need to pay better attention too how you link to these external advertisements. It gets very old having to restart the game all the time. Today 4-15-2021 cant even play.. Deleted and reload multiple times cant get past the first battle without a crash.. Sigh, we had high hopes for this game.. Now idk. Update4-17-2021. We can play now following the recent game update. Very pleased now, still occasional crashing with ads but much improved. Changed our rating to 4 stars. The developer is very responsive to concerns and that is a wonderful thing to see. Thank you.
Its fun honestly the in-app purchases are pretty apparent but its a mobile game, they need to get money some how. The simplistic combat and strategy mechanics are fun and the grinding isn’t really that bad its simple and only requires a few taps to finish a level its a fun side activity while you are doing something else. Overall fun game and dope art style keep it up this is sick.
Love the game, been playin for a few weeks now and have to say its one of our favorite phone games we’ve played. The only thing we would improve it with would be to randomize the gear and such we buy in the endless mode.
Dont get us wrong, this game is pretty fun and addicting but we feel the system is way off on things. Coins take forever to acquire and leveling up coin % and exp % rates are terrible. At higher coin % it takes well over 200k coins when you barely get 1k to 2k per run if youre lucky. This game definitely needs a massive overhaul as it has the potential to be great. Until that happens, it can only pass as sub-par. Edit: This was originally supposed to be a 3 star review. Dont know why it only shows up as a 1 star. Hopefully this edit changes it back to a 3.
Playing on an iPhone 7+ and the game crashes routinely. Other than the constant need to reboot the app its a fun enough game.
We really like this game like a lot but we upgrade our armor and weapons to the max and when we discover something that we can upgrade more we equip it but that leaves us to the question wheres the old equipment we had? Do we get anything back for our upgrades or if all that lost in the wind?? Id like to at least sell our old stuff for all the upgrading we did.
Nice simple game but unfortunately with a few bugs. First thing we noticed was it takes 1 minute 20 seconds to load. We started timing it after the first couple of annoying times waiting for it. Our iPad is 6th generation, not that old, so we dont expected a game to take that long. It also crashes frequently… The screen freezes and after a couple of seconds the program terminates. This always happens when we are in a dungeon, never in the town (so far) =========== * UPDATE * =========== The developer responded very quickly. He stated he was made aware of the problem and it will be fixed in the upcoming update. ============. * nother update ========== we downloaded the update. Unfortunately, while it fixed the long load time, it still crashes frequently so much so, for us, it is not worth the effort to try play. We are removing the game from our iPad.
The game is good but its robbery when we use gems with blacksmith to upgrade a weapon and armor then try swapping it we lose the weapon forever instead of it going into an item stash or something. Dont even get 50% refund its not right.
The game keeps crashing after playing an ad for 4-9 sec. Having to relaunch the game every 1-2 dungeons is ridiculous.
There is really something wrong with the portal, it wont let us into a zone, we tried uninstalling and reinstalling but even if we do reinstall we still cant go into a zone. We cant even play this game. We think its caused by clicking the portal multiple times before it loads, or a buggy ad, but please fix this as fast as possible because this really does look like a fun game. We’ve already written a review, and the devs told us to go to a websites, we dont really know how that works so just try to fix it with out us having to do all that confusing stuff, because Im really not that smart when it comes to tech. Good game, but please fix this.
The premise is simple and the subscription is fairly priced. Im really enjoying the game so far. Its built to pick up and play and does this well!
We just downloaded today and love the simplicity… We am, however, getting a lot of crashes when we watch an ad for loot. We were considering paying for the ad removal but saw another review stating it doesnt remove all ads… Ill take some time to further assess the game, very enjoyable so far!
Please update this game because when the ad pop up the game shuts down. Good game though.
We’ve just been hopping onto different games for a while now, always bored after 30 minutes. But this game is just absolutely brilliant. Its always coming up with something new and exciting. Its just the best. Should be the #1 game on App Store.
We got this game about a week ago and have almost reached the end of its of dungeons. We havent spent any real world money in game and have had zero issues progressing. Although, we see some comments claiming a difficult learning curve, we quite disagree. Neither our autistic husband nor myself had any issues adjusting to the style of the game. It is very simple and user friendly, as well as, family friendly. This is a great game to pass the time, we can play for 15 minutes or 3 hours and still enjoy what Im doing. We look forward to an expanded version with more dungeons, loot and monsters. :) Thanks for the hard work and keep it up :)
Great game. We downloaded it after dinner tonight and now its 10:30 pm and we’ve just finished the entire campaign. There were some definite struggles that make you reconsider your strategy. We cant wait for some new content. That was fun! Even though the last level says you need to be 40 to unlock (you can unlock with 5k gold as you progress) we finished the last boss at level 34. Definitely worth downloading and killing some time with! Gonna go do endless for something to do!
Finished in a day, loved every minute of it. Needs more levels.
