F2P is deceiving and if you look at comments left for other developers you will understand why so many of us will not succumb to the F2P mystique. Im not seeing sliders on the bars. Theres an orange one in the lower left hand corner that doesnt move, it just buzzes when clicked on. We dont want to have to skip this.
Both of the DARK CITY games that we have played have been fantastic. Artwork,storyline,puzzles…all excellent.
Our first review disappeared (so we will say it was much better written than this one ). But as awesome person always writes in gratitude, thank you for keeping us entertained, for your hard work, for these delightful puzzles. We especially appreciated the smooth interplay of narrative, music, graphics, and puzzle challenge. It all worked. Thanks to Lynx and others for keeping us in the know. This game gives us a delightful mystery tour of historic Munich. Thank you for allowing us a bit of travel while we isolate in place. Keep them coming and we will keep buying and playing and writing reviews that hopefully dont disappear. Why does that happen.
UODATE: January 4th. Just spoke to Friendly Fox. We should get a new Edge of Reality in January. In February we will hopefully get Dark City 3 and our all-time favorite blockbuster, a new Bridge to Another World. No release dates yet, but at least this is good news! We look forward to working with you in 2021 and hope to increase your revenues and ensure your continued success. We noticed that our suggestions have been implemented (clearer graphics, more unusual and unique HO puzzles and a great variety of puzzles and games, more interesting tasks and inventory usage.) Just promise to bring us more of your amazing blockbusters! This game was nothing short of fantastic! The storyline was fresh, and there was a gimmick in the form of deductive reasoning, and a clue board. The game was lengthy, with gorgeous graphics. It flowed extremely well, with one exciting task after another. We loved the sliding zoom zones and the interaction with objects needed before you could use them. The HO scenes were novel and very enjoyable to play. There was a terrific variety of puzzles! This game challenged our brain and we loved figuring out the next step. Inventory usage sometimes led to surprising results. You never knew what was waiting around the corner, so the game remained exciting and fresh. We couldnt put it down, as the gameplay was so addictive. The quality assurance was en pointe. We did not want this game to end, because it was another 5 star blockbuster, and the gameplay differs from any other developer. Friendly Fox, well done. Another winner! Our rating will remain at 5 ! We need more of these incredible adventures from you and hope that we get them in 2021. This last year was very challenging and we hope you can provide us with many more games, be it fantasy, crime or adventure. On behalf of all the players, we love you, Friendly Fox! After we payed to unlock the game quits on us. Love this company, really frustrated. We cant find support email address or number to contact.
This is one of the best games Ive played in a while. The length was long and the story kept you going even though we guessed who it was from the beginning. Thank you for a flawless game. We were enjoying the game but then we came across a glitch. When we are trying to place the animals with their footprints. It wont let us place the last two animals with their matching prints. We really like this game. We purchased it and everything was going smoothly. Please fix this so we can continue playing. Thanks.
