We totally love the game all the way through it was an awesome game we played again any day had no problems with it freezing up or anything.

Would like our money back. Loved the game and would love to have finished it.
Once we completed the free trial, we liked the game so much & wanted to continue so we purchased the games, at full price, and when we tried to continue, no matter what we do in game, as soon as we try to complete an action, the game crashes, shuts down & goes to our Home Screen. Plz help, fix the game or let us know how to get a refund PLEASE.
After collecting the moon and sun we cant move without crashing! Tried rebooting game, rebooting ipad. Tried a variety of actions to see if it would bypass that point. No action prevents a crash. FYI there is a crackling sound just before it boots us out. Please fix. This hasnt happened in a game for over ten years. Would rather fix than refund but if you are unable to correct the issue, we will need a refund.
We paid for the game but it keeps crashing on us every time we try to put the handle on the cabinet . We really like the game so far but this bug needs to be fixed . If not u would like a refund on our purchase.
Arrived at the clam, the game shuts off. No way to continue. This is a bug and monies paid should be reimbursed.

Played all the way until the green house when we finally got the moon piece to open the door. Wont let us move on. It keeps booting us out. Reloaded from the App Store now it says we didnt pay . Not happy about having to replay the whole game. Better not crash the same place again or we want our $ back. Its a shame really loved the game up until that point.
