Every time you want to move to the other room or other entrance: we tap and tap but nothing happens, or when we want to enter the other scene, the game shuts down by it self. You guys need to fix these issues, it is frustrating.
Playing on an up-to-date iPad and have reached a point where it wont let us move between unlocked locations. We’ve used a hint and it tells us to go to the next location, but no matter where we tap on the screen, Im unable to move to the next scene. You are the champions of canned responses, but little/no action. We wonder which response will get copy/pasted in response to this review?
Glitches cannot complete the game without purchasing gems to skip.
Im trying to make the bread, but am not able to pour the milk in the bowl. We love these games. Please fix it so we can continue playing.
In the bread making scene, we cant do anything after pouring milk into the glass. Moving the glass to the pan doesnt work. Nor does anything else.
There are a lot of glitches in this particular chapter. Couldnt t destroy the wall and make a bread. Played on ipad.
We would love to play this game. We enjoy all your games. However, when we get to the part with the rooftop puzzle, the pickax doesnt break the wall. We checked several sources, and started the game several times. As well as deleting the app, and re-uploading it. Best wishes.
Domini Games are great to play, if you can get through them. No matter what Series, each game has its mini game glitches, and this game does as well. The first one to appear, as noted in other reviews, is the pick axe and wall. On an iPad it does not work at all after many attempts. Slide the axe to the wall and it slides back to its placeholder. And we are not going to spend another Skip, for yet another app problem. We will not be contacting Support, as is always the answer given to these reviews, as it is useless, and really not our place to Beta test this game. Domini, your reviews are starting to slip in all games. Perhaps put a little more resources into QA and testing before releasing.
We love Domini games and this one could be great, but like so many of them the glitches make it impossible to finish without paying. First trying to cross the roof the pickaxe will not break the wall. We figured not a big deal, we have a Ruby and will just skip. Then we get close to the end and the bread recipe is broken and you cannot put the ingredients into the pan. We refuse to spend money to buy another Ruby to skip again because its broken. Unable to finish the game because of it. Very annoying. F2P should be F2P. So many of their games have these issues and make us feel like they are trying to force us to spend money.
We love to play your games but unfortunately there always seems to be a glitch in most of the games we play. We made it all the way to the bread making & of course we cant finish the game now because of a glitch.
Like EVERYONE else has stated, there is a glitch with the brick wall and pickaxe early in the game. When you try to use the pickaxe to break the wall, it wont do it. We see you did an update 4 months ago, but STILL didnt fix this glitch! Im not using a skip, we want to actually PLAY this game. Please fix this glitch! And stop telling people to contact your support team! Were telling you NOW, youre the developer, YOU tell whomever needs to know on your team!
The bread recipe puzzle is glitched. It wont let you complete it. We’ve read many other complaints about glitches as well. Your reply is always to contact your support team. Why dont you contact your support team? Its your glitchy game and your support team. Fix your game. Or just have the reviews go straight to your support team. Lol.

Yep its the bread puzzle. Glitch will NOT allow the puzzle to be solved. Free skip was already used on another glitch earlier, & we refuse to spend $ on a game malfunction. We used this title because im already in touch with the support team on another game glitch & after one contact, they have nothing to say to us. This is starting to get sad. We know its a f2p game, how much can we expect. But how can YOU expect a person to spend a dime on your products if THIS is what they can anticipate: crap games & crappier support..?
Could be an awesome game. BUT like many are saying the mini games glitch so much. The first was the rooftop with the pic axe and we used our one and ONLY skip they give you within the first 5 mins of the game. Now Im having the same problem for the baking bread and the only option to continue the game is to skip but Im not spending any more money to the developers when all their games to this to IOS users. Every game we download by them ends up costing us money since they dont listen to feed back and fix these glitches. Why contact support if they cant help you get further in game play and also fix the glitches. If you know every one of your game glitches at least make watching ads for skips possible.
Maddening. Glitch with pick axe and wall on rooftop. Used skip. Now into chapter 4 and same type of glitch with bread recipe.
Unable to use pickaxe to break through brick wall. Very disappointing.
Rey frustrating to not be able to get past the making bread mini game because no matter what we tried, we just couldnt get the milk to pour. We watched several videos and we followed them exactly but no milk, so we couldnt finish the game.
Is there a problem with the red butterfly connecting to red rose in bonus game . Tried everything it wont go in. Instruction bar is over part of the Rose. Playing on iPad. Other then this problem like the game.
We like this game but am very annoyed that there are things on the screen that prevent us from solving some puzzles and we are forced to buy gems to solve them.
We are also experiencing an issue with the butterfly puzzle. There seems to be a glitch. This puzzle is in the bonus chapter. The red butterfly is not able to connect to its corresponding flower.
We think this would be a great game on PC but not for IPad. Our iPad is new and up to date but we had a time tapping on the some items over and over throughout until we deleted it. We would have paid for the game full price because it was pretty fun. That said, we deleted the game after we got to the hammer in the bush. We kept tapping on it over and over. We end up using a hint that lead us back to the hammer. We continued to tap on it again . When we finally used a hint again it highlighted the hammer. Then touched the hammer again two or three times and it released. So, not sure if theres a bug or part of the plan on getting you to pay. If this is fixed Id really consider downloading and paying for it to play..
We really like your games, but this one is so bad. The game play itself is awful. Touch sensor is way off. You tap something and nothing happens. Then you go back and touch it a few times and then it will finally put it into your inventory. The thing we hate the most is when you watch an ad for a free coin, you get stuck in the ad. Theres no going back to the game after the ad is over. You have to restart the game. We’ve just had that happen to several different ads. So frustrating. Uninstalling now.
