Love the game and its dark gothic theme played it for a couple years now wish they updated it more though.
We honestly miss when this game was consistently updated and played by many, we used to grind it so often. Its a classic in our eyes and we tend to just mindlessly sit on it from time to time now, and if you come across this game ever randomly give it a try its great.
We played this game from the age of 7 to 12 and our god was it one of the best mobile games we have ever played im now downloading it just for nostalgias sake.
Its a fun game we find but from looking at other reviews it does have problems with progression so that could be worked on.
We were downloading coin master to get our 700 souls but it didnt work and Im a the third village please fix it.
Still the gameplay is super fun.
So far pretty awesome game its all in like a shadow ur character weapons well sword and we love swords so yeah cool game everyone needs to check out.
This is a great game and all but our game wont stop crashing and kicking us out in the middle of the game. We just got the game too which is really disappointing.
We bought the 180+180 souls twice and we never got the souls idk if its a glitch but it waisted our money and we only have 14 souls which is what we started with we hope you fix this before other people get ripped of by it.
We had a iPhone 6 that was stolen. We got a 7. Proceeded to restore all our apps from our iCloud. Everything was exactly where we left off, but now we can't save our data. Tells us already in use by another device. Tried to contact their support multiple times and never heard back. Its been over 15 months and they still have not gotten back to us. We can't even tell you how many souls we've spent ( at this point probably about 50,000) we we have YET to get 1 unique weapon. We have gotten unique gear rings and necklaces but not 1 wep. Thinking this is rigged so you have to spend real money on it. Sorry to say but your "gear" packages are a rip off. Not worth the price point at all. ( ya the ones for $100 are a complete rip off) we like to know what makes you think those packages are worth the prices you charge for them. AAA titles don't break the bank as much as these "free" to plays games are. If it wasn't for the 2 massive problems above it would easily be a 4-5 star game as it is a fun dungeon crawler until you hit pay walls. The pvp is a joke and needs to be reworked completely. To get stones to upgrade your wep tier or your pet be ready to spend a crap load or money or grind for months on end.
Allows you to attack multiple enemies not just raid bosses one on one all the time.
We were one of the first people to start playing this game on android after a year we wanted to play the game again but this time we were able to play it on iPhone and it changed a lot. It's much easier in our opinion than before this game is a great game.
We definitely recommend this game for people with spare time.
Its a nice taste of Dark Souls, and side scrolling slasher games.
Its very obvious that this game took inspiration from dark souls and its awesome you should definitely give this game a try if youre a dark souls fan or just like high fantasy medieval style games.
Im not sure if maybe theres something wrong on our end, but we cant even open the game. We press it, we loads for about 7 seconds, then immediately crashes, making it unusable. We wanted to re-download this game because we played it a long time ago, and wanted to play it again. So if possible, fix it.
Whenever we open the game it crashes after a few seconds, this needs fixing as soon as possible.
Okay so Ive been playing this game for a few days, was loving it. But now we cant even proceed. Im out of gold, we dont feel like farming for 10 hours to get some gold just to upgrade gear thats not even gonna help. This game is a pay to play game at most. Bump up the amount of souls for the money and Ill consider buying them. But the ads? Seriously? This isnt a tv show where every 5 mins 20 commercials show. We actually enjoy this game, but it quit giving us daily souls and energy, and now Im out of gold and Im not sitting there watching ads for hours or grinding for days when that wouldnt even help. This needs a change, SOON.

This was the best experienced game of our life.
We like the game but we need a block button to counter the enemies hit and also more characters which it up some female characters different attack types this game could be real fun let's make it different and unique.
The game is a simple side scroller with a Dark Souls feel to it. Overall the quests are simple enough and work well. The biggest ISSUE with the game is the Arena. The match-ups are ridiculous and you spend tons of energy trying to find someone even remotely possible to battle. You know it's bad when you have 6000/9000 atk/def vs someone who has 45,090,000,000/ 121,900,000,000 atk/def. THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO ME! Overall it's a decent grind game so it gets a 3.

Kind of a mashup of the HIT style game and Salt and Sanctuary. Fun so far.
Combines the best parts of action, hack and slash, and RPG all in one easy to get into at any time game. Try it.
The art-style is amazing and the energizing hack'n-slash mechanic is superb. The music is something-else entirely and… The story?… Like "Dante's Inferno" except side scroller and with less blood… We absolutely love this game.
The hack and slash aspects are fun at first, and the feeling of upgrading your gear can be nice, but it's not…interesting. The "environment" is always just a black flat surface, you run to the right typically, doing the same attack a lot, and the only upgrades are to your attack and defense – keeping you alive, but no new game mechanics to keep things interesting. After an hour or two you realize it's just always really…same-y and repetitive.
Nice game the graphics are great and so are the sound effects. We would like it to have maybe a gender choice or a shop to buy skins and equipment.
Awesome and simple, yet complex game to burn some time with. :).

Epic. Didn't think this still could pick up at later levels. But surprise.
With the new update comes new problems we cant play because after we do something like a mission it freezes up it never did this in the previous version plz fix but apart from that great game.
We love the game the only real deal breaker is the stamina and that you can only get a refill if you run out of stamina completely, so if you don't have a bunch of money be prepared to watch an add every 5 levels after the first 30(man this was a long review).

Great game just maybe make it a little easier to get free souls in game. Like maybe make each floor cleared in the infinity tower give five souls or something or make the daily raid give more souls. But overall very fun great game.

Somewhere between Patapon and Limbo lies Dark Sword. A fun, easy to control, enjoyable idea with lots of atmosphere and great art direction. This stunning game would be an absolute winner except for one BIG problem – the actual areas are far too short. About ten seconds and you'll find said portion done and dusted. This also jarringly yanks you back out of the atmosphere it's trying so hard to convey. Having it all be one long jaunt such as Ghosts N Goblins or Limbo itself would be a far better idea, as all the interruptions disrupt any immersiveness.
