Community Insight:
Room has been our favorite game but we have to say the two Daveys Mystery games are tied. We loved these games and even the hints were great as they helped but didnt give it all away. Please post Daveys Mystery 3, 4, and 5 as soon as possible.
We enjoyed this game immensely & was sorry to reach the end. A great story line, very intriguing. Common sense puzzles. Really wonderful graphics. Thank-you for allowing us the pleasure of playing. Please keep up the great work. Please let us know about your next game.
Im always on the lookout for games of this genre and this one really fit the bill. Good graphics, puzzles that made sense and were just hard enough. Ill be looking for more from this developer.
The second installment expands on the story of the first, enjoyed the continuity. The graphics and artwork are more refined as well with some really fun locations to explore. Truly a superb game experience and hopefully Mr. Vey will supply us with more titles like these.
A little tedious having to go from room to room but overall, a really nice game.
We liked this so much better than the first one. The gameplay is so smooth and its easy enough to know what to do next without wanting to pull your hair out. Hope to see a part 3.
A couple of evenings worth of play, very nicely rendered, enjoyable puzzles, not tedious at all. We look forward to the next one. Well worth the price.
This one was even better than the first and the submarine was such a neat attraction! We had a blast with it and we can't hardly wait on your next! Hurry Up.
We enjoyed it, sometimes easy to get lost within the puzzle. A map might help.
Played the first Daveys a while back- not terribly hard, just fun and relaxing. Since then Ive played several other brands of puzzlers, and while Ive mostly enjoyed them, a couple required not just outside the box thinking, but beyond this world thinking. We like a challenge, really, but sometimes frying our circuits trying to decode, decipher, and deduce a hellish logic puzzle or, even worse yet, trying to conjure up the abstract solution that would only occur to the dev, can leave us feeling worn out and a little stupid, especially if we have to [occasionally] consult a walkthrough, only to slap ourselves afterward for doing so. This second Daveys was none of that. It was exceptionally straightforward, fun to play, and just challenging enough to have a few Aha! Moments. In fact, it seemed a little easier than the first one, perhaps due to a couple of brain-burners we played recently. This game left us feeling happy, satisfied, and just a little smarter, and Id certainly welcome more like it.
We really liked this game. We played Daveys Mystery we and it was just ok, but somehow was drawn to the second installment. This game rocks! Beautiful, calming graphics, fun puzzles, not too hard but challenging enough to make you think. Zen game.
We greatly enjoyed playing this. Just the right mix of puzzles and problem solving. Looking forward to more chapters in Davey's story.
We're at the point where we can travel on the sub and we're having a blast. We really enjoy these point and clicks. Tired of escaping rooms. Lol.
What a Great game. So much fun and a great concept! We'd like to see more games like this. Had a lot of fun playing both one & two! Please make more.
This game is fun and clever. It's not violent nor frustrating. We can't wait for another one.
Loved every minute of this game couldn't put it down.
Fun puzzle game. Not to hard but not easy either. Great graphics and seamless gameplay.
Game play is great !!! Very myst like. If he ups his graphics detail and quality and uses better mood music ..it will be as good as they come.
Puzzles were great. Totally worth downloading.
Good game..we did finish 1 and 2.. Could have used better hints.. A lot of going back and forth looking for items and then trying to figure out what to do with them.. You have to look closely at the hints given they help a little.
We played Davey's Mystery 1 which was nice and quick and free. Play that to get an idea of Howe you'll like this sequel. Playing both is worth 99 cents for sure if you like this kind of point and click adventure. They are both pretty easy, but we really like this kind of game easy or not.. Played both in about an hour. Well designed, and works well. Not really long, give us twice as much and it would be 5 stars.
Nice graphics, good puzzles, enjoyable but very short.
Nice change of pace from the too easy Big Fish Games.
This game is 100% fun to play. We enjoyed solving all the mysteries. Thank you Nathan Vey.
So glad to see a Davey's Mystery sequel! The first was good, the sequel even better. Well made..no glitches, simple point and click interface, great graphics and game mechanics. Puzzles and clues are interesting and well done. Built-in hint system is very good if needed. As usual..wish it was longer cause we hate to see the game end! Would love to see more from dev Nathan Vay.
