Community Insight:

We love these games . We play them a lot especially on big fish games . Wish you guys had all the other ones like before.

We loves these series why is there only one there were more than just one we would like to talk to the person who made these games why isnt the rest of them on here there on computer why not the rest on here Put the rest on here Ill give it 300 stars.

Dana Knightstone series were our first of this kind and we fell in love. Please make more! No others can really compare.

Bring all of the Dana Knightstone novels to iPad Pro, make them Compatible for this device!! Please Bring more of them. Thank You.

We have all the Dana Knightstone games and love them! We cant wait for a new one. The only problem that we had with this one is occasionally we could not click on certain objects that were needed. Other than that small glitch, we had fun with the challenges and story. Please keep making these.

Excellent!! The interaction held you, made you feel like you really were a part of the story. We need more like this !!!! If there is one thing we need in this world its happy endings.

We have loved every single one of these games in the DK series. We've played them over and over again, enjoying the lovely backgrounds, puzzles and the storyline. Definitely one of the best mystery/hidden object games we've found through big fish. The gameplay is easy and there's plenty of hints with the collector's editions, so that you don't have to worry about getting stuck. We love the story in this one too–just brilliant and completely in line with the others. Can't wait for another one.

This was a good game but not the best of the DK series. It was still entertaining with twists and turns.

We have liked all of these series.

Played all the dk games and loved them!! This one is our favorite.

Absolutely looooove this game, the puzzles we love as they make u think! Less HO's and more unique puzzles! Thanks Big Fish!! We'd give this a perfect ten.

We love this game beautiful story line.

We love this series and have not had a problem with the previous games but could not get pass the doll house. We tried three times. Normally we review the game before we purchase but liked the series so much we just went ahead a bought it. So disappointed.

We love all of the Dana Knightstone games. This is our favorite! Please do more.

We love dana knight stone games. They are our favorite.

One of the better Big Fish games. Light on HOS (has listed search items and shadow outline search) but very good puzzles with a good range of difficulty. Great hint system and teleporting map. And most important-where to use items from the inventory seems logical.

We want to say thank you so much for making this game. Ever since the games that are related to Dana Kingston, it has been our favorite so again thank you. Deeter 54.

Another great game. Loved everything about it. Puzzles, graphics and story. Our granddaughters loved it also and they are teenagers and tough critics. BF has done it again.

It was harder, longer, and sweet….like always we love the graphics, puzzles, and story line. We have all of Dana Knightsone games and this thus far is our favorite. We love how much more difficult was this one cause we never try to use the hints and guides on any game. The story line was amazing something totally different from her other trips. Definitely can't wait for the next one. Thanks BFG keep them coming.

Just started playing and so far it is pretty awesome.

This is the second game we've played in this series. So far so good.

It was not easy finding out what to do next. We would often leave the game and come back to it and try again.

We love the Dana Knightstone series. They are relaxing and always have a great story. We had somehow missed this one until now. It was Boomzap games like this one that got us addicted to these iPad games in the first place! We enjoyed it very much. The length was good, and there was a bonus game. The puzzles and games were interesting and sometimes challenging. The game ran just fine on our iPad. The only technical issue we had was that occasionally you had to click and click over and over on an object before the game allowed you to pick it up. Thats the reason we gave it only 4 stars, otherwise, its a 5 star game. Ill play it again.

We enjoyed the game. The only things we didnt like was: some items in the inventory were not identified (very few), and we got stuck, went to the guide, and finally found that we needed to use the ghost dog to proceed. We played on an iPad 2 and it worked great. We dont understand why so many games have to include the paranormal and witchcraft.

We always enjoy the Dana Knightstone games. We have all of them.

Love our Dana Knightstone mysteries. The length of this game was perfect. You get your bang for your buck. There were just a few issues. After restarting because of a crash, we played a second time with minor issues. We wish that there were directions to the mini games. Of course we can infer on some games, yet others required directions.

Love these stories. The puzzles in this series are some of the best. This particular game was a little off at some points with the touch response, but, not as bad as others we have endured playing. Wish the strategy guide was a little more comprehensive also.

We like the game but at times the map doesn't help.

Doesn't have the same look or pizazz that the excellent ones before this. What happened.

We love the Dana Knightstone series, and we are often eager for the next one to come out. However, we agree with many of the reviews. This game seemed rushed and buggy. Some of the cutscenes didn't play correctly, if at all. When trying to talk to people or "ghosts", it was difficult because the dialog would skip or cut out completely. We are giving this a four star rating ONLY because of the series in its entirety. We are hoping they will make sure the next game to come out will be more thoroughly checked. Please bring back the integrity of Dana Knightstone.

This has turned out to be a very good game. Only four stars because we got stuck and had to start over. We're enjoying it very much.

This game was a good game, but it was glitchy. It had sensitivity issues when tapping, and we had to reinstall it a second time to complete it. The HO scenes were more like mini-games, and there were many fun and varied puzzles. For the dummies that said there were no instructions for the puzzles, are you kidding us? All you had to do was tap the check mark and it told you how to play the puzzle! We guess these were the same dummies that said there was no bonus chapter. There was most definitely a bonus adventure. The difference was that you didn't find it in the extras section. After completing the game you just hit play again and it brings you further into the extra gameplay. You're welcome! If not for the bugs this game was a 5 star game. It was lengthy, it flowed well, loading was instantaneous between locations. There was a teleport map with marked tasks and the inventory WAS labeled, although the same dummies said it wasn't. We almost felt like they played a different game, LOL! There was no journal, which would have been helpful but there was always an objective to complete. The hint system was not a spoiler and there was a strategy guide, but it was not necessary to use it. The graphics were not as exciting as some games, but it's like a novel, so you can't expect the same type of graphics as you would see in a fairy tale. We love this series, so BOOMZAP can bring out a new one anytime soon. But without the RAT and the glitches (at least only one small rat); it could have been worse! Hello to our wonderful Dream Team! This game was definitely fun to play! Next week we are traveling to Houston to party a bit, so we will probably get behind on our gaming! Rat patrol, just keep us in the loop! To Snooper, Nambr, Dracyy, Moonbeam, Hossie , Blueflier and lil'Jo! Also to Bunkie, where have you been? Hope you all have a wonderful week while we are on our little pampering trip with a dear male friend who is going to spoil this lazy Lynx absolutely to the nth degree! Can't wait to get a few days away! From Lynxie.

Took almost 12 hours to play on most aggressive mode, so it's a fair amount of play time. Puzzles varied from ridiculously easy to impossible (one was so poorly laid out we had to look up how to solve). But what we liked most was that it didn't lead you by the nose. Some of the time we had to think about what to do next. Not every clue is used in the end. Story was entertaining. All in all worth the discount rate.

Boo: no bonus chapter! Also some of the games were impossible to figure what they wanted you to do in the mode we were playing & with limited instructions. And we couldn't change modes during it.

Its fun to play but the puzzles have no directions to understand what needs to be done.

Games fun but, you have to hit somethings multiple times for game to acknowledge it was hit. Games fun as heck when not being hung up. Will buy when game issues delt with. Big fish games are our favorite. Always have been always will (most likely….lol).

We got stuck twice. The cut scene won't respond. The items won't be picked up. Also, no directions for mini puzzles. Story line ok, enough things to do to keep interested. Please fix the bugs! We got so disgusted we didn't even want to finish the game.

Unlock the blasted game. Twice we've played the game and locked up. Once in the dungeon, couldn't get out. Started game over, now can't retrieve the fifth shield.

??? What happened to this one.

The Dana Knightstone series is by far our favorite Big Fish Games release. Whenever we see there's a new one out, we grab it as soon as the paycheck permits, and now that our mother has given in and purchased a tablet, that and otome games were our first suggestions to her. However, there were a few things that we frequently look forward to which were sadly lacking in his chapter of the series. (Pun intended…) 1) we purchase the collector's edition for the chapter afterwards which was always included before. The epilogue chapter always makes us feel like we can enjoy a sneak peek at another element of the story. Since our main profession is an author, it is because we love storytelling, and enjoy that extra snippet. So you can imagine how disheartened we were to discover that element was not present in this one. 2) instructions for the puzzles? It would be really nice to have some inkling of what we're supposed to do, and it wasn't until we accidentally clicked the checkmark next to the pup that we discovered that's where they were hidden. If something is going to change in that manner, could you include it in the interactive help tutorial at the beginning? We always play that our first time through on a game, just in case something has changed. Overall though, the game was still a lot of fun. Not as big a mystery (we had Victor as our prime suspect from square one) but still enjoyable. Sherlock she wasn't, but still a good way to enjoy a few hours of our mom-free time.

This is an updated review written after we were finally able to get past the bugs and glitches and complete the game. About halfway through, at the balcony scene with Lucian and Victor the game got stuck at the eagle shield. No matter what we tried, nothing worked. We were not able to click through the completed shield. Customer service is a joke. Their best suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall the game. Ultimately, though it sucked to have to start all over, we did and it cleared the glitch. Many times when we knew something was supposed to work we had to try multiple times before the game accepted a correct item. Thank God for walk through son YouTube because at least we were able to confirm what we were trying to do was correct. Otherwise we would have not have known what else to do and would have been stuck thinking what we were trying was wrong. Several of the mini puzzles are just dumb. Others are too complicated and don't come with good instructions. If you can put up with all these frustrations the parts that worked were enjoyable. But seriously, for iPad use, the game needs a lot of work and Big Fish should be ashamed for releasing such a glitchy unreliable game.

Looked forward to this game because we so enjoyed the others. This game is not the quality of the original(s). It is almost as if authored by new, and not as good, creators.

We really like this series of games. The Dana Knightstone series keeps our interest without overwhelming us with brain stumpers. We would have loved to give this installment five stars. We held off for two reasons. First, the placement of the Guide button. It's a small thing, we know, but we hit the hint button at least four times in the same number of chapters. This was an annoyance we just didn't want. The second reason is the mini-games. There were no instructions, and not all of them were immediately self-explanatory. It's also the reSon we hit the hint button accidentally looking for the Guide button. We needed to know how to play the darn mini-games. Give us the right tools for the job, please. We'll continue to get this series, because we find the stories engaging, but we really hope the next one is a little more user-friendly.

We've played all of the other games in the Dana Knightstone series, and this one is our least favorite. The touch was off, so we ended up using the skip button to complete some puzzles. Other puzzles made absolutely no sense, even with instructions! The graphics are beautiful, as usual, and the story was interesting; we just think they could have spent a little more time developing it to give the player a better experience.

Not enough ho scenes. But we do like the variety of them. Not really a story, but ok.

Non-sympathetic characters. That's why we gave it only 3 stars. The inventory items are labeled. No bonus chapter. Puzzle directions are located next to the dog – check mark inside blue circle. Excellent Hint button and interactive map. No glitches.

Seems like the developers rushed to get this game out. Not anywhere near as good as previous Dana Knightstone games. For one thing, most of the dialogue boxes flashed on and then closed before they could be read. We guess it's a good thing that the story was so predictable that you didn't need to read any of it to know what was going on. Still, the story is half the appeal of these games. Also, with no instructions, it was sometimes difficult to figure out the mini-games. The Bonus game was short, pointless, and cut from past to present to future with no segue ways. Again, looked rushed.

The story had potential, but it was obvious from the very beginning who killed Alexandria. We liked the variety of the mini games. There is no changing the level you choose to play (we chose HARDCORE). We've played worse….and we've played better.

Overall this was an exciting story, but we found the puzzles were just too complicated and the instructions were SO very vague… We detest skipping and using cheats but the final puzzle was so frustrating we had to skip. Ending was also lacking, compared to such a great buildup and exposition. We hope the next will be much more engaging, pun intended.

So far, the game is just okay. We wish there was an option to mute the voices, because the voice acting is TERRIBLE. The mini games are interesting, but not that challenging, and sorry, the ghost dog is just stupid. We agree with other reviewers: touch is off and could be better. We won't be buying this game; too many glitches already.
