We were happy to hear that they would be releasing some of the old Emily games before the newer ones. We were most excited about this one. We love the holidays and love a holiday themed game. Emily didn’t disappoint. It was nice to see her before Patrick and Paige, as a young woman. We liked that there were choices at certain points that you could persuade the dialogue. Though the holidays have made an appearance in another Emily, our hope is they do another holiday only one with Emily, Patrick, Paige,a fun the whole family.
If you are a new Delicious fan, keep in mind this is a very old game when we were first introduced to the characters stories. The development team converted many of the older games (Taste of Fame, Tea Garden), which were only made for the PC at the time, because of high demand from fans to do so. We can imagine it is very difficult to code an old, already made game to new, different medium without completely starting over. Gameplay is not as smooth as in the newer games (think Wonder Wedding, Honeymoon, etc) so you have to be pretty precise in where you click. We waited to purchase until they fixed the crashing issue and as of yet, we have not experienced this or the app quitting. Even though this is one earliest Delicious games it is by far our favorite. We love that it is episodic and does not further her story. The holiday feel is infectious and we especially enjoy the levels with weather. The graphics and sound quality do not bother us as this game was released so long ago. All things considered, we think they did a fantastic job of converting Holiday Season to IPAD/mobile devices.
This is an older game in the Emily series, but it is a sentimental favorite for us and one we enjoy playing again and again. The story is cute, and a lot of the original Snuggford characters make an appearance. We really wish Gamehouse could reboot Emilys Taste of Fame so we could have it, too.

Much better now that there have been bug fixes! Our favorite part about this game is that in some circumstances you get to choose what Emily says to certain questions she is asked throughout the game. At the end of the game, during the credits, the stats between you and everyone else who has played our shown to reveal what the majority of the audience chose. In our opinion, this makes the game a lot more personal and it gives you something to relate to amongst the other lovers of the Delicious series.
This is an old Emily game.. Just updated. We thought it was a new game just put out last year, but after we purchased it we realized we have played it long ago. This game is before Emily had Paige and is slow moving. Sad that we wasted 9.99 on it.
This is not as good quality or challenging as the other Emily games, same as tea garden. Disappointed with this. Even if this is an old game that was updated then it should have been cheaper to purchase!

We love all Emily’s games , and this one too. We bought it and we’re playing the last restaurant mo’s farm but it is keeping crashing whenever we finish a day then suddenly it goes out of the apps by itself we can’t play the game anymore. Fix it please , that is very disappointed.
We’re a big fan of all the Delicious – Emily games but this wasn’t our favorite. We did enjoy this game but it’s not as great as the other ones. We don’t think it worth the $10 but if your a fan like us, we would still pay the price just because it’s a Delicious – Emily game… Lol.

As an avid fan of the Delicious fan, we were thrilled when Emily’s Holiday became available for iPad. Now we’re frustrated because the game won’t allow us to move on to the ice rink stage. The game crashes every time.
Would give it more if we could play the last level.
The game keeps kicking us out. These it’s should’ve been worked out sinc it’s an older gam but you’re marketing it to current iPad users. We paid for it, same amount as all Emily games without 10 free levels. It should work for the amount we paid.
Updated: we have been playing this for a week with no problems… Got to the ice rink and now the game crashes constantly! Super annoying and not able to play. We love the Emily games. The stories and characters are fun and we enjoy playing them. This one is just ok. The graphics are definitely meh. We just got done with Emily’s Hopes and Fears which was a billion times better. We are not sure we understand why there is such a difference in the games unless they just re-release these old ones. If that is the case they should be a lower price. We don’t think this one is worth the $10… But still it’s an Emily game and there are not many games we buy so we will buy any of these. Just make more updated ones Gamehouse!
Keeps crashing at the ice rink as everyone’s saying! Far too much money to pay for constant crashes! The needs to be fixed!
This is a really great game however this one keeps crashing. We have purchased all of them in the series and want to finish this one as well. For as much as we paid for this, we shouldn’t crash this much. Fix it please!!!
You guys always put out great games on Emily. We were hesitant to spend the money, we think one of the most expensive. But it’s Emily! Imagine our disappointment when it keeps crashing! You guys are better than this!
This game keeps crashing and no matter if we turn off our device. Actually delete and re- install the game it keeps crashing.
Love Delicious games. However, this one is very sloppy. The sound effects only work during the first location in the game and then during the last level the game crashes. It gave us some entertainment though… Just not up to par with the other games.
We’re a fan of the Emily games, so much so, that we paid to download this latest one. However it continues to crash in the skating rink level and we can’t play any further than the 2nd day. We’ve deleted the app and re-loaded, played through the various levels again, only to have it crash at the same exact place. Will this be fixed? Or can we get our money back or at least a pro-rated credit for the levels we are unable to play? Very disappointing.

We are a huge Delicious Emily fan and was very excited to see this game offered in the App Store. The game would be great, except that it continually crashes at the skating rink level and will not let us complete the game. If this was fixed we would give the game 5 stars.
For days now the game crashes just trying to start the game. If you do get past the load screen it crashes as soon as you start a level. This is the fourth Emily game we’ve purchased. This is the only ones ever had issue with, but really frustrating.

It won’t let us play the last level it keeps crashing. This game should not have been $9.99 more like .99 cents. It’s and older version that they converted for us on tablets and it does not work well at all.
The games constantly crashes, no matter if we restart and open more storage. Considering the cost of the game we would expect better graphics, sound and overall game play. The sound effects are inconsistent and sometimes delayed. We’re unsure why the games appears to be older, the look and feel is a few years off but was just released. Hoping for an update that at least ices the crashing. Overall impression is disappointing.

We love all the Emily games, and haven’t had any problems until this one. App worked well until the skating rink! And now crashes continually. Tried contacting App support, without success. Wait until the next upgrade to purchase, or its a waste of $10.
After we finished the first level of the ice rink the game crashed and we cannot open it anymore. We cannot even play the previous levels. Terrible bugs. We love the Emily’s games but this is too greedy. Not worth the money unless they fix it.

Graphics are flat and boring. The actions are delayed and at time have to click twice to pick up one item. Worst.
As this is one of the really early Emily games it’s not really as sophisticated as later games but we enjoyed playing it. We didn’t experience the crashes some others mentioned on iPad Air 2 with latest iOS update (maybe we were lucky). UPDATE: 1/13/2016-game is constantly crashing now after ski resort area.
We just wrote to gamehouse (see letter below) because we finished the first 4 restaurants with no issues and when we got to the last restaurant (the ice rink), the game crashes and kicks us right out of the app. We paid $10 for 5 restaurants and could only play 4. Not at all happy. We expect more from Delicious Emily’s!!! Gamehouse, we purchased Delicious Emily’s Holiday Season and we and many many other people have all had the same issue with the game crashing after the 4th restaurant. We are playing on our Apple iPad Air2 128gb and the game is version 1.1 with no available update. The graphics are not up to what we have come to know, expect, or love from the Delicious Emily’s brand. The spelling and grammar are horrendous. You guys at Gamehouse should read the reviews at the AppStore – they are not at all positive. We feel like we wasted $10. After buying Delicious Emily’s Hopes and Fears (which was Excellent!!), this game was a huge letdown. We would expect Gamehouse to make this right by refunding those that can not complete the game we spent our money on. If we had bought a defective item from Walmart (as an example), we would be entitled to our money back, and we expect the same in this case. Regards, Jennifer S.
We really like the Emily games but this one is getting us upset because it keeps on crashing after the ski slope section!! Please fix this because these multiple crashes is not worth paying $10 for a game!!!
We paid $9.99 for this game which is a lot for a gam but we love playing the Emily delicious games but with that to say we’re very disappointed because not only did we pay $9.99 but this game will not let us finish the last level. We do hope you fix the crashes.

We’re not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this game, because this is a great game! We had no trouble with crashing at all playing on an old ipad 3 with hardly any space left. It’s just like Taste of Fame and the original Emily games! Simple but fun! We love their newest games, but we love that mouse hole in these old ones! Dern little mouse is so hard to find, but you just can’t stop until you find them all! Don’t let all the negative reviews deter you from buying this one. It’s worth every penny just like all their Emily games.
Since we’ve been waiting for this game to come out for the Ipad, we were a bit disappointed for the inconsistency of the sound effects in this game. Not to mention, the game crashed after only playing it for 30 minutes. Please try to fix this if you can. We really want to play this game.
Just finished Emily Hopes and Fears and it was great so when this app popped up we bought it too. It is definitely less impressive than H & F but since we like almost all time management games, we can still waste lots of time with it!! Graphics and storyline are poor. Too expensive for this level of quality.
This game crashes all the time. This is not up to the standards of the other Emily Delicious games. We’re very disappointed in the blurry graphics and boring story lines. This is the worst Emily game we’ve played so far. Please fix the crashes so we can finally enjoy the game!!!
Sigh*** game continues to crash on iPad mini. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and rebooted our iPad numerous times. Still crashing. Love all the Emily games and would love to give 5 stars. Will do another review once fixed.
