Do you love trains? Do you love coloring? Then Design A Train Lite is the perfect app for you – or your train-loving toddler.
Design A Train Lite allows you to select a train car or engine and customize it to your heart's delight. Simply pick a train car or engine, color it in as desired with easy one-touch fill, and then add some stickers for extra fun.
When you're done with your locomotive masterpiece you can save it to your device, share it with the family – or perhaps print it out for a prize place on the family fridge.

Easily add color to your train. Just tap a color from the palette and then tap your train. -

Easily zoom in to color some of the smaller regions. -
STICKERS
Browse a range of stickers and then tap to add to your train. Change your mind about a sticker? You can drag stickers to reposition them or just double-tap to delete. -
PLAY WITH YOUR TRAIN
Once you have customized a car or engine, you can add it to your full train and then rearrange and place your train cars as desired. -
SAVE, SHARE AND PRINT
You can save your train cars to your device library, easily send them to friends or print them out. Note: printing is supported for devices running iOS 4.2+ that are connected to AirPrint enabled printers. -
EXPORT TO BUILD A TRAIN & BUILD A TRAIN: PUZZLES
You can now use Design A Train to create and export trains to your other favorite Playtend train apps. -

Our 5 year old loves the game but every time he tries to put his train on the track, the app freezes. Same thing happens when he tries to delete trains off the track.
This app is not good. When you drive the train it drives away fastly and that's it.
After a couple rounds, it's all the same. All you can do is dap some colors and stickers on a few available train models. That's about it.
This game is the worst game ever.
Our 6 year old son loves changing colors and trying out different combinations.
Our four year old grandson loves this game.
We use this app with our 3 year old grand daughter. We use it as a coloring book for trains. She finds it easy to use and fun. In that context, it is a fun app. If you have the "build a train" app, you can export your custom colored trains and run them there. We're considering upgrading this app to get the larger selection of cars and locks to color. This app has provided us with fun times and some really funky color schemes.
All this app does is just paint the trains and nothing more. Those trains do not run or do anything else. You can manually move them by hand until they disappear from the screen. Is that the way it's supposed to work??? What a boring and uninteresting game.
This game is terrible! You do some crapy painting and then drag the train 2ft. With you finger! DO NOT DOWNLOAD.
