Its worth buying the puzzle bundles. They are not expensive. Absolutely no adds or pop ups. Love that you can underlay the complete puzzle image. Its easy to use. Its our favorite.
Puzzles might be pretty and store huge and price 2 to 3 US dollars per pack and up. That dont include starter packs where download icon is. You will get free daily puzzle otherwise going spend.
Hi we love this game but we have a few suggestions. We love that you have all the Disney Characters in the game and that each Character has a puzzle. A few things we dont like is that all the puzzles are locked and you dont get any of them for free. Our suggestions are 1 unlock all of the puzzles free 2 give more of the puzzles for free 3 maybe add some more Characters like inside out 2, Cars one, two and Cars on the road and cars toons and Maters tall tales, Frozen Fever, more princesses, Moana 2, and more Tinkerbell Puzzles. 4 make it so you can do everything offline 5 remove the puzzle tokens sine they are hard to get 6 maybe a thing where every day you open the game you can get a puzzle or two Thank you so much for making this game.
We dont like the fact that you have to buy most of the puzzles and most of the achievements cost money to complete.It is a fun game but we dont like spending money on a game and we know a different puzzle came that is sooooooooooooooooooo much better than this one,sorry not sorry.
It is disappointing to barely earn tokens to buy reward puzzles.
You have to pay for some stuff and this is not a complain but it also times you when you do the puzzles over all we really like it.
Your latest update added a really annoying "feature". Pieces near the right and bottom edges tend to snap in place and not where we put them. Why? It makes us then have to move them.
New updatepieces are so small now its hard to manipulate. Please put it back! This has been a favorite app, even with the glitches. But not sure we can manage with the smaller tiles.
Im a big Mickey Mouse fan so this game was made perfectly for us! We love all the unique designs on the puzzles (especially the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse puzzle packs), so worth our money! Thank you Disney Jigsaw.
We honestly enjoy playing on this app, however we wish it was easier to achieve some of the goals. We play on our phone a lot so we dont have the option to play with over 64 pieces. Thus making it a long time to achieve goals and in some cases not able to achieve them at all.
We read a lot of reviews first, and many were complaining about the shockingly low number of free puzzles – which is true, there are ONLY 24 free puzzles, 20 of which are classic (ie movies from the 90s or earlier). Yes, there is a free daily puzzle and, yes, you can win puzzle prizes. The classic puzzles are also cute and nostalgic. If we wanted to buy, say, the Winnie the puzzles, its $6 for supposedly 45 puzzles (we cant say for sure because we havent purchased anything). However, every other app has NEW puzzles every day, not just one. And our biggest problem with the app is that EVERY SINGLE PUZZLE PIECE is the SAME SHAPE. So, like todays, when every piece is white and orange because its Finding Nemo, you cant make heads or tails (fins?! ) of anything! Especially for children, shouldnt they be in various shapes, so that they can see how things fit together instead of mindlessly trying every piece until it fits?! It makes you feel a bit crossed when every piece looks the same! In conclusion, while they are cute and nostalgic, we just dont see this being the Disney app we would recommend.
We really like this app. Its fun to do and its the only puzzle app with Disney. We didnt have all the puzzles we pick our favorites and theres some other favorites it doesnt have. The movies we would like are Elemental, The Great Mouse Detective, The Emperors New Groove. And just like some puzzles are based of the parks we think having some that are based on Disney Cruise Line and puzzles of Pixar movies that have the pizza planet truck or A113 hidden. These are ideas we think will help.
You have to buy so many things like what.
A wonderful app, perfect for all ages, has everyones favorite Disney characters including the newest ones and all of the classics. Great soundtrack and seamless uninterrupted play including a large variety of puzzle difficulties on the same image. Just a great all around and enjoyable app. So happy we found and installed it.
You guys need to have more free puzzles! Im about to give up on you.
App and IOS both needed updated – developer gave quick response and issues to look at to resolve. Impressed with responsiveness and glad to have our game back! Played almost daily. All of a sudden today the app wont open. Just updated our iPad so thats not the issue. Unsure why it quit working.
We love to play these puzzles. We challenge each other to see how fast we can solve them. Great entertainment.
Im happy the update helped the crashing problem. We lost our consecutive days. Its already difficult to get the rewards and now Im pushed back to zero days.
Love this app! Been doing these puzzles for years. (Most) Disney scenes are so cute and adorable. Every day we look forward to the free puzzle of the day. The last few days when the app wouldn't open we were so bummed. Thank you for fixing the crash issue.
Update to our recent review App quit working a few days ago. Please fix! We sent an email to support after we posted this, and received a reply saying they were working on it. Im happy to say that we received an email today saying it was fixed! This app is 1st on our wake-up routine every morning. :) Thank you Support for getting us back on track! :D.

We love this app but we used to get new puzzle packs once a month.we havent had any new packs since April. Whats going on.
We love this game! Its so peaceful to play and easy to do. They have relaxing background music but youre able to turn it off if you dont like it. They give you a few starter puzzles that are free so that you dont have to buy them. And you get a puzzle of the day that changes daily. And if you get 100 points you get more puzzles. So its nice. We have not had to buy anything on this game and theres been no ads. So thats been really nice at bed it makes us want to play this game. We only have 2 suggestions: The puzzle of the days are not very different from each other. For instance, if this is our week, Ill have a cars puzzle, aristocats puzzle, cars puzzle, cars puzzle, little mermaid, aristocats, etc. Id like to see a little more variety, like, every week each puzzle is from a different movie. Just less repetitive puzzle of the days. The second suggestion is to have more ways to get points than do 40 puzzles and do 15 inside out puzzles. We realize there are more than those, like speed records and stuff, but after you do them you have to wait until you do 30 puzzle of the days to get more points. And the prize puzzles, can you maybe stop adding puzzles that we already get in the starter packs. That just seems pointless. But other than that we love this game! We play it every day! So nice and simple to do. Completely recommend.

All of a sudden our app wont open. Been on iOS 18 for weeks and never had an issue. Nice it crashes before it even opens Support link not working for us. Love the app. HELP.
We wish they would display the number of days in a row you return to the app to keep up with the reward goals.
This game is fun at first, but then we realized that if u want a lot of puzzles to do u have to pay. We also realized that u can choose how many pieces there are in a puzzle so we picked a high number p, but when we got so close to finishing it, it was having a little glitch. We exited out of it and when we did it said that our progress was saved. We then went back to the puzzle to see if it was working again and it said we had to RESTART the WHOLE puzzle. That made us really mad, but other than that its not all that bad we guess. U just have to be willing to pay for things if u want the good puzzles.

One reason why we love it is because you can choose how many puzzle pieces you want. You dont have to find a puzzle you dont like just because it has more. If you want very little pieces, you can make it small, and make it really big. And there are SOOOOO many options to choose from you can even show the picture so you know where the pieces go! If you wanna make it hard, and tricky, then you can make it so there isnt a picture.
We did all the puzzles the day we got it.
We installed this app years ago and enjoyed it so we bought several puzzles and did most of them and got all of the stars on the app, but all of sudden our puzzles that we did with a check mark they all disappeared and we have to redo them over and and the challenges are back to zero and we have to go back and do the challenges again. We dont know what they did but our puzzles we bought still there, dont remember what puzzles we finished and what we need to finish the others since they removed our check marks. We already emailed them and responded back. Thats why we give this app a 3/5 stars. Im not going to bother with the challenges anymore, we think we spent over $50 for this app on puzzles.

We really like the app only trouble we have is its not keeping track of our points been stuck at 90 for months 100 points lets you open new puzzles please fix.
We are sorry to leave you this review but we cant post our puzzles on Facebook because the application says that we have to sign in to Facebook the iOS app but we are already logged into Facebook if you could please fix this issue we would give the application ten stars.
This is a fun and good game to play, but you have to pay for every puzzle except the daily puzzles. But it is fun to play to pass time so yea we give it like a 4/5.
We love this puzzle game. Im a huge fan of Disney and our kids also play this game. We really wish some of the puzzles were free. The daily puzzles are fun too. Its a fun way to pass the time.
Great but would be nice to view all of our purchases together in one place instead of looking through them all to find ones Ive bought.
We love the pictures but wish the options were a little more difficult. Different sized puzzle pieces or the option to rotate the pieces would be nice. As it is, this should be rated for children to play. Please make your game a little more difficult for us older folks.
Dont download this game you get maybe 3 free puzzles then you have to pay them monthly to get the rest of the puzzles but it doesnt have many ads.
This app works just fine for the most part. The problem is that this app is super expensive. For people who really use it we can only imagine how much is spent! The good thing is that there is one free puzzle a day so if you dont mind doing the puzzle they decide you can do and you only want to do one puzzle a day then this app can be a value.
You should make a version for the Apple Arcade.

Not very happy with this app. The jigsaws work well but they nickel and dime ya for each puzzle and they dont give you the puzzles you pay for.
We downloaded this app and bought some puzzle packs for our daughter. The purchases wont download. It worked fine the first day when we bought an Encanto pack and then the next we bought a Moana pack and it wont download but we were sure charged for it. Deleted the app and redownloaded to see if that would help. Tried to restore puzzles, that wont work. Now we lost the Encanto puzzles on top of the other ones we bought that wont download. So incredibly annoying.
Just purchased this app for our grandkids & bought them some puzzle packs. There definitely needs to be a menu or way to switch screens between purchased puzzle packs and new options to purchase. As it is right now, to get to your purchases the little kids have to scroll through all the ads and needs to know what category/thumbnail their purchased puzzles are in. May be too much for our toddlers to manage. Frustrating.
Loved the idea of a relaxing Disney puzzle every day, but with only one free one and all of our progress being erased if we closed the app, we deleted it after two puzzles/ two days.
NO DONT PLAY THIS GAME ITS A WASTE OF UR TIME. IT SAID we EARNED THE MONSTERS INC PUZZLE AND IT SAID we NEED MONEY LIKE ARE YOU KIDDING ME IM DELETING THIS GAME.( so stupid).
Okay so we just bought the Halloween and holiday puzzle packs but when we go to do the puzzle on some of them it still shows a price. We paid for the whole pack so im very confused to why its making us buy the other packs. Also we agree with another review on here that there needs to be a our Puzzles tab on this app so its easier for children to access their puzzles better. Im sorry but this isnt a very well planned app and it needs to be fixed.
