We love playing dominoes its the balls.
This game has been great up to about two months ago. We have the paid version of the app where we can forgo advertisements and play offline. We also had the ability link our Facebook account with profile picture. We noticed in the app, our profile is no longer there and our $8m + coins that Ive won nor the amass of trophies Ive won in the tournaments. We sent an email to support and to date, we have not received a reply nor did our account go back to normal. We deleted and downloaded the game repeated times and our account is still not there. Now Im wondering if all this has happened b/c we do not speak to the people who sends messages during the games.
Worst app we downloaded this game got more ads then the one Im playing Delete.

Because it keeps saying to update the new version we now have three games of the updated version. Also we paid not to have commercials yet we still do. Please help we love the game but this is getting ridiculous.
We love this game.. We like to play 5s B/C its just like your actually playing W/ the tiles.. We only have 2 complaints 1 is we dont like how the dominoes are constantly moving sometimes we cant see whats at the top left corner B/C the counter for the remaining bones is covering the domino Im suppose to play off of.. But it is a lot of fun! This is one of our top 4 games we play.. And the 2nd complaint we have, which is the worst one.. We get 3 hrs of game time before were allowed to cash out.. But we noticed we had been playing along time and we were getting 12 Here , 44 there, 18, $1.20 we got 2xs and thats the highest amount we got, $1.10, $1.12, $1.08 now those are the only dollar amounts Ive accumulated.. Everything else is in cents.. And remember your only allowed to cash out after 3hrs and what they should do is put what were the hours you received $1.20, or the 44… But they dont bc 1x we screen recorded us playing for the whole 3hrs. But at the end we got busy doing something and didnt do a cash out right away and by the time we went back we forgot we were trying to see what we made for that accumulated time and we didnt remember until late, laaaaate that night so thats what THE WOOOORST about these games we could make more reading surveys but we hate reading the surveys we play forever and after 3hrs we dont even make $2 and we even tried what they recommended to do was to play 15 min of one game and then switch to another game and do another 15 min and so on and so forth and still nothing over $1.20.
This game has a virus. Our phone received beeping noises and then a notification of scanning device. We deleted it for several days and downloaded again to make sure it was this app and sure enough it is.

We been playing Dominoes for years. Im just upset because we upgraded our phone & ended up losing our profile & all our tokens we had including our win streak. We worked hard for that.
Please get rid of the ads. We would like to be apprised of remaining pieces as in the previous version.
We were playing all day and suddenly the game reset and we lost all our points. We paid for ad-free!!! How do we get that refunded if you are going to reset our profile. We are totally frustrated as this is theft.
Great gameplay but the flow is interrupted way too often. It takes away from the fun of playing dominoes.

The wheel circling without stopping right before the game is to start. We have to quit the game and start again later.

Our husband and we have attempted many times to play against each other and all the invite link does is send us to the download app page. We have not received a response to our email as to how it can be corrected.
Every time Im winning the other player throws one die and gets like 50 points and wins the game. Practically every single time. Its actually happened to us a couple of times only when we were doing terrible but we dont think its fair play. And when you end up with the same number whoever was hiding it gets the points?! So weird! Nobody should get it. Also, if you dont play enough you get demoted.

The current version doesnt always play accurately, but Ive looked into the new update and we do not want to update. Please provide prefer no update option.
Its so frustrating when we have to draw 10 dominoes but when our opponent draw 10 times he always get the right domino the 1st time all 10 times you guys need to make the game fair theres no way anyones that good that can randomly pick dominos 10 times in a row.
We have been playing this game for months and then one day we go to play and our avatar has a new name and all our stats are gone. We tried to email twice with no response. We guess they dont care about the people that support this game. So we are canceling our subscription and moving on. We guess you will just replace us with a fake player anyway. So no big deal right! We should be able to add people and the ads are a very tad bit too much and throws you off your game! But other than its a cool game.
The dominoes concept is fun, but literally after every hand you have to watch an AD. THIS IS UNBEARABLE. We get it, nothing is free and bills need to be paid, but that is too many ADS.
