Nah, just kidding. We've really liked this game ever since we first got it. At first we thought it was a crappy rip-off of don't touch the spikes, as this isn't an official sequel, but we ended up really enjoying the revamped style of playing. We had played at least 2,000 games of the first our old phone, and trust us, we needed something fresh. The challenge rooms are very fun to play in, though it might be a bit hard to get used to if you're new to the series or the app. The birds are, we admit, a bit less attractive than the stylistic squares in spikes 1, some uglier than others, but our personal favorite is the white one with the top hat, the first one on the list that costs 1,500 candy. Other than that, though, that's really our only complaint. Yes, the game still has ads, but we found them a lot less annoying and intrusive than the ones on it's predecessor. Overall, this is a really solid game that has most of the basic gameplay gimmicks that made the first one fun, and more. It was a fun challenge.
